We are being lied to all the time. The information we receive is often designed to bypass our conscious mind and implant deep into our unconscious mind. If we do not take the time to learn how to process all of the incoming information, we will never truly be ourselves, we will in fact, be a human made up of other people motives and intentions.

Mainstream media has made it their priority to demonise and attack anyone who either disagrees or questions any of the covid 19 rhetoric being spouted by politicians or the media itself. They have engaged in character assassination and group slandering, creating a divide between those who are for the vaccine and those who either question it or who remain unsure.

Never in human history has manipulation and influence been so prevalent and so effective. Technology has granted the means to influence others on a grand scale, but we can transcend this influence if we choose to learn and understand how it works.

The future is not yet set, we all have the power to influence the coming future through our own individual actions. There are great powers at play, intent on creating a future to meet their own desires and motivations, to the detriment of the many. For this reason we must learn a new way of thinking and a different approach so that we, the people, the majority, the reasonable and the fair may have a greater hand at shaping the emerging future.

To be an authentic person, we must learn to NOT simply believe and act upon the opinions of others, as it will shape our behaviour into a negative sort of conformity. To immediately adopt the opinions of others is to place ourselves in a position to also make false judgements, which may have a negative impact on our life and the lives of others. For this reason it is necessary to develop a level of awareness that will allow us to stay true to ourselves and to resist social and authoritarian pressure.

The ability to question is an important skill to have. In the pursuit of greater knowledge, wisdom and awareness it is vital that we develop this skill. Questioning doesn't automatically mean disagreement, but instead that someone is willing to reserve judgement, commitment and integration of an idea or opinion prior to accepting it as truth. This is a practice of emotionally intelligent and aware people.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE- To understand yourself is to acquire the key to Self Mastery and therefore the ability to transform your life. Self Awareness is quite possibly the most important component of Emotional Intelligence and is essential in relation to the other aspects of EQ.

Why shallow entertainment is diminishing the quality of your existence. Reducing your screen time can greatly enhance the quality of your life.

CONTROL MANIPULATION AND INFLUENCE- Gaslighting is a common and destructive type of manipulation. It can be soul destroying, perception controlling and identity eroding for any victim of gaslighting. It is considered to be a form of emotional abuse and is so common that it has now become necessary for people to understand how to identify and overcome this form of abuse and control.

MENTAL HEALTH- It is important to understand that injuries and pain aren't always obvious and can remain hidden from the eye. To acknowledge the importance of mental health awareness is to encourage compassion, support and understanding for those who commonly receive judgement.

Control, Manipulation and Influence- It is said that perception is reality. If there is any truth to this phrase then it is important to understand just how our perception can be shaped and manipulated by those who seek to control us.
