I Am Free (Affirmation Poetry For Freedom)
While meditating this poem started to come to me, so I wrote it down still in that meditative state of mind. It's about remembering our freedom.
We're always free to question our thoughts and beliefs. We're free to move, to leave, but it's usually our fear that holds us where we are. But we're also free to face those fears.
This is kind of like a Mind Movie (a Dr. Joe Dispenza type video) with affirmations of freedom. I'll leave the words below in the pinned comment.

Shifting Your Focus During Chores To Affirmations #shorts
If you want to take time out to meditate but have a busy life, consider combining your meditative practices with your daily chores. This morning I said affirmation phrases like "I am happy to be here in the present moment," and "I am thankful." I just focused in on those affirmations and other things came to mind to be thankful about. It's a good way to train your brain to focus on what you're thankful for. Plus, it turns your "chores" into something you can enjoy (thinking about things you're thankful for, or appreciating that you are practicing self-love with affirmations).

A Quick Mantra to Change Perspective #shorts
I previously mentioned Habit Tracking, and the Habit You tracker suggested saying a mantra 3 times a day. I use it more than that, but it's nice to have a minimum to remember it from the beginning of the day.

TIP: Feeling More Accomplished By Acknowledging What You're ALREADY Accomplishing #shorts
If you are constantly thinking and feeling like you're not accomplishing enough in life, spending time tracking your actions and focusing on how much you accomplished each day can help re-train your brain to look for all the ways in which YOU ARE ALREADY accomplished. By writing your activities down, and thinking about what you did and why you did it, you can see that you are taking actions in life that are important to you.
As your brain gets trained to think of ways in which you're accomplished, you will start to really feel accomplished, and then you will go on to accomplish even more because your confidence concerning this has come back.
