It is some times hard to see a good outcome from terrible situations. I am by no means trying to diminish the pain behind tragic or traumatic events. My question is what if we were able to look at these things that happen in life from a different perspective? What would that look like?

We have all experienced trauma in some form in our lives. Sometimes we relive it everyday. Going over the events in every detail over and over again and it drives us to places of depression and other emotions. What if there is a way to stop the story being played. What if there is a lesson to be learned. It may not be a difficult as it sounds.

This week I talk about emotional triggers. How they are present in my life and some of the many things I have learned about them and from them in my life.

This week I talk about something I feel we all can fall trap into. Definitely something we need to be aware of.

In today's world we are bombarded with information that is largely designed to separate us. I believe there is more to many of the things we are traditionally taught or are offered through media.

This week you get a tour through my home as I discuss the topic of clutter and what it potentially does to you.

This week I talk about the integration of your life. what does that look like? are there parts of yourself that you tend to run away from? How can you learn to accept every part of who you are and integrate it into the full version of you.

this weeks video is a little shorter than most but the message is just a relevant. where do you see abundance? or how do you perceive abundance?

What does turning the other cheek truly mean? How can we live a life where we truly attempt to do no harm to others even when they are harming you?

We often have a challenge to look at life differently from what we have been taught. Life isn't all that we perceive it to be. Everyday I come across new ways to see things or am awakened to new things that shift my old paradigm.

I share a topic I have mentioned before but I feel it is still relevant to our everyday life.

This week I talk about being real, and how we try to hide what we deem the worst parts of ourselves. Only to hurt ourselves and those around us. or drive us to isolate from others. Don't be afraid of who you are.

We all have time where we don't feel like doing something or decide to put something off for a time. The question is why do we do that? What is the driving force behind those tendencies? Join me as I share some of the things I have discovered about myself and some of the few little things we can do to fight these habits.

This week I talk about living in the moment. We often look forward to new beginnings weather it be a new day a new week or a new year. How often do we learn to live in the moment? It is challenging at times to embrace the things life throws our way. I believe when we learn to live in the moment weather it is something that brings us pleasant emotions or those times when we really are struggling to hold on. It is embracing these times when we can learn a lot about ourselves and others.

I talk about living in the moment and learning from the past and looking to the future.

I ask a very Important question. why?

Truth can be a challenging thing to believe in. we are bombarded with information everyday. much of what we are taught and see in life is not what it appears or sounds. so we have to be ever more diligent in how we receive the information presented to us.

This week I talk about the power of choice, and how we ultimately have the ability to choose how we live our lives. I bring up some of the struggles I face when it comes to the new ventures I will be going forward with in my life.

I feel we need to learn how to have our basket filed. which means learning to accept love and love ourselves. Then through that we can plant seeds for others. otherwise we will eventually run out.

Life is a journey and not all paths are the same. Like walking a new hiking trail for the first time we often don't know the final destination. Sometimes the path seems hard and full of obstacles. other times it is easy and clear. I believe no mater what the path ahead looks like it is how we perceive it that matters. How can we learn to open up about our perspectives and begin to see life differently.

We all go through challenging times in our lives. The question is how do we handle those times. Often From my experience and from others I have talked to men in particular often suffer alone. We don't reach out for help or we hide behind a wall. my encouragement to you all who watch this video is to reach out.
