I love when my deer yawn when they come to see me.

What else can I say about this sweet deer that unexpectedly came into my life when she was just a tiny fawn in 2015!

This is day 2 of this bat roosting in between the plastic covering on my window and the outside window glass. She has been hangin with us 4 days now. She leaves at night and returns in the morning.

This doe is 6 years old now. I feel very lucky that she came to me for help when she was separated from her mother in 2015.

This little one showed up on my front porch, all alone. I tried to comfort it a bit. I sure hope it finds its mommy...

Zoey came into my life in 2015, when she was an abandoned fawn. She has been with me ever since, and has brought so much joy to me over the years.

Spring is almost here and my deer are coming out of hibernation!

Betty stops by every day to eat. She was born last Spring. She is the grand daughter of Zoey! And today, Bob is with her. Bob was born in April of this year. He has eaten out of the cup in my hand twice, but is still in training...

This wild deer has taken a liking to this woman's cat. Such an adorable animal friendship!

This abandoned cat showed up at my door about 4 months ago, crying for food and attention, and has been with me ever since. She's absolutely adorable! And my pet deer is so happy to have her around. Watch Bernie the cat roll over, tease and then swat Babe the deer. That's my Bernie!(short for Bernadette). She's so funny!

I have cared for Zoey since 2015. She likes to lick the salt off of my hands.

Babe is expecting any day now. Lucy delivered last week and is doing great! And, then there's sweet little Betty (Zoey's grandbaby).
