Mother Cow Clearly Asks Man To Rescue Her Newborn Calf
This video tells the story of "Flo", a wonderful cow with a beautiful disposition, as she encountered serious difficulty soon after giving birth to her baby. On a very hot, spring day in Millbrook, Ontario, Flo was near the pond in the meadow that she called home. She and the rest of the herd live on a gorgeous farm where the cows wander freely and graze as they wish. It's life as close as possible to what nature intended for these sweet creatures.
For whatever reason, Flo found herself beside the pond and up against the electric fence when it was time for her baby to be born. This fence is there to keep the cows from wandering on the highway and to keep predators out. The voltage is actually dialed down to a low setting. But her calf must have been slippery enough that it slid down the small slope and under the wires. It would have been difficult, if not impossible for the calf to get back under the fence, and Flo could not get to her newborn. The sun was beating down and the baby was supposed to be nursing, getting that first crucial dose of antibodies in his mother's collostrum. (First milk)
Dave, a passing motorist who lived nearby had stopped with his GoPro camera because he wanted to film the other cows splashing and bathing in the pond. Their behaviour seemed interesting enough that he wanted to get some video. He stood by the fence with one camera in his hand and another on the fence post. He saw Flo acting annoyed to his left but he thought maybe she was just trying to express displeasure that he was near the fence. Dave knew very little about cattle and he had no idea that her unusual display was actually a request for help.
Still not catching on, Dave began to film Flo as she pawed at the ground and paced back and forth. She looked at him and mooed as she did so. Even the other cows knew something was wrong and they came over to look. Flo was looking at the same spot outside the fence, and at Dave alternately.
Dave decided he better investigate and he took his camera with him. He saw a small, newborn calf on the outside of the fence. It was lying still and appeared to be either dead or paralyzed with fear. When Dave got closer, he could see that it was OK but that it wasn't able to help itself.
Dave knew the wires between him and the mother were not solid enough to hold her back if she objected to him going near the calf but he was now starting to understand that this is what she was asking him for. Cautiously, he moved over to the calf and used a stick to lift the lower wires. He could see the name "Flo" on her ear tag and he spoke to her as he worked to get the calf back into the meadow. The calf's umbilical cord was very fresh, showing that he was just born.
Flo relaxed visibly as she saw what Dave was doing. Her agitation decreased and even the sound of her bellows had changed. She made no sign that she was angry as he shoved and wiggled the calf under the wires. The calf and Dave both touched the wire and got a few shocks in the process but Dave was relieved that the calf didn't cry out, as this could alarm Flo. An angry mama cow can sometimes be protective if they sense their babies are being hurt.
The calf was eventually reunited with his mother and she promptly licked him and checked him over. As Dave walked away from the fence, she gave him a long look that seems to convey understanding and relief that this stranger had helped her baby. She led him off into the meadow and he was able to nurse right away.
The farmers, who had been on an errand while this was happening arrived as she was leading the calf away. Dave offered to help them catch the calf so it could treat the umbilical cord with iodine and give it a checkup. They also had to tag the calf ("F20"). Dave filmed the two as they grazed with the herd.
Unbelievably, the little calf saw Dave and wandered up to him curiously, seeming to recognize him from earlier in the afternoon. Flo also seemed to remember Dave and she gave him a long look before wandering off behind her baby.
Dave was surprised by Flo's ability to communicate her need for help, as well as her patience with his inability to understand. She persisted until he finally got the message. What was also impressive was the depth of emotion that she showed for her calf, despite the widespread claims that animals are not capable of profound emotion. And one more thing about this encounter struck Dave as remarkable. Flo and her calf seemed to be able to remember that Dave had helped them.
Dave created a video about this experience to demonstrate Flo's capacity for emotion, as well as her surprising intellect, but parts of that first video were edited out in order to shorten the length of the video. The video has gone viral and the internet has been touched by Flo's love for her baby. He is now known as "Sparky" due to his early exposure to electricity. Flo and Sparky have become cow celebrities.
But in the editing, some of Flo's attempts to communicate were left out. This is a second video of the same story, but it focuses more on Flo's impressive understanding of the fact that this unknown human could help her if she can only communicate her need to him.
We don't give cows enough credit. They are far more complex than some people believe, and they are far more deserving of a life of happiness. If people chose to eat beef, they have the option to at least buy their meat from ethical sources, like this farm, where the cows are treated properly.

Worried Mama Cow Asks Man To Rescue Her Newborn Calf
Flo is a cow who lives on a beautiful farm near Millbrook, Ontario. She spends her days in a lush, green pasture that borders on a country road. The cows have access to a nice pond for drinking and for cooling off in. She shares this pasture with a herd of cows and some newborn calves. Flo delivered a calf herself but it was born on a slope between the pond and the fence. It slid down and under the fence, becoming trapped outside the field. It's not clear how long the calf was lying there, but the fresh umbilical cord showed that it had been born that day. It was also dry, which suggested that it had been lying in the sun for a little while. The calf may have tried to get back to its mother but the electric fence made this impossible.
Dave was passing by on the road when he saw the cows enjoying a dip in the pond to get out of the heat. He stopped to film the cows as they did so. He noticed a <a href="https://rumble.com/v37iaj-cows-jump-for-joy-after-seeing-grass-for-the-first-time-in-months.html" target="_blank">cow</a> to his left that was acting agitated. Dave doesn't know a lot about cows but he knew it was unusual for a female to scrape the dirt and make so much noise. He set his camera on the fence post and watched, confused by what was going on. He could see that her ear tag said "Flo". He eventually noticed that she was looking through the fence and then back at him. She seemed a little frantic as she cried and he walked closer with his camera to see what she was doing. It became obvious that she had been asking for help.
Dave saw her <a href="https://rumble.com/v3u855-momma-cow-hides-newborn-calf-in-orchard.html" target="_blank">newborn calf</a> in the long grass but he wasn't sure if her behavior had been a cry for help or a warning to stay away from her baby. The calf needed to get milk from the mother and he could also wander out on the road if something wasn't done. There was no gate nearby and Dave didn't want to try moving the calf far away from Flo.
Dave decided that the best way to help was to lift the wires and push the calf under the fence. The calf seemed to be helping the man, but there was no way to avoid contact with the fence. Flo seemed to understand that her calf was being moved toward her, but Dave was very aware that only a flimsy fence would be between them if she became upset with what was happening. Dave was getting shocked and the calf was too. He hoped it would not cry out in pain before he could get the job done.
Eventually, the calf was on the other side of the fence and reunited with his mom. The two immediately sniffed each other and began walking out into the pasture together.
Dave spoke with the farmer and his wife, who did not realize that she had calved. They invited Dave to join them as they tagged the calf's ear and treated the umbilical cord with iodine. They checked the calf and found that it was healthy and unharmed.
Dave took his camera along and filmed the two as they mingled with the herd. The calf wandered up to Dave for a curious sniff, as did Flo, seemingly recognizing him. They both wandered off and Flo's little calf was soon happily nursing as if nothing had happened. Although Dave was slow to catch on, Flo was obviously distressed and was aware that Dave could help her. She looked at him expectantly as she paced between him and her baby in a very clear attempt to communicate. We often underestimate an animal's intelligence and capacity for emotion. Flo showed a healthy amount of both in this case. You can't deny the love she felt for her newborn calf.

Lamborghini owner lights a fire with his car exhaust, then has to act quickly
Ghostrider is an anonymous philanthropist and exotic car owner who loves his Lamborghini AVentador SV. And being a big kid at heart, he likes to have fun with his car in unusual ways. When he discovered that the exhaust heat from his 700hp machine could light objects on fire, he decided to show his friend, Dave. Dave is also a big kid at heart, so it wasn't a surprise that he readily agreed to bring his GoPro and see what the two of them could accomplish.
Ghostrider had an empty case and Ace of Spades Champagne bottle. He decided to have a toast of a different kind. Placing the case and bottle behind the car, he revved the engine until flames shot out and lit the box on fire. The material inside caught quickly and created a bonfire that was almost three feet high. They didn't realize this right away and they also didn't realize how close the flames were to the paint. In a mild panic, Ghostrider hopped in and moved the car forward. Dave and Ghostrider laughed at the situation and at their unexpected near catastrophe.
Ghostrider has been using his cars to do more than just toasting things and revving his engine. He is one of the most enthusiastic members of a big-hearted car club called The North Face Rally. Together, this club has organized one of the biggest toy drives in Canada, collecting so many toys that they need two armoured cars to deliver them to the children at Christmas. Ghostrider has also organized car events that have raised money for cancer research and he has donated his cars for a Down Syndrome Gala to raise money for their community support.
In one of the most touching moves ever, he has handed over the keys to his Lamborghini so that Dave could chauffeur two cancer survivors around to make their dreams come true. Ghostrider remains anonymous, allowing Dave to do the driving and share in the fun.
It was actually their love of cars and their mutual love for charity and community support that solidified their friendship after they met on the road in a small Ontario city called Peterborough. Dave was a police officer on patrol and Ghostrider was on his way through town with The North Face Rally. Their traffic stop turned viral when they were captured on film as Ghostrider handed over his keys and urged Dave to take the Lambo for a spin. VICE was filming the club and they kept the cameras rolling for this surprising turn of events. It's not every day that a police officer gets a chance to drive a Lamborghini and Dave's excitement was obvious.
In typical Ghostrider fashion, even his videos accomplish good things with the proceeds funding the purchase of cancer medication for a three year old girl in South America. There is no end to the good that can be done with a heart as big as Ghostrider's.

Scuba divers have mixed reactions when sharks circle and bump them
Caribbean reef sharks are new to the waters around Belize. It is believed that the slight warming of the ocean has encouraged them to venture this far north. They are not usually dangerous to humans, but the sight of a ten foot long eating machine with rows and rows of razor sharp teeth can still get a scuba diver's heart rate up. They don't see humans as food, but they are often curious enough to come close and make an inspection to be certain.
Divers were finishing an hour long dive over the coral reefs off Ambergrise Caye in Belize and they were preparing for their three minute safety stop. The buildup of nitrogen gas in a diver's bloodstream can cause severe problems if they surface without completing this stop at twenty feet to expel the nitrogen. But being suspended over the reef is when a diver is the most visible, and also the most vulnerable. These divers had speared some lion fish and were taking them back to the boat. They had been stored in a plastic tube to protect the divers from the venomous spines and painful sting of the lion fish. The smell of the lionfish had obviously attracted the attention of a group of hungry reef sharks.
As the divers began the safety stop, the dive master was checking on the other divers and watching them to be sure that they were monitoring their gauges. This caused him to be looking up and not below as the first shark made a sudden turn below him and went after his fins. Seeing other divers pointing, he looked down and saw the face of the large shark below, and very close. He quickly pulled his fins up and away from the shark and paddled his arms to create distance. despite his understanding of sharks, and the extremely low risk of being bitten, it was startling to notice it heading right at him from below.
Another diver with a GoPro camera recorded a shark doing a similar thing below him, but this shark did not turn away. Instead, it bumped right into the diver's hips and groin area before swimming off. It circled him, moving closer and trying to get behind him. He turned and kept the camera on the pole between them, as he maintained a vertical position. Another shark tried to come up from beneath to get close as well.
While all of this was going on, another diver with a camera was enjoying the show and he was as curious about the sharks as they were about the divers. He can be seen recording and even swimming toward the large beasts. He clearly had no concerns about the intentions of the sharks.
When the sharks appeared, the diver with the tube of lion fish actually descended and untied the tube from his dive vest so he could leave it on the reef. He unraveled the string so that he could create distance between himself and the tube, yet still retrieve it when he got to the boat. When reef sharks appear, it is safer not to have dead or injured fish attached to you because it will trigger feeding behavior and aggression among predators.
This video shows greatly varied reactions to being up close with a pack of hungry sharks.

Botfly Larva Removed From Chipmunk
Dr. Kristy Hiltz, a veterinarian, was at her cottage and noticed a chipmunk had a parasite on its side. Her children trapped the chipmunk and she removed the maggot with forceps. After the wound was cleaned, the chipmunk was released and was doing fine.

Shockingly large parasite removed from chipmunk by veterinarian
Chipmunks are adorable little creatures that are easily tamed. They are delight to homeowners and cottagers. They are beautiful with their striped fur and tiny little faces and hands. Like a slender hamster that moves at twice the speed, they almost seem like pets once they get used to humans. Almost everyone has experienced the joy of hand feeding one of these animals. They are trusting and friendly and will climb on people for a peanut or other snack.
But Chipmunks in North America have their share of problems. They need to be wary of all sorts of predators like hawks, weasels, foxes, and cats. And like any other animal, they also have to worry about parasites. One of the most disgusting parasites that they are likely to encounter is the Bot Fly, or Cuterebra Fly. These insects lay their eggs on the ground near the burrow of a rodent such as a rabbit or chipmunk. The animal picks up the egg as it brushes past and the heat from its body causes the egg to hatch. The larva will then seek a place in the nose or around the neck of the host animal. There, it will burrow into the skin and begin to feed and grow. Although it is more common for this to happen with rodents, it commonly occurs with dogs and cats too, along with other animals.
The maggot will usually leave a breathing hole which oozes fluid and it appears like a round, open wound. The larvae will grow for 3 to 8 weeks in the infected host. In cats, these larvae can migrate to the brain and cause a lot of serious problems. Although rarely fatal when found under the skin, like the one on this chipmunk, they are large, effective parasites that can rob a little creature of health and energy. They are also extremely disgusting creatures.
This chipmunk is one of a family that live at a cottage in Parry Sound, Ontario. The cottage is owned by a veterinarian who loves all animals, including wildlife. When her young children spotted the chipmunk with what appeared to be a lump and small wound on its side, they told her what they had seen. Being certain that it was a Cuterebra, they managed to trap the chipmunk easily with a peanut and plastic bin. The little fellow was then placed inside a pillow case so that he could be restrained gently. Cutting a small hole in the pillowcase allowed access to the chipmunk's side so that the doctor could pull the maggot out with forceps.
The chipmunk did not need anesthetic since there was already a hole in its side and the maggot could be slowly out. The hole left behind is a gaping cavity that is prone to infection. The veterinarian flushed and cleaned the wound and the chipmunk was released. Although he was happy to be free again, he was annoyed enough that he refused to take the peanut that they offered. He scurried away but returned soon after, collecting free peanuts happily, as usual.
The wound healed over the next few days and the chipmunk was perfectly fine. Bot Fly larva, or Cuterebras are so loathsome that even this seasoned veterinarian finds them repulsive. Because they look just like small wounds until the maggot emerges, they are often seen, but not recognized in animals, including your pets!

Deer Brings Beautiful Fawns From The Forest To Share Apples
There is a beautiful spot in southern Ontario where the deer are protected and they have not learned to fear humans. If you sit very patiently and quietly, they might even approach a human. It helps even more if you are crunching an apple or a carrot.
This man waited until the deer were very close and he began eating an apple and throwing pieces on the ground. The deer ran to share it with him. The surprising part was that they actually brought their <a href="https://rumble.com/v4oam2-wild-deer-brings-her-fawn-to-visit-woman-sitting-silently-in-the-forest.html" target="_blank">fawns</a> over too. Does typically hide their fawns in the long grass, often separately, in order to protect them from predators. They return to them 3-4 times per day to nurse them.
Fawns are always watching their mother and she will use a complex set of tail and ear movements to communicate with them. If you pay enough attention, you will see that there is more going on than just tail twitching. The fans are actually reacting to her indications of any possible threats.
This man had an incredibly rare treat as she brought her fawns very close. Few things are as cute as spotted fawns in early summer. So cute! Fawns are young deer, and they are naturally found where deer are mostly found - in fields and meadows in the summer, while in the winter they are generally found in <a href="https://rumble.com/v39z4z-deer-running-through-forest-in-slow-mo-is-majestic.html" target="_blank">forest</a>. This video just melts our hearts!

Rescued Baby Crows Return Each Spring To Greet Their Saviors
Rescued crows have become incredible pets and friends to this family. One of them actually enjoys catching peanuts that are thrown to him. Crows adore peanuts, and this one loves a game of catch at the same time!
This is the story of four rescued baby crows that were raised by a loving family. They learned to say "hello" and how to become independent. Eventually they were accepted by a family of wild <a href="https://rumble.com/v30mi7-rescued-crow-speaks-to-his-family.html" target="_blank">crows</a>. Even though they fly south each winter, they always return each spring to literally say hello to the family that saved them. It started when a nest of crows fell from a tree. An attempt was made to put them back, but the cows were orphaned and needed help.
This crow has been rescued when their nest fell from a tree. A veterinarian and her family raised the crows and they were released into the wild. They were accepted by a family of wild crows and still come back to visit, four years later. At least two will visit the backyard feeder and occasionally say "hello". This year, they have also started saying "mom" very clearly. They were not intentionally taught to say hello or mom. These birds are incredibly intelligent!
The family asked help from a veterinarian on how to raise the little <a href="https://rumble.com/v34idt-rescued-baby-crow-returns-to-family-one-year-later.html" target="_blank">crows</a>. They needed to be fed every 2-3 hours. Crows are very social and highly intelligent, but also they are capable of speech!

Tiny Tiger Cub Tries To Roar
Have you at any point considered what a little lion whelp seems like? On the off chance that you were anticipating a profound, roaring thunder, you'd not be right! Incidentally, even lion fledglings need to figure out how to talk. At the point when this child lion attempts to make a sound, it turns out significantly milder than a little cat's whimper. A lion's thunder is one of the most dominant and terrifying sounds on the planet. Notwithstanding, lion offspring aren't brought into the world with that fierce thunder; it takes bunches of training. What's more, before that? They make the best, cutest sound ever. The small little lion offspring in this video is attempting its best to rehearse its thunder — however, as opposed to being frightening, it's the most lovable sound to ever exist.
At the point when this fledgling grows up, his thunder will be a lot stronger. Smithsonian magazine reports that a lion or tiger thunder can reach up to 114 decibels, which is multiple times stronger than a gas-controlled grass trimmer. In contrast to most creatures, which have triangle-formed vocal folds, lions and tigers have level, square-molded bulges that are very solid and adaptable. Thus, these felines can thunder extra boisterous without harming their lungs. Lions likewise have a wide range of kinds of thunders and snarls. Some are intended to avert predators or to let creatures (or individuals) that they are getting excessively close. Different thunders or snorts can be correspondence with their pride. They regularly thunder to help settle spats!
As the little lion fledgling ponderously strolls down a pathway, the camera is rolling. The little offspring is just two or three weeks old. He's a long way from the great King of the Jungle that he will grow up to be. At present, all you need to do is nestle with him! As the fledgling endeavors to go for a thunder, what turns out rather sounds increasingly like a minor hack originating from a little kid. It's lovably diverting. The little offspring attempts over and over, however very little turn out. Only a great deal of charm.
The valuable <a href="https://rumble.com/v6flqp-adorable-lion-playing-football-at-liveing-room.html" target="_blank">lion</a> fledgling has some time before he's aced his savage and brutal thunder. Up to that point — we'll be playing the video beneath on rehash throughout the day. Remember to SHARE this <a href="https://rumble.com/v834f1-dog-buried-up-to-neck-enjoys-the-healing-power-of-sand.html" target="_blank">lovable video</a> with your preferred feline sweetheart on Facebook! Need more? Look at this video of a 13-week-old whelp playing with its closest companions: a pooch named Monty and a bunny named Thumper.

How you can earn serious money by uploading videos to Rumble
Everybody understands that people are earning money by uploading videos on the internet. What they don't know is that anyone can do it. They don't understand how easy it is to make a serious income every month. Most people also mistakenly believe that YouTube is the best way, or even the only way to do this. People believe that they need have a viral video and earth shattering content to make it worth their time.
David McNab explains how easy it is to make money by uploading and he even explains how to do it. He's offering to coach you. For free!
It may come as a surprise to most people that Rumble is a far better platform for making an income through video creation. The advantages to Rumble are outlined here.
David has been making over $1,000 every month without any special skills or talent and he offers to share everything he knows about video creation. He'll teach you all about finding content, editing, adding music and anything else you need to make your own income.
Since February 2016, David has been editing videos in his spare time. He uses the time he spends waiting or travelling and turns it into earnings.
What isn't explained in this video is that David has also realized a life dream through Rumble. He always envisioned the perfect job as being one that would allow him to set up his laptop anywhere in the world and make money. He does hint at this when he says "your office can be absolutely anywhere", but it's more than just a dream for him now. It's reality.
David and his wife Kristy have traveled to Cayman Islands, Belize, Mexico and Cuba for scuba diving and other adventures. His dream became reality when he started recording the fun with a GoPro camera. During the evening, after a day of diving, David sat on a porch overlooking the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves on the beach while he uploaded some of the most exciting moments of the day. He worked on his computer on the boat between dives and he even used the idle time at the airport and on the plane to create videos.
What David has found is that there is a lot of satisfaction, even freedom, in being able to take his "office" anywhere in the world. Rumble is now paying for his family vacations and as an added bonus, each vacation actually helps provide even more footage for the next round of videos.
With Rumble, people are making money with videos that anyone could create. They can be about pets, hobbies, wild animals, kids, vlogs, recipes, instructional videos or anything else imaginable. Most people already have content on their phones or cameras that could make them a lot of money.
David offers to share what it takes to get you started right away. By emailing him at mojo_videos@hotmail.com, you'll be starting on a fun adventure and maybe you'll soon be realizing your own dream.
It's a lot easier than you think!

Husband wants spicier food, wife gives him Trinidad scorpion pepper
Dave is a very spoiled man when it comes to Kristy and her cooking. There isn't much she can't do in the kitchen and she feeds him much better than he deserves. Dave should have learned early on that complaining about his wife's food just wouldn't be a smart idea, but sometimes concepts are difficult for men to grasp.
Dave enjoys the spicy food and heaps the hot sauce on for a little extra kick. But Dave got a little "saucier" than any husband should and he told Kristy that the spice could be a little bit spicier. Kristy started a plan that would take a full year to carry out. She was determined to give Dave exactly what he was asking for and maybe throw in a little life lesson at the same time.
Kristy went online and found a seed company that promised a crop of some extremely hot peppers. Ghost peppers have been reputed to be the hottest pepper in the world, even though the Trinidad scorpion and Carolina reaper have nudged them out for the title. Kristy found seeds for quite an array of heat and planted a patch of peppers that would peel the paint off a car.
When the time came for the harvest, Kristy told Dave his peppers were ready and that he was welcome to try them. Dave dared to ask if they were going to be as hot as she promised and Kristy issued a challenge. She dared Dave to eat one right off the plant. Dave couldn't resist and Kristy decided to film it.
Dave is definitely used to hot peppers, hot sauce, and anything spicy. He eats Vietnamese peppers like a vegetable and loads the Tabasco on all sorts of foods, so he was a little cocky when he figured this would be pretty easy. He would even admit later that he thought he could eat the whole pepper and possibly a second one. With almost no hesitation, he grabs what he thinks is a ghost pepper. We will never know if Kristy suspected that it was actually a Trinidad scorpion, but Dave was on a roll and Kristy wasn't about to stop him.
Dave bites into the pepper, starts to feel the burn and then figures he's got it under control. He tries to pretend it's not so bad. At Kristy's suggestion, he takes a second bite, now chewing on more than half of a raw pepper. Dave quickly finds out that the heat hadn't peaked and he suddenly knows he's in serious trouble.
With no planning and no milk nearby, he runs for the garden hose and tries to stuff it in his mouth. He would eat the spray nozzle at this point and all his pride is gone. Dave rinses and repeats for several minutes but the heat won't subside. His eyes are full of tears, his tongue is on fire, and Kristy is howling with laughter.
The pain has brought with it a new understanding that trying to eat a ghost pepper or a Trinidad scorpion is not so smart, and that complaining about Kristy's cooking is even less smart.

Clydesdale's emotional response to running free in meadow
Belle is a very amazing horse who now lives at The Mane Intent, in Indian River, Ontario. She is a beautiful soul who has found her calling at a place where horses and humans interact and bond for a truly unique experience. People go there for many reasons, but one of Belle's many specialties is connecting with people who have suffered emotional or psychological trauma. She also helps people learn about themselves through their interaction.
This gentle horse loves people and loves the rest of the herd that share this place with her. On a sunny day, Belle and the herd were let out into the meadow for some free time and the result was magical. Belle ran with the herd through the grass and up a hill, where they stopped to graze and enjoy the sunshine. Belle seemed to be overcome with joy and she lay down on the grass and rolled. This is how a horse expresses joy, freedom and contentment and Belle says it best. Her snorts and her playful antics were a breathtaking sight to behold. Belle is a massive and extremely powerful horse with hooves the size of dinner plates. To see her roll on the ground like a happy child is unforgettable.

Playful Newborn Foal Falls While Playing In Pasture
Felix is a playful and happy foal who is three weeks old. He lives on a beautiful farm near Peterborough, Ontario, along with a few other horses, some cows, and a few dogs. He lives a carefree life and has access to several pastures and paddocks which he can romp and play in alongside his mother, Fling. The two are a joy to watch as they wander, graze, or lie in the sun. A typical foal in many ways, Felix often becomes playful and bounces in the air or runs around spontaneously, testing out his new legs.
But Felix is not yet as coordinated or as graceful as his mother. In this video, we see him happily sprinting and kicking up his heels and we see his mother joining in the fun occasionally too. Felix hasn't mastered the art of cornering yet and he leans too far into his turn, causing his legs to slide out from under him. The moment turns from joyous to scary as Felix goes down hard, colliding with the dirt. He slides and ends up with his head being driven down into the ground. Alison, the owner of the farm watches as Felix rolls over, balanced momentarily on his head with his neck twisted painfully under him. The laughter stops as the man holding the camera ask Alison if Felix is okay. For a moment, it looks as if the poor foal might be seriously injured.
Fling hurries in to check on her baby and she sniffs at him and waits. Felix lies on the ground, recovering, and everybody holds their breath. It's a good thing that a newborn foal is flexible or this spill would have caused a serious neck injury.
Alison helps Felix to get his legs under him so he can get up. Felix eventually manages to get to his feet and he stands and looks around.
Poor Felix seems confused and has temporarily lost his desire to run around the paddock. But after a few more minutes, Felix shakes it off and decides that its <a href="https://rumble.com/v3hr1f-great-dane-playing-with-a-horse....html" target="_blank">playtime</a> again. Horses are naturally tough and being young, Felix is able to bounce back from a fall like this without any trouble. Within a few minutes, he is back to doing what foals do and he trots around again, ready for more playtime. But perhaps Felix will remember the lesson that comes with a fall and he will take the corners more cautiously.
Felix is a very friendly little foal who is more curious about people than most <a href="https://rumble.com/v302a1-horses-make-funny-faces.html" target="_blank">horses</a>. Following his mother's nature and temperament, he is more comfortable with human interaction and more content with close human contact. He seeks affection, much like a family dog, and enjoys playing with anyone who will chase him or run away from him. Felix is getting a lot of attention from Alison's family and from people who come to the farm to visit Fling and Felix. They have become a very popular pair. He is so adorable!

Curious Gopher Closely Examines GoPro Camera
If you were ever wondering what people were doing before GoPro cameras, we know one thing for sure – they had less cute videos of curious gophers. Here we can see an extremely inquisitive gopher that poses for the camera and then investigates it so closely that he bumps his nose on the lens. He sniffs at the camera and checks it out, resulting in a very close look at his adorable face.
These cute creatures are vast in numbers and there are over 100 types of this rodent just in the United States. They are vegetarians, so they don't eat human cameras, but instead indulge on roots, shrubs, trees, plants and even grass. This adorable gopher is <a href="https://rumble.com/v33k0e-curious-wild-turkey-spots-hidden-gopro.html" target="_blank">quite inquisitive</a> as he wanders around and investigates the camera lens staring back at him. Watch as he noses and scratches at the camera. He also makes funny faces, furrowing them brows at the end! Cuteness overload!
They are also known for building complex underground tunnels, and occasionally they want to pop their heads out and check out the surroundings. They are loners, and only one gopher can be found in a tunnel system. However, this curious fellow seems to be obsessed with the camera lens. Watch as he gives an endless stare at the object! It is adorable!
A GoPro stationed on the grass captures this adorable and mischievous gopher on camera. Apparently, they are <a href="https://rumble.com/v36n6d-curious-giant-lizard-tries-to-eat-gopro-camera.html" target="_blank">very curious</a> and inspect the GoPro lens closely. He snoops around the lens, repeatedly sniffing the lens and wondering about the curiosity of this weird object! Do you think he figured out the sole purpose of the strange-looking tiny box at the end?
This curious fella has a knack for being on camera, and gives us a rare glimpse of his cute face while he is sniffing the GoPro camera. Is this the next big Internet celebrity? Well he's much cuter than the human ones, that's for sure. Share this with your friends and brighten their day!

Rescued Cat Has The Most Adorable Vet Exam Ever
Stella is a wonderful and affectionate cat with four ears, due to a rare genetic mutation. She loves attention all day long and will even ask for her belly to be rubbed for more than the usual three seconds.
Here, she is getting her regular checkup. Stacey, a Registered Veterinary Technician is checking her microchip to see that it is still detectable. She checks Stella's heart and lungs, and her overall health. Stella loves her checkups and her clinic family. This is the best day ever for her!
Stella has two regular ears, but she also has two smaller ears that are distinct and separate from her larger ears. They sit behind the functional ears and they do not have ear drums or an ear canal. They do not cause Stella any difficulty nor do they give her superior hearing capabilities.
The recessive gene which causes this to happen is extremely rare. It does not have a name and is not fully understood, but it is believed to exist in conjunction with reproductive and balance issues. When Stella was born, her owner decided that she was not worth keeping. He walked into a veterinary clinic with Stella in a box and he dumped her, without explanation and without even leaving his name. Stella was pregnant at the time and was in medical distress. Her kittens had died in her womb and she was dying herself due to a life-threatening infection.
Stella was given an emergency C-section to remove her kittens and save her life. Stella recovered, although she suffers from neurological problems that are a result of her genetic mutation and her infection. Stella is a beautiful soul with a fondness for people and other animals, and she has made a wonderful addition to the family at the Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital in Peterborough, Ontario. She is a favorite among the clients who visit Sherbrooke Heights. She had also found a friend and snuggle buddy in one of the other clinic cats named Alvin. Sadly, Alvin passed away recently due to cancer. Now, Stella greets clients at the front lobby of the clinic as they arrive with their pets.

Camera hidden at beaver lodge records incredible unknown footage
Beaver lodges are found on most lakes and ponds in North America. But what we see is the structure above the surface of the water. We don't often get a glimpse of what happens underneath. Lodges are constructed so that they form a dome of sticks, logs, and mud that is almost impenetrable. All entrances are underwater tunnels so that predators can't get inside the lodge. The beavers swim under the dome and up inside it, comfortably safe and dry inside.
Beavers have evolved to be perfectly suited for such habitats. They have enormous, sharp teeth for chewing through even the biggest of logs needed to make their home. They are also well suited for swimming underwater for long distances, making it possible to come and go from the lodge without being in danger from predators. The young will stay in the safety of the lodge until they are large and strong enough to survive outside. Wolves and bears are the biggest threats to these animals.
Cottagers on a remote lake in Parry Sound, Ontario, placed an underwater camera in front of the entrance to a very big lodge. They knew that not only beavers called this home, but also fish of all types and sizes. They were not surprised to see beaver coming and going, although the clear footage and close up images were better than they expected. What was most surprising was the number of large bass swimming around the entrances almost constantly. Lodges are a preferred shelter for sunfish and small fish, so it only follows that the larger fish would not be far away. Something else they didn’t expect to see was a cormorant that was swimming through, hunting for fish. Cormorants are aquatic birds that look like ducks or loons. They eat exclusively fish and they are capable divers and very agile in the water. They obviously know that lodges are a great place to find food.
While some people are troubled by beavers on their lake, believing that they interfere with water levels, the truth is that they do a lot to keep the shore line from being overgrown with trees. They also provide excellent habitat for many other creatures.

Rottweiler sent to ER with 250 porcupine quills in face
A Rottweiler got into a dispute with a young porcupine and wound up with over 250 quills in its face and mouth. They were removed by a veterinarian, under anesthetic. If left alone, this many quills in the mouth could possibly kill even a large dog. It is a myth that quills can be cut to prevent penetration. Their design causes them to work their way in farther, no matter what, until they are pulled.

Wild Crow Actually Speaks To Squirrel At Bird Feeder
A wild crow came to the bird feeder and found a big, fat squirrel feasting on the peanuts that were supposed to be for him. Squirrels and crows are enemies and never get along, especially when food is at stake, but instead of starting a fight, the crow did something unbelievable. He said "hello". Twice! He's a completely wild crow, but he can say hello in a voice that sounds much like a parrot. What's more, the crow actually understands that the word hello is a greeting.
This is an amazing and heart warming story that really begins in 2011. A nest of baby crows fell out of a tree and the attempt to return them was unsuccessful. The parents did not return for the crows and time was running out. They needed to be fed every few hours at that age and a decision was made to bring the crows to Dr. Kristy Hiltz, a veterinarian at Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital. She was known to treat any animal that needed help. Kristy and her family took on the job of raising five noisy and very hungry crows. This meant night time feedings, screaming demands for food every few hours and lots of cleaning.
Within two weeks the crows were able to fly. They began roosting in the trees outside and returning at sunrise for breakfast. Unfortunately, one of the five did not survive the early days and the family of five became four.
The four <a href="https://rumble.com/v36ctb-rescued-baby-crows-scream-for-food-like-starving-quintuplets.html" target="_blank">crows</a>, the famous "Freds", became known in the neighborhood for their friendliness and their mischief. They were called Russell Crow, Crow Magnon, Baby Fred, and Adventure Fred. Kristy's family tried to teach them how to say "Fred" but instead, they actually learned to say "Hello". They greeted Kristy and the kids with this each time they came back for food. The crows were taught to find worms and eat berries from bushes. They were encouraged to find their own meals and were given less prepared food as time went on. Crows are highly social, surprisingly intelligent, and they even demonstrated a sense of humor and a protective nature towards the family. They captured everybody's hearts.
Amazingly, the Freds were able to join a family of wild crows that lived nearby. They became completely independent and even migrated south at the end of that summer. Kristy watched for the crows when spring came and she was thrilled to hear at least two talking crows at the bird feeder. Occasionally, a crow flying overhead would land in a nearby tree and say "hello". They would not take food from her anymore, but they would let her get closer than the truly wild crows would.
In 2018, Kristy's husband, Dave, put his GoPro out at the crow feeder as he occasionally does, to record the animals that come for the daily supply of peanuts. When he reviewed the footage, he was shocked to find that one of the Freds had perched beside a cheeky squirrel and spoken. Attempts at communication between animal species is extremely rare.
Kristy was also thrilled to see the adorable attempt at conversation caught on video. It is reassuring each time they speak because it tells Kristy that her crows are alive and well. It also tells her that they still remember the summer of 2011 and their human family.
The full story can be seen in the video: <a href="https://rumble.com/v30b0x-rescued-baby-crows-return-each-spring-to-say-hello..html" target="_blank">Rescued Baby Crows Return Each Spring To Greet Their Saviors</a>

Hilarious Sea Lions Find The Most Ridiculous Places To Sleep
In the Galapagos Islands, sea lions are everywhere. They are one of the most successful predators here and they live in abundance around most of the islands. Wherever there are fish, you'll find sea lions. They populate the beaches, cover the rocks along the shore, and swim in great numbers in the shallow waters. They are capable swimmers and they spend a few hours each day hunting for fish, octopus, eels, and crabs. They spend the rest of the day lounging and sleeping.
The people living on the islands, and even the tourists here have become very accustomed to them and they manage to live harmoniously with these funny animals. The sea lions generally ignore people and keep the same respectful distance. But the sea lions will claim their spot for sleeping in any location they like. They will climb onto almost any flat surface for a snooze. This includes boats in the harbor, picnic tables, sandy beaches, park benches, sidewalks, and even street gutters. This can be very amusing, especially for those who have not grown up here. Their comical way of sprawling out on their backs to sleep makes them resemble a very intoxicated person who has not managed to make their way home after a particularly wild party.
Here in the Galapagos, people are encouraged to keep a respectful 2m (6 foot) distance between themselves and the sea lions. The residents are committed to not interfering with the animal life, or nature in any way. They strongly encourage guests on their islands to abide by these rules as well. The balance of nature is a delicate one and harassing, or even helping an animal can have disastrous consequences. What most people don't know is that the adorable baby sea lions on the beach will be abandoned if the mother smells humans on them. It is too easy to want to interact with these furry babies, especially when they persistently seek contact with people, but doing so means almost certain death for the infants. The mothers are usually not far away and will usually return to care for the young after a hunting trip. Even in the case of babies who are not being cared for, interfering is discouraged.
The Galapagos Islands are an exciting destination from nay reasons, but sea lions are a very memorable part of the experience.

War Hero Who's Never Been To The Zoo Meets Lions For First Time
Jim Albert is a 92-year-old veteran from Canada who was wounded in battle three times serving with the British Army in World War II. He started the Saint John Ambulance Therapy Dog Movement fifty years ago to help people cope through their lives with the help of loving animals. You could say he is a true <a href="https://rumble.com/v3zko9-makeovers-for-new-yorks-stray-dogs.html" target="_blank">animal lover</a> himself.
With that being said, is a true surprise to learn that Jim has never been to a ZOO in his entire life. That is why the staff at Bowmanville ZOO in Ontario managed to get him hands-on experience with a couple of lion cubs. The resulting encounter is truly an emotional sight.
When the young predator approaches the decorated war hero, with his handler in tow, it looks like the big cat isn’t all too interested with the senior gentleman. But after a few minutes of a casual sit-down, the lion lifts on his back legs and throws himself in Jim’s hands for a hug. We can feel the tears streaming down our faces already, but that isn’t the whole encounter!
When the ZOO staff brings Jim a couple of cubs, just a few weeks old, the <a href="https://rumble.com/v4c3bb-world-war-ii-veteran-celebrates-100th-birthday.html" target="_blank">veteran</a>’s face says it all. This is the best day of the nonagenarian’s life. His reaction is one of pure joy, and he can't contain his tears of happiness. This man is a real inspiration! And it was about time he got some animal therapy of his own.
It is impressive what he did for the country and also for the people. His foundation ‘Saint John Ambulance Therapy Dog Movement’ has helped a lot of people. Improving lives daily, the St. John Ambulance therapy dog program brings joy and comfort to the sick, lonely and those who need a friendly visit.
The program is growing, boasting 3,354 therapy dog program volunteers and dog teams in 2015 which assisted more than 120,000 clients throughout the year. Therapy dog teams gave more than 230,000 hours of their time visiting hospitals, retirement residences, care facilities, schools, and universities.
Jim has brought so much joy to people with his program, and we are glad that the staff at Bowmanville ZOO managed to give Jim this fantastic surprise. Just look at the joy on his face, it makes you cry tears of joy!
Don’t forget to share this fantastic video and bring joy to other people!

Beautiful Footage Of Submarine Sinkhole Off The Coast Of Belize
If you’ve ever seen it from above, this submarine cave looks like a tiny blue dot in the middle of the ocean. The Great Blue Hole is a giant submarine sinkhole in the Caribbean Sea, off the coast of <a herf=”https://rumble.com/v31iej-geography-now-belize.html” target=”_blank”>Belize</a>. It lies near the center of Lighthouse Reef, a small atoll 70 km (43 mi) from the mainland and Belize City. It is believed that it was once a cave but as the ocean levels rose during the Ice Age, the cave was flooded, thus creating such a marvelous natural wonder. The hole was made famous by French naval officer and explorer Jacques Cousteau who took his ship Calypso to the middle of the hole in 1971 and was able to chart its depths.
The allure of the Great Blue Hole is undeniable. It is among the top ten dive sites in the world. Join these divers as they venture into the abyss to explore the limestone caverns 46 meters below the surface.
A <a href=”https://rumble.com/v35vkx-divers-explore-mysterious-black-hole-dive-site.html” target=”_blank”>dive</a> this deep is not without risk, as divers must be conscious of the effects of great pressure, rapid air consumption at depth and nitrogen narcosis. It is not for the faint of heart but it is indeed a truly exhilarating experience. So, if you ever decide that this trip is for you, prepare to see a world of wonder. Is this place on your bucket list yet?!

Sleepy lion cub purrs happily as he gets petted
Aslan is a very happy little lion cub who is living in a foster home. He was born at a wonderful zoo in Ontario, Canada, but at such a young age and vulnerable size, he is better in the care of his foster mother than he is with the other lions in his zoo for the next few weeks. Allowing Aslan to build trust with humans will also help him respond well to his caregivers.
At this age, Aslan loves to cuddle with his foster family. He wanders around the house like a big housecat. After a day of playing and exploring, Aslan gets sleepy and he lies down wherever he feels like sleeping.
Aslan also enjoys being petted and a little stroking of his soft fur had him purring like a contented housecat. He drifted off to sleep with what appeared to be an adorable grin on his face.
Aslan was named after the heroic lion character in the Chronicles of Narnia. He will grow into a large and majestic lion in the months to come, but for now, he is small and cute, like a stuffed toy. Aslan is also spotted at this age, although his fur will change colour as he matures. Aslan will return to join the other lions when he is a little older. He will socialize with his own kind and live in a large, forested area with lots of room and excellent care.
Few things are as adorable as a cuddly and sleepy, purring lion cub.

Friendly humpback whale gives woman the experience of a lifetime
Humpback whales are among the most beautiful and gentle creatures on the planet. They are among the largest creatures on land or in the ocean, smaller than only a few other whale species. They are also among the most intelligent creatures to have ever lived. As recently as 100,000 years ago, humpbacks were even more intelligent than the ancestors of humans.
Tonga is one of the few places on earth where people can get in the water with humpback whales. Although there are strict rules about approaching the whales and it is forbidden to touch them, the whales will occasionally approach a human out of curiosity. One look into their soulful eyes will tell you that these are magnificent creatures, full of understanding.
We have long wondered how a humpback instinctively knows that they are capable of injuring a human if they strike or bump one with any force. Their massive bodies dwarf our own and they are powerful animals. Yet, they never harm humans and there are many cases of whales intentionally showing their gentle side by avoiding contact that would inflict injury.
This very lucky swimmer had slipped into the water near a playful male humpback, hoping for a close look and a few photographs. The whale slowly moved in her direction, rising beneath her in slow motion. It repeatedly rolled on its back, exposing its underside and swimming close to her.
This encounter went on for a full 18 minutes before the guide ended the swim so that the whale could enjoy a quiet rest. The numbers of people and the length of interaction are carefully monitored to ensure that the whales are not disturbed.
Humpback whales come to Tonga to give birth and to breed. These waters are free of sharks and orcas that prey on the whales, especially during vulnerable times. Often, male humpbacks will escort or accompany the females for several weeks after they give birth. This offers the females and their young a level of protection, and it possibly provides the male with an opportunity to breed when the female is ready.
It is unfortunate that these beautiful and gentle animals are still hunted in the waters around many countries. To lose them forever would be an unimaginable tragedy.

Puppy Stubbornly Refuses To Leave Vet's Office
Georgia is a gorgeous, six month old Bernese Mountain Dog cross with an adorable stubborn streak. She was enjoying her visit to her veterinarian so much that when it was time to leave, she lay down on the floor in a big heap of puppy and refused to budge. Step by step, they coaxed her out of the exam office and down the hall, but when she saw Dr. Kristy Hiltz and the rest of the clinic staff at the front desk, she wagged her tail and lay down again, right at their feet.
You can hardly blame Georgia. All she wants is a little love from some of her favorite people. She also wants the liver <a href="https://rumble.com/v34x1y-clever-dog-counts-for-treats.html" target="_blank">treats</a> that they spoil her with, but she's clever enough to realize that the treats are simply a bribe to get her closer to the door. Once that becomes clear, her reaction to the offers is comical.
Dana, a technician at the Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital in Peterborough, tries to use the rewards to get Georgia to her feet at the door of the exam room and Georgia turns her head in mock disgust. Georgia is winning the battle, as she has Dana kneeling on the floor, showering her with attention. Georgia's owner, Eric was putting her father, Dexter, into the truck throughout this and he returns to coax and convince Georgia that it is time to go. He holds back his laughter as he watches her on the floor and he comments with a smile that it is like dealing with a toddler again.
Eric thinks he has succeeded when Georgia gets to her feet at the mention of going for a "walk", but Georgia isn't committed to the cause. She turns her head to look in each exam room that she passes, apparently looking for someone in particular.
The staff love Georgia, and Eric's other dogs, now referred to as the "Nine Fluffy Puppies" and they are charmed and amused by Georgia's antics. Most dogs have to be dragged IN the front door of the <a href="https://rumble.com/v3lunt-happy-deaf-great-dane-goes-to-the-vets.html" target="_blank">vet's office</a> and they will run OUT the door as soon as the visit is over, but Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital is a very unique clinic. The colours and atmosphere are intentionally bright and welcoming and the staff are beyond enthusiastic. The doctors and technicians spend a lot of time making the visit about love and affection and try to distract from the medical treatment.
What is truly unique about this clinic is that people are encouraged to routinely drop in with their pets for social visits and treats during outings to the park or walking trails. Imagine your dog actually being eager to go to the vet!
You can clearly see that Georgia feels the love.
