The Court has required Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan to say whether their state legislatures’ constitutional responsibility to establish election rules and procedures were respected, and not fraudulently abused. A top Chinese Communist Party influence operator boasted recently that China’s “old friends” on Wall Street have, for decades, successfully compelled the U.S. government to do Beijing’s bidding. A prime example was the 2013 deal brokered by then-Vice President Joe Biden that gave the CCP preferential access to our capital markets – and roughly $3 trillion in American investors’ funds. Prof. Di Dongsheng claimed that the exception was the Trump administration. He lied. Thanks especially to the unstinting efforts of Wall Street veteran and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Communist China has been able to perpetuate U.S. underwriting even of companies building military technologies designed to destroy us. After Mr. Mnuchin leaves office next week, he is expected to resume his lucrative business dealings with China – where his serial betrayal of Trump national security colleagues and the country will presumably be handsomely rewarded. President Joe Biden lays out today his foreign policy priorities. At the moment, they seem to be characterized by one principle: Not Trump. Donald Trump opposed the Chinese Communist Party’s “people’s war” against this country and its “genocide” against Uyghur Muslims. Will a President Biden, deeply compromised by the CCP, return to the Obama practice of engaging, and appeasing, Beijing? Mr. Trump brought “maximum pressure” to bear against Iran’s nuclear ambitions. Team Biden seems determined to return to the Obama policy of engaging, and appeasing, the mullahs in Tehran. President Trump persuaded Latin American nations to prevent hordes of illegal immigrants from coming here. President Biden appears intent on jettisoning such cooperation and welcoming the coming caravans. The Biden approach certainly can’t be characterized as “America First.” If this President puts America last, our national decline will be his lasting legacy. This is Frank Gaffney.

On Sunday, CBS News’ “60 Minutes” program warned that the Chinese Communist Party is hoovering up our DNA and other personal medical data. By some estimates, eighty percent of us have already had such information ripped off by PRC companies that are obliged to share it with their government. China expert Gordon Chang warns that the CCP is pursuing biological techniques tailored to attack ethnic groups. The U.S. State Department says Beijing’s mass incarceration and oppression of Uyghur Muslims in western China amounts to genocide. The next step may be their mass extermination using genetically engineered viruses. In the early 2000s, moreover, China’s then-Defense Minister told party cadre that the CCP has a plan to depopulate the United States and colonize it with Han Chinese. Access to our medical data could be a critical element of realizing that horrific ambition. This is Frank Gaffney.

TRANSCRIPT: A preeminent concern about a Biden-Harris presidency is whether those two “old friends” of Communist China will do its bidding to America’s great detriment. One of the administration’s first, ominous acts suggests they are so inclined. An initial Biden Executive Order clears the way for the Chinese to increase the presence in our electric grid of their transformers, chips and other technology, blocking the implementation of a sensible Trump directive requiring the elimination of such foreign equipment from our most critical infrastructure. The risks of this concession are incalculably high. If the Chinese gear fails, or is deliberately disabled by Beijing, the effect could be a protracted – and possibly catastrophic – interruption of electricity essential to our economy, society and lives. This decision is also a warning of other, dangerous appeasement of the Chinese Communist Party to come. It must be reversed now. This is Frank Gaffney.

Former Trump strategist Steve Bannon’s popular TV program, War Room Pandemic, has an engaging theme song. Its refrain is “Let’s take down the CCP.” The Chinese Communist Party has a variation on that tagline – “Let’s take down the USA.” Unfortunately, the CCP’s version isn’t just a catchy jingle. It’s a strategic policy, one that is now well-advanced. The Chinese Communists say they’re in a “People’s War” with us. They’re using “unrestricted warfare” techniques that have already done incalculable damage to our country’s economy, public health, culture and national security. There is, moreover, evidence that the CCP intervened directly in our 2020 election for the purpose of defeating a presidential candidate who recognized and was determined to counter the threat it poses. Now, we have an administration populated by “old friends” of China and pursuing policies that will help take down the USA. This is Frank Gaffney.

President Joe Biden has given the Chinese Communist Party a free-pass to engage in genocide against Muslim Uyghurs and other ethnic minorities in Western China. In a televised CNN townhall, he dismissed it as a manifestation of a different “cultural norm.” Genocide would be more accurately described as a “CCP norm.” Throughout the Party’s sordid history, that transnational criminal organization has repeatedly engaged in truly “systemic racism,” industrial-grade oppression and, yes, mass murder. And the present General Secretary, Xi Jinping, is doing it all again as part of his relentless pursuit of absolute power. Joe Biden’s evident acquiescence to the CCP’s genocide is morally abominable – and strategically ominous. Was he ordered to do it by Xi during their recent, two-hour phone call? Open Doors USA’s annual World Watch List released yesterday reveals that the number of Christians experiencing heavy persecution now exceeds 340 million. That’s more people than live in the United States and a vast increase over last year’s estimate of 260 million. The single biggest contributor to this burgeoning problem is Covid-19. For example, Chinese Communists blame Christians for spreading the disease. And they and other persecutors exploit the virus to deny Christians food, employment, health care and other services. Worse is in the offing for believers and billions of others – around the world as the Chinese Communists expand and export their totalitarian surveillance-state techniques under the guise of monitoring Covid infections. The U.S. Senate will soon consider S.1, a bill that would impose, nationally and permanently, voting arrangements proven to facilitate electoral fraud. Officially known as the “For the People Act,” this fatally flawed legislation has earned a new nickname: “The Corrupt Politicians Act.” Your Senators should feel duty-bound to oppose this egregious bill by the oath they swore to protect and defend the Constitution. But here’s another, perhaps more compelling, consideration: Recent opinion surveys indicate that the damage S.1 would do to electoral integrity is overwhelmingly opposed by the American people. For example, this legislation would prohibit every state from employing a widely practiced election integrity precaution, namely, requiring voter identification to cast a ballot. A new Polling Company poll found that seventy-seven percent of respondents – with majorities in every demographic subgroup – quite sensibly reject this idea. So must their Senators. TRANSCRIPT: If anyone doubted that “elections have consequences,” look no further than Joe Biden’s busy first day in the White House. The new President immediately reversed a number of his predecessor’s policies. Among the blizzard of problematic Executive Orders he signed on “Day One” were directives that will incentivize illegal immigration and reopen America to aliens from nations – many of them Sharia-supremacist – where we cannot properly vet them. Biden also recommitted the United States to a radical energy and climate change agenda, including a Paris accord that rewards Communist China for increasing its greenhouse gas emissions. And as part of his so-called “racial equity” initiative, the 46th President reinstituted the practice Trump terminated of indoctrinating federal employees with the false narrative of America’s “systemic racism.” Regrettably, the early consequences of last year’s election will be a weaker and more divided, not United States. A prominent Chinese influence operator named Di Dongcheng recently bragged that China’s “old friends” on Wall Street had for decades ensured that U.S. government policy suited Beijing. He relished the prospect that, after a rough patch with Donald Trump, America would once again be submissive to the PRC under a compliant President Joe Biden. That was before then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo designated the CCP’s brutal repression of Uyghur Muslims as “genocide.” And it was before two top Biden administration officials – Mr. Pompeo’s successor, Tony Blinkin, and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellin – told Congress they agreed with that designation. Now, the Chinese Communists and their enablers on Wall Street are frantically trying to dissuade the Biden administration from formalizing the genocide finding as it would interfere with their lucrative, but fundamentally anti-American, business dealings with Beijing.
