Living Waters Ministry was founded as a retreat ministry to provide a safe place for healing, rest, and refreshing from the Lord. Lee and Denise Boggs co-founded Living Waters Ministry in 1998. As they experienced a miraculous healing in their marriage and family, the Lord impressed upon their hearts to establish a Retreat Center; a "safe place" where individuals and families could go for rest, personal ministry, healing of the heart, and reconciliation.
