We are not certain on this until the private filings are made public (which requires lawful action). We may also be able to recover 35k missing $BTC/$WBTC of the 100k+ $BTC/$WBTC from the Aave & perhaps other DeFi pools. The missing 35k (as far as we can tell, pls correct us if we missed it) $WBTC/$BTC, if sold, is not represented on CN’s court filing Balance Sheets. Validating this FACT & removing the secured creditors from being first in line to receive our deposits would be also very helpful to our common cause. It’s the terms, which are unprecedented relative to digital assets, w. which we ought to concern ourselves, since no reasonable non-predator will invest fresh capital into the Celsius anything (the brand has gone nuclear (untouchable)). Further, in Chap 7, 3rd parties can’t pick off our assets. In Chapter , they were waiting in line &perhaps $2B of our digital assets were sold at or around the time of the CN Chapter 11 filings (or are being held out of country pending sale) through an IB in a nation & location we can identify either through a subpoena based on insider data & or the initial reporting sources (Cryptoast.fr (first) & CoinDesk (shortly thereafter) that, since their publication, have gone dark on the matter.
