Instead of bringing hands to floor set a chair in front of you and place hand on chair seat.

This movement can be done without bringing hands to the floor by placing a platform in front of you. Place hand on platform as you fold forward into the side lunge.

Slowly roll down thinking about creating space between each vertebrae. Slowly round up with your head last to lift. Recommended 5-10 repetitions daily for best results.

The tempo of your movement can be a 2/2, a 3/3, or a 4/4 count. The higher your arm moves above your waist the greater you’re going to feel the pull.
