This anime is is really one of the top isekei animes out there. Though this has some harem scenes but at the end of the day, these scenes contribute towards charecter building and doesn't harm the integrity of this anime at all. Al these scenes are not extremely adult or Ghore, they are some what of tonned down.

This footage is taken in Taiwan. I don't know much about the creature which is shown here. If you have any idea about what this creature, then plz tell me. As far as I am guessing , the thing shown in the video can be a tape worm, even though it's greenish appearance and long, convoluted body.
