Blindspot #012 - China's collapse [NOT], and it's 2022 Taiwan take-down
Blindspot #012 - 06.10.21
—>> China's Collapse [NOT], And it’s 2022 Taiwan take-down? <<—

Blindspot wants you to see the world others don’t.
It would seem as if every possible thing that could generate bad news headlines, and extreme asymmetric risks- is doing exactly that.
While the broad daylight collapse of Evergrande, one of China’s major property developers may not be a blindspot, it should be said that the underlying political strategy by way of which China is managing this crisis is the blindspot to pay attention to.
A deeper strategic review of internal Chinese policy reveals that President Xi Jinping is focused on delivering on his ‘Common Prosperity’ campaign, which will inevitably lead to curbing- and reigning in anything from speculative capitalism, to gaming, effeminate men, and celebrity culture.
Asia Times, for example, argues that, “The pressures facing Evergrande and peers put nearly 30% of China’s $14 trillion economy at risk.”
China is not buying into the Wall Street Washington mantra that has the world believe there are some companies that are ‘too Big to Fail.’ China will most likely allow Evergrande to fail, while doing its best through other statist interventions, to cushion the fall-out, and somewhat soften the blow on firstly the domestic economy, global bond and stock markets.
As explored in Blindspot #006, Part 2, Will the Kabul syndrome hit a US (imperial collapse) dollar close to you soon?, it is necessary to see developments in China in the context of US inflation, and off-the-charts levels of ongoing QE (Quantitative Easing//Money Printing).
But, and this is a BIG but - the Evergrande slide began in 2020 when the Chinese government introduced policy measures to curb speculation in the country’s booming (and dismally over-leveraged) property sector, and also to bring sky-rocketing debt levels of property developers under control. It is argued that with Evergrande, an avalanche of bankruptcies in the property sector will follow.
Blindspot warns that Western market assumptions of companies being ‘too big, or too grand, to fail,’ will not fly in China.
Instead, as seen in 2019, reported by Shirley Yu, China nationalised 43 major corporates that were on the brink of financial collapse due to speculation, and reckless rodeo activities by the cowboys of China’s communistic form of capitalism.
The latter actions were not ‘bail outs’ like those seen in the USA and Europe post the 2008 GFC. No, it is a case of the state not bailing out, but nationalising over-indebted companies, imprisoning and criminally charging executives, and in most cases completely gutting, and erasing the very memory of such companies and their errant speculative ways.
Furthermore, Blindspot peaks at hints that recent incursions by Chinese military aircraft into Taiwanese airspace is a precursor to events that may unfold in 2022. It is speculated that China is currently strategically testing Taiwan, while holding back on major military actions. It may mobilise forces after hosting the 2022 Winter Olympics (February 2022, Beijing) to recover what it sees as an integral part of Chinese territory. Nudge nudge, wink, wink...
Tat-ta Taiwan!
With this in mind, Blindspot looks into the predictions made by Armstrong Economics pertaining to two forthcoming panic cycles in politics, being the year 2022, and 2024.
According to Armstrong Economics this will be the first occurrence of panic cycles in politics since the 1930s. The latter provides some food for thought, seeing that we know what the panic politics of the 1930s ultimately bled to… (say no more).
The small joke about phase three, of world war three, in a previous Blindspot, might not have been a joke after all...

Transhumanism exposed: Credo Mutwa warns against Robocops & Autopilot’s disease
https://buiteboer.co.za/2021/12/22/blindspot-022-transhumanism-exposed-credo-mutwa-warns-against-robocops-autopilots-disease/
Dear Blindspotter, A year end-letter. (Part a?)
Sinking deeper into so-called holiday season the political calendars of the world tick forward not in time, but into furore and growing planetary protest against democracies gone up in the smoke & mirrors of rule by ‘mandate’. And remember, if you remove three letters, surgically, from the word pan(dem)ic, you end up with: PANIC!
Nevertheless, Blindspot does not necessarily believe in Christmas, so there will be no such a special. However, seeing that it is a season of spending time on other things, Blindspot #022 will give its loyal audience a gift from Buiteboer’s book, Searching for Madness in the Method: this is not a survival guide to autopilot’s disease, and the turbulent twenties of the twenty-first century.
The purpose of the gift is simple - a sample chapter read by the author, to help you think ahead about the madness that might yet creep its way into reality from 2022’s forthcoming multi-dimensional woodwork.
Also, seeing that it is supposedly ‘holiday season,’ the Bunker 42 editorial committee is prone to bouts of randomism, and might therefore become adventurous. It might, or might not decide to chop the recording off at the knees at any stage. The goal with such an action will be to build suspense, and hence force viewers to return a few days deeper into holiday season to check part two of said Blindspot #022. Maybe Santa is planning to drop a pipe bomb through your chimney.
...
For the promised sample chapter 21 - A Flashback - Credo Mutwa and the ancient wonder of the Self-Driving Hut.

Blindspot 65 -> BRICS/SA ALERT -> Is ICC Putin arrest warrant based on BoguS intel?
Blindspot 65
BRICS/South Africa ALERT…
Is the ICC arrest warrant for Putin based on bogus intelligence?
Buiteboer // From Bunker 42

In August South Africa will host the 15th BRICS Summit. The ICC ‘arrest warrant’ issued for Russian President Vladmir Putin is already raising the question as to whether South Africa will have another Omar al Bashir moment - when the latter visited South Africa, and the country decided not to execute a similar arrest warrant against Bashir.
Knowing the South African press and its tendency to lean to listen to ‘his masters voice’ calling from Washington, and London, it is necessary to look into The Grayzone report arguing that the ICC arrest warrant for Putin is based on bogus ‘intelligence’.

This Blindspot covers Unrestricted War, Ukraine biolabs, and suppressed reports of how the latter labs might be linked to mysterious infections plaguing wounded Ukraine Soldiers. We then look at how the USA denied the existence of biolabs in Ukraine - only to have Victoria Newland blurt out the truth in Congress, that in fact, they exist & pose a major threat. That reminded us of how The Simpsons predicted Wuhan Bat Flu in their episode on 'Cat Flu'... be prepared for more 'Unrestricted War'...

While the title of two Chinese Colonel’s book, Unrestricted Warfare, published in 1999, may sound uncontroversial today, what with the live-streamed and broadcast genocide and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in Gaza, and the West Bank, in order to provide some context for what we are covering today, a quote from the book, Unrestricted Warfare:
“It cannot be denied that man-made earthquakes, tsunamis, weather disasters, or subsonic wave and new biological and chemical weapons all constitute new concept weapons [16], and that they have tremendous differences with what we normally speak of as weapons, but they are still all weapons whose immediate goal is to kill and destroy, and which are still related to military affairs, soldiers, and munitions. Speaking in this sense, they are nothing more than non- traditional weapons whose mechanisms have been altered and whose lethal power and destructive capabilities have been magnified several times over.”
Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui
(Beijing: PLA Literature and Arts Publishing House, February 1999)
In an interview on the book, Qiao, one of the co-authors was quoted as stating that "the first rule of unrestricted warfare is that there are no rules, with nothing forbidden.”

Blindspot 84 Israel 2 Bomb Al-Aqsa to Build 3rd Temple of Solomon? & A Dugin prophesy
Blindspot 84 - Will Israel Bomb al-Aqsa Mosque to Build 3rd Temple of Solomon? & Russia’s Alexander Dugin delivers Middle East Prophesy (prospective analysis)
Buiteboer // From Bunker 42
www.buiteboer.co.za
18/10/23
Intro
Can a red cow herald the end of the world?
…
On Friday the 13th Alexander Dugin posted what could either be considered a prophesy, or a prospective analysis - depending which way you look at it. While we try to wrap our heads around Israeli bombings of schools, hospitals, residential neighbourhoods following on the Hamas ‘surprise attack’ - the roots of the conflict, and how it is anchored not only in flitting political opinion, but, existential realities anchored faiths and their respective prophesies regarding the ‘end times’.
So, what do we want to cover today?
Alexander Dugin’s Friday the 13th prospective analysis of what may come to pass if the Hamas-Israel conflict is to escalate further
We look at what Leo Zagami has to say about it, as well as the interesting choice of date, Friday the 13th, which Leo Zagami notes on this prophesy - “Interesting also how Alexander Dugin made his prophetic tweet on Friday October the 13th, the very same day that saw in 1307 the end of the Knights Templar, who used to have a fortress in Gaza where they controlled the surrounding region.”
What does this tell us about the broader alignment of forces shaping in the stark light of day.
...
Dugin's Friday 13th message/prophesy/prospective analysis:
Let us try to describe one of the possible scenarios of further escalation in the Middle East.
The Palestinian uprising begins in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Mahmoud Abbas cannot contain the situation, and seeing Israel carrying out a full-blown genocide in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinians launch an all-out revolt. The IDF continues to massacre civilians in the Gaza Strip. There are growing protests around the world against Western pro-American liberal elites standing unanimously in favor of Israel. Hezbollah gets involved and crowds of Arabs from Jordan break through the cordons at the border. The U.S. launches preemptive strikes against Iran, which is increasingly involved in the conflict, and Iran strikes back against Israel. Syria enters the war, attacking the Golan Heights. There is a rapid mobilization of the entire Islamic world.
Pro-American Islamic states - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar etc. - are being forced to join the confrontation on the side of the Palestinians. They are joined by Pakistan, Turkey and Indonesia. The story of the Taliban sending troops to the Middle East from fake news becomes reality. The black banners of Khorassan are hoisted over the world.
Problems between Salafists and traditionalists, including Shiites, fade into the background. The great jihad of the Islamic world against the West and Israel is beginning.
Russia takes first a neutral position, but does not rush to support Israel, as it is at war in Ukraine with the West, which in turn is completely on Israel's side.
At some point in the uprising in East Jerusalem, Palestinians proclaim the need to cordon off the Al-Aqsa Mosque for protection from the IDF. Al-Aqsa Mosque was mentionned in the beginning of the uprising in the Gaza Strip -- Al-Aqsa Flood. Israel, in the course of fighting armed Palestinian militias and in self-defense, launches a rocket attack on the mosque. It collapses. The path to building the Third Temple is cleared. But... a billion Muslims, of whom 50 million (officially) are in Europe, start an uprising now in the West itself. Civil war erupts in Europe. Some Europeans are on the side of LGBT, Soros and Atlanticist elites, and some make an alliance with Muslims (on the model of Alain Soral) and join the anti-liberal Revolution.
The US uses tactical nuclear weapons against Iran. Russia launches a tactical nuclear strike against Ukraine, which seeks to cling to the West at any cost and provokes Moscow in every possible way.
World War III erupts with the use of tactical nuclear weapons. Russia finally makes up its mind and sides with the Muslims. American dispensationalists realize that the hour has come. Russia is attacking -- albeit indirectly -- Israel. Gog is here. In the Russian vision, the West is under direct rule of Antichrist. Many world leaders die, new one with far more radical beliefs appear.
China attacks Taiwan, distracting the U.S. and NATO to a new target. India refrains from the direct support the US is counting on. The evening of history ceases to be languid.
Feminists, gay activists and environmentalists demand an end to it all, but no one listens to them.
The West is forced to fight against everyone in the name of some goal it can no longer articulate - all the old theses about “human rights”, “civil society” and other incantations have disappeared in the harsh reality of the coming total death. Elon Musk admits that he has completely stopped understanding what is happening.
Israel is beginning, under blows from all sides, to build the Third Temple. Only Moshiach can save the situation…
This is where the text of the predictive analysis (prophecy) abruptly ends.

Blindspot 59 - Russia’s WagnerPMC flush French forces out of Mali, Burkina Faso, Centl Afr Republic?
Blindspot 59 - Did Russia’s WagnerPMC flush French military forces out of Mali, Burkina Faso & Central African Republic?
Buiteboer // From Bunker 42
www.buiteboer.co.za
28/1/23
In this Blindspot we cover:
How three African countries, in course of one year, asked the French to remove their military forces from their countries: Mali, Burkina Faso, and Central African Republic & How in each of these cases, the Wagner PMC, entered the fray to support these governments in their counter-terror, and counter-insurgency efforts against the growing and entrenched threat of Islamic militant movements in the Sahel region
We ask:
- Is Russia beating the French out of their post-colonial strongholds?
- To understand some of the morbid phenomena unfolding in the Sahel, we go back to the fall of Muammar Gaddafi, and the consequences it held for the region.
While the Americans are sending lumbering jet-engine driven Abrahams battle tanks to Ukraine, and the Germans their Leopard main battle tank, it is easy to loose sight of a multiplicity of blindspots converging in many other corners of the planet.
This is the reason why, this Blindspot, will dip into an unfolding story of French military forces being ejected from African states. In the past, one could say six months to a year, French forces have been asked to withdraw from Mali, the Central African Republic, as well as most recently, Burkina Faso.
While these may be significant developments in a region of post-colonial Africa, where the erstwhile former coloniser, maintained deep, significant, and ongoing influence - and physical presence in the form of either business or military presence, it is notable that this can be seen as part of the tectonic shifts in power relations reverberating across the planet.
I - French forces kicked out of three West African nations
On 26 January, 2023, France recalled its ambassador to Burkina Faso. This comes after a year (2022), wherein the country experience two coups. In both cases these coups were led by military officers critiquing their predecessors of not being up to the task of fighting a long-standing, vicious Islamic insurgency in the north of the country. More on that in a moment.
On 15 December, 2022, the last French troops deployed in the Central African Republic, also left the country. This comes as the French government indicated it can no longer support the government’s counter-insurgency efforts. The latter is apparently informed by the CAR’s relationship with the Wagner Private Military company deployed in the country.
On 2 January 2023, a DW report asks what security presence the EU will have in Mali this year. DW indicates that disputes with Mali's ruling military junta and their close relationship with Russian mercenaries over the past two years have caused France, Germany and their EU allies to wind down security operations in the West African country this year, signaling further security risks in the country.
In February 2022, France announced that French forces in Mali would withdraw over a period of months after nearly ten years of fighting unrest in West African country. Relations between the two nations began deteriorating when Mali's ruling military junta took power in a coup in 2021.

Emerging New World (dis)Order - RiskRecon eBook launch announcement
Emerging New World (dis)Order: Local & Global risks of Systemic Disintegration, State Failure, State Collapse, and States of Violence
By Dr Kingsley Makhubela & Dr Petrus de Kock - RiskRecon Founders
Buy the eBook @ - https://riskrecon.co.za/?product=emerging-new-world-disorder
In this eBook, RiskRecon expands on its report - The South African case: local government failure as first stage of state collapse. Emerging New World (dis)Order incorporates updated and expanded analysis of not only the systemic stability outlook for South Africa, but incorporates key geopolitical, geo-strategic, and global economic dynamics unfolding in the wake of the Russian Federation launching its special military operation in the Ukraine. A moment that will go down in history as the day post-Cold War era globalisation, and its attendant supporting world order, died.
RiskRecon contends that the post Cold War world order is witnessing a moment of bifurcation, and the death of globalisation. These changes are creating more than Cold War 2.0, but is delivering an ever more integrated Eurasia turning its back on a unipolar western dominated system. Global instability is also increasing localised national risks, in all regions of the planet, for the occurrence of state failure, state collapse, and state disintegration.
Emerging New World (dis)Order engages with a world characterised by rampant inflation, conflict & social insecurity, food & energy shortages, and intensified geopolitical and major power rivalry. The authors cover not only dramatic global systemic shifts, but, engages with the phenomenon of state failure, at local government level in South Africa, while also considering the implications of the July 2021 insurrectionist inspired rampant looting, and criminality, that struck the country like an act of asymmetric terror (instigated by forces from inside the ruling party and State Security system).

Blindspot 70 -> BRICS B target> Soros backed NGO billboards in S-Africa call 4 Putin Arrest
Blindspot 70 ->BRICS be the target - >> George Soros funded NGO behind billboards in South Africa calling for Putin Arrest
Buiteboer // From Bunker 42
www.buiteboer.co.za
10/6/23
Hot on the heels of Blindspot releasing number 69, asking some questions on RDM export of artillery munitions to an undisclosed NATO country, Abbey Makoe, writes in the South African Sunday Independent, 6 June, that the Lady R probe should be expanded to include South African armaments and munitions sold to an undisclosed NATO client state.
For this we look at Abbey Makoe - Sunday Independent, 6 June, 2023:
“Already, US-SA relations are at their lowest in history, aggravated by SA’s non-aligned stance in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
The US has failed to prevail over SA to take their side against Russia, much to Washington’s exasperation with Pretoria’s seeming stubbornness.
The threat of economic sanctions has thus far been bandied about, albeit in hushed tones. [ref reserve bank Financial Stability Review]
The Ramaphosa administration, I guess, must be certain of their innocence in the Lady R saga. I cannot find any logic in their pursuit of such a public enquiry that could have devastating consequences politically and economically.
I have earlier argued against the narrow terms of reference awarded to the Commission. As a self-declared non-aligned sovereign state, methinks the Ramaphosa administration should have extended to the terms of references to cover, among others, whether any of the Nato states has supplied SA-sourced weapons or military equipment to Ukraine without the requisite permission of SA.
There have been reports – hitherto unchallenged – that Estonia has supplied its batch of SA-purchased Mamba 4x4 Armoured Personnel Carrier vehicles to Ukraine as part of the US-led Nato appeal for the armament of the Kyiv’s Zelensky administration.
According to international law, an “End User Certificate (EUC) is required prior to the export, or re-export, of conventional arms, irrespective of origin.”
[Blindspot already covered this in number 38]
Estonia has had no permission from SA to re-export the Mambas to Ukraine. SA could never have granted such a permission as Pretoria’s stance is non-aligned in the conflict.
Yet, there has been no threat of consequences looming against Estonia, ostensibly insulated from reprisals by its Nato membership.
For example, last December Rheinmetall Denel Munition (RDM), a consortium that comprises SA’s arms’ manufacturer Denel, won a multimillion-euro contract to build an explosives factory in Hungary, a Nato state.
DefenceWeb reported that in terms of the deal – signed on December 15, 2022 – a new plant would be built this year and production expected to begin in the next few years.”
….
Billboards
Then we turn to billboards that suddenly sprang up around South Africa’s capital city Tshwane/Pretoria aka Snor City. These billboards call on Ramaphosa to arrest Putin. Of course this is part of the targeting of South Africa in the run-up to the BRICS Summit to take place late August (22-24), where, as of yet, indications are President Putin will attend in person.
Of course, as signatory to the Rome Statute, there is the ostensible responsibility to arrest the Russian President. Yet, in Blindspot 65, we covered a report by The Grayzone, arguing that the ICC arrest warrant, is based on research done by a Yale University outfit, funded by the US State Department, and is filled with fabrications and falsifications. Please go and watch no 65 of Blindspot for more on this.
These billboards claim to be funded by a US based NGO - AVAAZ. Well, NGO watch indicates that:
- Founded - 2007 by “Res Publica, a global civic advocacy group, and Moveon.org,” a George Soros-funded organization involved in ideological and political campaigns in the USA
- To empower “millions of people from all walks of life to take action on pressing global, regional and national issues, from corruption and poverty to conflict and climate change
But, from the Odysee platform, when one searches for Soros, Ukraine, some interesting things come up.
Before watching these, let’s reflect on the history of the 2014 Maidan uprising in Ukraine. In these clips we clearly see both Soros and Joe Biden indicate deep involvement in influencing political, policy, and even judicial appointments in Ukraine before the 2014 Maidan uprising, which also, of course, sparks the war in Ukraine’s east. Which Russia only officially entered in February 2022, after eight years of continuous war, and western involvement in the Ukraine’s political affairs.

Blindspot #015 - Coup's stage African comeback & Swamp creatures in the White (out)House
For more detailed blogs, visit - https://buiteboer.co.za/2021/10/27/blindspot-015-coups-stage-an-african-comeback-swamp-creature-in-the-white-outhouse/
Blindspot covers the resurgence of the word coup in African political headlines since 2020, while also asking questions about the rumoured coup that led Joe Biden to the White (out)House, as brainless swamp-thing...
Not very many so-called Mainstream media (MSM) channels are doing justice to reports from sources inside- and outside the USA, catching the strangest, and sometimes most embarrassing moments wherein the US President, Joe Biden, is clearly mentally not completely all ‘switched on.’
This in a time when the USA is still heavily divided due to the lingering election fraud accusations, still under investigation, and audit, in disputed states.
MAGA-man Trump is staging one MOER* of a comeback! Be Warned.
President Joe Biden has become a national Un-United States of America embarrassment, with approval ratings at the lowest level for any US president, at this stage of first-term presidential incumbency.
But, the story of coup's in the timeline of Blindspot edition #015, is traced from the resurgence of this word in political headlines since the great P(l)an(dem)ic of 2020, emerged on the African continent!
Nevertheless, in the African context Blindspot covers four countries, and six coups, that manifested between 2020 and 2021.
Blindspot #015 speculates that the word coup has been feeling rather neglected and abandoned in political headlines… including the MsM of the US-of-A...
Since the African Union tightened up it's mechanisms not to recognise what it calls, ‘unconstitutional changes of government,’ or coups, the coup phenomenon dwindled in the past decade or so. However, in the past year to two, the word coup makes a major comeback on the African continent.
A casual glance back over news headlines indicate that the word coup has, a bit like a semi-retired boxing legend, needing a last round to beef up retirement funds, made a comeback.
Blindspot #015 covers no less than six coups in little over a year, in four countries, including: Mali (x2), Guinea, Sudan (x2), and Chad.
Blindspot speculates that this might be no coincidence seeing that world society, economies, and states have all been adversely affected by measures taken to lock the world economy down, and thus upset fragile political-economic, and social systems in developing- and African nations.
As covered in a previous Blindspot, Mali has been particularly unstable, prone to insurgency as well as coups, since the fall of Muamar Gaddafi in Libya.
No less than two coups happened in Mali (August 2020, and May 2021).
In Chad during May 2021, the word coup also surfaced together with putschist militarists.
In Guinea, during September 2021, Special Forces, under leadership of Lieutenant-Colonel Mamady Doumbouya – a former French foreign legionnaire officer – appeared on public television, draped in the national flag saying government “mismanagement” prompted the coup.
During October a coup toppled, and scuttled efforts slowly to restore civilian rule in Sudan. Blindspot contends that this is still the long-term after-shocks of the unravelling of the Omar al-Bashir era.
Omar al-Bashir ruled Sudan for thirty years, from 1989. Buiteboer spent much time and effort over the years conducting hands-on primary research in Sudan (before the South's independence), as well as in Southern Sudan.
The leader General of the most recent coup in Sudan, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, had Abdalla Hamdok - the Prime Minister, and other civilian leaders arrested in late October, 2021. It is reported that there has been mounting dissatisfaction over the weakening of the military in the transition process.
The military has, since independence, played a central role in the vastly complex internal politics of Sudan. In the year 2021 the country experienced one coup attempt during September, and one successful coup - from inside the armed forces, to force the incumbent president, who had insinuated himself into headship of the state via coup himself. To Purchase Emerging New World (dis)Order - https://riskrecon.co.za/?post_type=product
While it is increasingly clear that Ukraine is playing host to a NATO-Russia proxy war, we cover a few blindspots today.
A recent book by RiskRecon, written by Kingsley Makhubela & Petrus de Kock, argue that 2022 will be remembered as the year when the world system was torn in two, with Eurasia rising as significant counter-point to western unilateral domination.
It looks not at the emergence of a New World Order, but, an Emerging New World (dis)Order: global & local risks of systemic disintegration, state failure, state collapse, and states of violence.
This they trace in the form of the death of globalisation, and the emergence of Cold War 2.0 (the latter due to economic war actions taken by collective west against Russian Federation). In South Africa, they look into emerging party (ANC) disorders, and how state failure in South Africa, is driven by the ruling party itself.
Today’s Blindspot looks at a few stories that illustrate some symptoms of this emerging New World (dis)Order. To some these might seem like circumstantial examples, but, for those who know WWIII is already a reality, these cases illustrate the all-consuming chaos engulfing the world system, and the South African system, as covered in the RiskRecon book.

Blindspot #018 -Gaddafi comeback in Libya & US diplomats held hostage in Yemen (Benghazi?)
Visit www.buiteboer.co.za
Blindspot #009 - Turkey’s Africa Policy Gambits and the next US Civil War looming? covered a significant set of issues pertaining to Libya, and particularly Turkish involvement, influence, and deployment of drones in the war torn country.
Blindspot’s attention again got drawn to North Africa, and Libya in particular in the past week, due to news that the Son of Muammar Gaddafi, Saif al-Islam, registered to stand as candidate in Libya’s forthcoming, 24 December, Presidential elections.
But, to get the discussion going, before delving deeper into ghosts returning to Libya, breaking news from Yemen is that a militant group had attacked, and ransacked the US embassy in Sana’a, Yemen, and had taken 25 people linked to the embassy, including US diplomats hostage, according to a report from Fox News, 13 November, 2021.
Also, Daily Mail reported on 11 November, how Iranian backed Houthi Rebels stormed the US embassy in Yemen, and seized at least 25 staff, hostages, and files.
NBC News reported during May, 2021, that a senior team of officials from the USA were in Libya exploring options, sites, and negotiating for the re-establishment of a US embassy in the country. It is to be expected that the US might not get palm leaves and flowers strewn in front of it, as it tries to re-enter the fray of war created, by a large extent, due to its policy designs that killed the father of Saif al-Islam, who is now dedicated to making a return to Libyan politics.
US official re-entry into Libya comes at the worst possible time for the country’s reputation, and the congested political battlefields of Libya, involving several other regional- and major powers. The message may also be, to be on the lookout, for deepening Biden administration interest- and involvement in Libya.
The US evacuation of Afghanistan is not forgotten, and it is trying to find strategic fall-back anchor points as it gets challenged more and more in the region as seen in recent reports from Yemen.
Whether it is the name Gaddafi making a comeback in Libyan politics, or, the USA re-entering the country, both cases are bound to lead to new questions and tensions.

Blindspot #006 ->> Part 2 - Will the Kabul syndrome hit a US dollar close to you soon?
Is the Kabul syndrome going to hit a US Dollar close to you soon?
www.buiteboer.co.za
For the #006 Part 2 blog with more information, go to: https://buiteboer.co.za/2021/08/25/blindspot-006-part-1-2-will-the-kabul-syndrome-hit-a-us-dollar-close-to-you-soon/
I - The US dollar and gold standard
Since the Second World War, the US dollar has been the anchor currency of global trade, with the US Federal Reserve as centrepiece of the global financial architecture - including western dominated Bretton Woods institutions, such as the International Monetary Fund. A watershed moment in that history was the decision to move the US dollar away from the gold standard in the early 1970s. Since then unbacked fiat currencies (with mysterious floating values) have blossomed and flowered. However, persistent money printing in the northern hemisphere (since 2008, and accelerating since the COVID pan(dem)ic erupted) is leading to a market crash of rather epic proportions.
Nevertheless, the little bit of ‘history’ above is relevant for the question as to whether the Kabul syndrome of imperial collapse, will be hitting a US dollar close to you soon. This is due to the fact that the world system is, in the turbulent twenties of this century, clearly at a major inflection point.
II - Is the US & NATO’s disgraceful Afghan departure ushering in the era of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation?
With the US/NATO disgracefully backing out of twenty years of shooting themselves in the foot in Afghanistan, it is clear that power dynamics on the multi-layered central Asian chessboard will tip decidedly in favour of nations that are members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). The Islamic Republic of Iran is an observer nation in the SCO context, and rumours indicate that there may be a strong push coming from China, to advocate for Iran to transition to full membership. This geopolitical context is critical in a period where US global ‘military prowess and power’ is exposed as nothing but empty posturing.
III - How will the Kabul syndrome manifest in the US dollar?
The Kabul syndrome of collapse, deceit, and defeat is manifesting in the US dollar as well. But how? It is in the inflation numbers that have been coming from the USA. While the mainstream press report on rising inflation in the USA, and UK, for example, but do not for a moment underestimate the monstrous risks chasing us in the economic blindspot.
Blindspot talks through the highlights of an extremely insightful article on goldmoney.com entitled: 2020 - 2022 vs 1929 - 1932. Some highlights from the article include:
“In the past I have compared the current market situation with 1929, when the US stock market suffered a major collapse that October. With memories short today, many will have even forgotten that between 12 February and 23 March last year the Dow Jones Industrial Index fell 38.4% top to bottom in less than six weeks, paralleling the 66% fall between 4 September and 13 November 1929 on an eerily similar timescale.”
“As the background to stock market trends, there is enough circumstantial evidence for us to assume that the world is on the brink of a major financial catastrophe. The list of negatives is growing. It started with the US repo market blow-up in September 2019, followed by the Dow losing 35% in nominal points between 10 February and 23 March 2020 (as pointed out above) before the Fed stepped in to rescue the stock market by cutting the funds rate to the zero bound and reinstating QE to the unprecedented extent of $120bn every month, along with several other market-enhancing measures. They worked. At least, that is, if you ignore the costs and consequences.”
David Goldman, recently reflected in an article on the Asia Times platform that the world has to prepare itself for persistent inflation in the US economy. He is of the view that regular economic commentary suggesting that inflation in the USA is a ‘temporary’ phenomenon, is nothing but part of a grand economic smoke & mirror numbers game.
Goldman argues: “The scare headline about Thursday’s Producer Price Index release said that the year-on-year jump of 7.7% was the biggest on record. That’s for the PPI “final demand” index, which starts in 2010, long after the horrendous inflation of the 1970s had become a distant memory.”
IV - How does this impact on South Africa?
Chris Harmse, from CH Economics, argues in an article entitled - US sneezes, South African markets catch a cold, that:
“…last week once again showed how vulnerable South African financial markets were to economic and geopolitical events in the US. The hawkish fashion in which the Federal Reserve Open Market Committee (FOMC) warned that the quantitative easing in the US (and the current record low bank rate) may come to an end sooner than later, had devastating effects on share prices in South Africa and the rand. The all share index fell 4.9 percent last week, its sharpest decline since the 15.2 percent decline during the first week of lockdown in March 2020. The rand had softened by 61c against the dollar last week from R14.70 the previous Friday, to R15.31.”
Clearly the threat of ‘tapering’ the QE printers in the USA had a direct and nearly immediate impact on the South African currency and economy. The major risk and blindspot to consider is the warning implied in the analyses shared here, being that a collapsed, or collapsing US dollar, can and will, like a black hole, suck all other fiat currencies with it down the toilet once the moment of collapse, retreat, and Kabul-style dollar defeat comes.
V - What to expect?
The time might be right for BRICS, and members of the African Continental Free Trade Area to seriously consider currency alternatives to the sinking US dollar ship.
And lastly, according to goldmoney.com, the best way to preserve wealth under such volatile market conditions is by holding physical silver, or gold.

Now that the BRICS dust has settled somewhat in Johannesburg, South Africa, it is time to return to some other Blindspots hiding in plain sight.
In this delivery we are going to look at some perspectives on the Ukraine war that one will not necessarily pick up in the mainstream media - even here in South Africa where the press seems still to be hot-wired into the mainframe of the global talking points autogenerated by propagandists encamped in exotic cities such as London, Washington DC, Paris, Berlin, Kiev, or Toronto.
While Blindspot does not necessarily buy all the politics or opinions of the Blindspotted people covered in this edition - being, President Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson, and Col. Douglas McGregor, it does not mean one should not listen to what they are saying about the catastrophic Ukraine war, and its larger global fall-out.

Blindspot #009 - Turkey’s Africa Policy Gambits and the next US, World Civil War looming?
Blindspot wants you to see the world others don’t.

https://buiteboer.co.za/2021/09/14/blindspot-009-turkeys-africa-policy-gambits-the-next-us-and-world-civil-war-looming/
While the 24/7 ‘news’ snoozecast channels have been parading the memory of 9/11, it is most definitely for that reason unnecessary to waste valuable blindspot time on blindsided buildings. This week Blindspots abound on very many unseen 4D frontlines.
First off Blindspot picks up a thread from Armstrong Economics reflecting on simmering political tensions in the USA fuelled by the ongoing allegations that Donald Trump may indeed have been cheated out of the White House by the woke Biden camp. Martin Armstrong argues that,
“We are facing a GLOBAL separatist movement that is not confined to just the United States. Everywhere from North America to Europe and Asia there are signs of tremendous stress that is unfolding along historic lines of separation.”
In Blindspot #008 we covered ‘Frigmentation’ - a convergence of friction and fragmentation. Seems like Armstrong Economics is also identifying forces of fragmentation and separatist forces at work the world over. It is argued that the disputed 2020 election in the USA is fuelling political uncertainty and perhaps instability as angry MAGA-ists are still out in the political wilderness aiming to drain the Washington political swamp of the Biden-Clinton-Obama Antifa cancel culture policy mongers.
Africa remains a major stomping ground for global powers with vested geopolitical- and economic interests to safeguard, or expand. Usually such analyses would look into the ‘usual suspects’ with boots and guns on the ground to project influence, counter other geopolitical powers- and in the meantime rake in mega-profits through above- and below- board wheelings and corporate investment dealings.
France, the USA, the UK, and China would usually come to mind when raising the topic of external economic, political, military- and socio-cultural influence to maintain, protect, and expand on the geopolitical chess board of Africa.
But, this week we do not focus on the usual suspects, and choose the blindspot and very interesting case of Turkey that has quietly, since hosting its first Turkey-Africa Summit in 2008, expanded its reach, influence, and geopolitical strategy into Africa in a quietly impactful way.

Blindspot #33 - Yuri Gagarin ‘Cancelled’ & BlackRock say globalisation DEAD in Ukraine
Blindspot #033.1 - Yuri Gagarin ‘Cancelled,’ as BlackRock pronounces globalisation Dead On Arrival in a Ukrainean emergency room
[This is Part 1 of Blindspot #033]
By: Buiteboer

30/3/22
Blindspot #033 - has got on earth nothing to do with Level 33 Freemasonry - even though recording of BS33.1 commenced at exactly 20:33hrs, of the 30th day, of the 3rd Month, van die d'jaar van onse d'jirre... twenty twentie tWooo - (2022)! And, the recording is exactly 8 minutes, 33 seconds short.
A few quick references to show the extent to which frigmentation, as covered before on Blindspot, is still alive, very well, and kicking on- and far beyond, current world battlefronts.
Firstly, Rachel Marsden argues that President Biden’s recent remark, in Poland, referring to President Putin, “For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power,” risks changing the world forever. As with many ‘regime change’ operations in countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, to name but a few, the US president is ostensibly firmly in support of such a move on the Russian Federation.
Secondly, a call has emerged to somehow ‘cancel’ the idea that Yuri Gagarin was the first human in space…
Thirdly, a call emerged, in the thick of war inside Ukraine, from the Ukraine embassy in Nepal, for Russians to be banned from climbing Mount Everest. Now of course a Russian occupation of the Himalayas poses a major direct and imminent life & death threat to every Ukrainean citizen and woke citizens around the world pressing for isolation of Russia via social media handles!
In fourth place, this Blindspot - Larry Fink, BlackRock President, declares globalisation dead on arrival in Ukraine. On 24 March, 2022, the Financial Times, runs with the headline: BlackRock chief Larry Fink says Ukraine war marks end of globalisation - Boss of $10tn asset manager warns about inflation as companies reconfigure supply chains.
BlackRock is one of the world’s most dominant conglomerates, that can surely be said to be a major engine of globalisation just by the sheer length, breadth, depth, and significance of its integration into just about every market, around just about every corner, of planet earth.
For Larry Fink to announce to investors, in his official annual 2022 investment letter, that globalisation is dead, as of the date of Russia’s intervention in Ukraine, can be likened to the announcement that Nelson Mandela will be set free from prison. Or, that in some parallel universe, the Queen of England had abdicated, and will without any further ado return the Cullinan diamond, and all the gold taken from South Africa since Cecil John Rhodes rode his horse across Rhodesia, will be returned to South Africa.
Larry Fink’s announcement is akin to royalty going for broke, and abandoning imperial ships! It is like the moment in 1421 when imperial China decided to burn its fleet, and end its exploration of the planet (long before the Western Europeans woke up to a world beyond the next medieval plague-infested feudal town, or the Atlantic Ocean, for that matter).
Blindspot #033.1 will soon pick up on these issues...

Blindspot #016 - War drums roll in Addis Ababa & Ethiopia; South Africa’s local stay-away vote!
For more visit - www.buiteboer.co.za
Blindspot firstly checks in on what turns out to have been a rather subdued affair as exhibited in the extremely low voter turnout levels at the polls for South Africa’s local government elections, held on 1 November, 2021. SA Broadcasting Service (SABC) reported on 2 November that the CSIR expects total turnout to be 48% of eligible voters. There are most definitely a whole truckload of blindspots one could identify that contributed to such levels of political apathy.
The non-vote is a vote for the non-alternatives, the non-ideas, and non-visions, and the non-policies political parties and want-to-be rulers try to sell to the voting public. This means, the vote that stayed away, that silent vote, is a potential comment on the non-solution most current active parties offer citizens.
The stay at home non-vote is a vote against the political classes positioning themselves, their pals, their pockets, and patio’s for the spoils of ‘being connected to’ and in line to pick up some of the spoils that can be looted from an already fundamentally wrecked state.
Sometimes the best Blindspots hide in the open. To conclude our non-thoughts on the non-votes that ‘voted’ for other things on election day, the below is a quote from an article by Sasha Planting, Daily Maverick, if the state itself says the below about local government, then, well, it is broken:
“In its State of the Government report submitted to Cabinet in August, the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs categorised just 16 out of 257 municipalities in SA as “stable”. Raw sewage runs through the streets of townships and into rivers, polluting waterways and spreading disease. Streetlights don’t work, enabling criminals, and streets are disintegrating, congesting traffic and adding to vehicle maintenance costs.”
Ethiopia & the Red Sea
On 2 November, Aljazeera breaks a story entitled: Addis Ababa asks residents to prepare to defend Ethiopian capital. Exactly one year ago conflict erupted in Ethiopia’s Tigray region. While regular headlines treat this as another bad news headline, it is much more than that. The Tigray conflict began in November 2020 after months of tension between the government and the region's ruling party, the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF).
The TPLF dominated Ethiopian politics for almost three decades but lost power when Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed took office in 2018 amid anti-government protests.
In order to understand the apparent spontaneous eruption of armed violence in Tigray, it is necessary to look into some historical blindspots. The crux is quite interesting, and might sound eerily familiar to South African ears.

Blindspot #23 - #BabySatan on display in Illinois, Crimea fight CONTINUES
Blindspot #023
#BabySatan on display in Springfield, Illinois,USA & the fight for Crimea CONTINUES
www.buiteboer.co.za
In this, perhaps the final Blindspot of this rather weird year, we look into three stories:
1. The UN's Food and Agricultural Organisation's Food Price Index at a decade-level high
2. Ongoing tensions in and around Crimea & Ukraine
3. An exhibit by the Satanic church of Illinois, USA, of a statue of the 'Baby Baphomet' right next to the usual Christmas nativity scene featuring, of course, the polar opposite - Baby Jesus.
It is strange times indeed.
www.buiteboer.co.za
On the FAO Food Price Index:
The UN reported recently: “The FAO Food Price Index (FFPI) averaged 134.4 points in November 2021, up 1.6 points (1.2 percent) from October and 28.8 points (27.3 percent) from November 2020. The latest increase marked the fourth consecutive monthly rise in the value of the FFPI, putting the index at its highest level since June 2011. Among the sub-indices, in November those for cereals and dairy rose most significantly, followed by sugar, while those for meat and vegetable oils were down, albeit slightly, from the previous month.”
The last time it was this high it also coincided with the outbreak of the so-called ‘Arab Spring’ in 2011. It is a known fact that one of the major factors that contributed to political uprisings in Egypt, was wheat shortages, and food shortages in the country. When the world food price index reaches these levels, all bets are off against social unrest, food riots, and compromised human security.
On the Crimea situation, some notes from the show:
The fights for Crimea, and Taiwan have been grabbing headlines for a very long time, and does therefore not necessarily mean these are blindspots. But, the blindspots may be hiding behind the sensationalist headlines that occupy the information battlefronts between Western powers, Russia, and China respectively. What is hidden behind the sensationalist headlines is a global containment strategy aimed at strategically limiting Russia, and China strategic manoeuvrability.
Today we will mostly focus on Crimea, but, let it be noted the two BRICS member states, China and Russia, are both facing very specific counter-actions by Western powers due to claims- and counter-claims regarding control/rightful ‘ownership’ of these territories.
For anyone vaguely paying attention to the northern hemisphere, it is evident that bilateral and multi-lateral relations are under strain as geopolitical and strategic positioning issues take centre stage.
Of late the new German Chancellor has been making policy noises that make it seem as if there is new or different and much more anti-Russian attitudes running around Germany since Angela Merkel hung up her political gloves. This also, of course include ongoing tensions regarding a European energy, and specifically natural gas crisis.
On the 28th of December, 2021, news broke that the Russian Federation and USA will hold talks on arms control, and the Ukraine, on 10 January, 2022. This comes after significant diplomatic wars of words between not only the USA and Russia, but also Russia and NATO.
As covered in a previous Blindspot, the actual post-Cold War Blindspot to note is the aggressive expansion of NATO into former Soviet Republics. Of course it is not only NATO, but the European Union as well that has gradually expanded its footprint to envelop former Soviet Republics similarly. This issue has become hotly debated and reported on the recent weeks.
On 27 December RT reported: “Speaking during a briefing for military attachés and other foreign diplomats, in Moscow, on Monday, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin accused NATO of readying up for an all-out war with Russia. The military development of the bloc has been redirected in full to prepare for a large-scale, high-intensity armed conflict with Russia,”
ABC News and other outlets also picked up on this statement and echoed similar sentiments, only from the proverbial ‘other (non-Russian) side’ of the fence of the Ukraine/Crimea frontlines.
RT also reported recently: "Relations between Russia and NATO got increasingly worse in recent months. In October, Moscow said it would suspend all direct ties with NATO, shutting down its offices in Moscow in response to the expulsion of eight Russian diplomats from its Brussels headquarters. At the time, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the bilateral channels were used by the bloc for “whipping up propaganda and putting pressure on Russia” instead of meaningful dialogue.
To round off, let us look at two maps, the first indicating EU expansion into former eastern block nations, and the second that of NATO expansion following on the collapse of the Soviet Union and end of the Cold War.

There is only one thing r & z have in common - their private homesteads are potential sites of crime.
We start off with local South African ridiculousness. The story of President Buffalo Man’s Phala Phala farm cash-in-sofa theft gets even more ridiculous as ‘thieves are charged’ and appear in court, but the Prez has been let off the hook by SARS, SARB; and why is it that ANC presidents’ private homesteads have to be in the news: from Nkandla to Phala Phala?

Blindspot #017 - Cognitive war, supply chain breakdowns & China warns citizens: Stockpile Food!
Visit www.buiteboer.co.za for more...
This week we look at a common global Blindspot emerging in the form of food production snags, supply chain breakdowns, escalating fertiliser and fuel costs, and the outcome of it all: shortages.
Blindspot #012 looked at the woes of China’s property sector, and the risks faced by the global financial system as the behemoth developer, Evergrande, continue to falter, and splutter along, barely meeting its mountainous debt obligations.
But, more strange news. Recently the Chinese government called on citizens, as winter approaches, to stock up on food and other daily necessities. This sent the networld of analysts into an interpretive frenzy.
- Is it because of new Covid-19 lockdowns coming,
- Is it because of a dark winter looming with major energy shortages (not only in China, but also Europe, and the USA),
- Is a market or financial system cataclysm about to hit,
- Is it because of broken supply chains combined with inflation, or,
- Is it because China is prepping for the inevitable pounce to take back what it sees as rightfully Chinese, being the isle of Taiwan?
Blindspot asks: Which of the above interpretive efforts, or mixture thereof, will pan out as reality, if any?
As South Africa grapples with the crippling economic effects of lockdowns, the cost of corruption, and morose levels of inefficient public sector wastage, and the cost of a near permanent condition of electricity blackouts, the topic of inflation, the cost of fuel and food, will soon lead to escalating concerns about food security in South Africa.
In African conflict studies there is a well understood fact, being that basic human security is anchored in food and water security. TimesLive, in the past week, reported on a statement released by the Transvaal Agricultural Association of South Africa that issues a stark warning for what is yet to come down the agricultural production pipeline in this country. It indicates,
“According to calculations by Grain SA, the total variable cost of maize is expected to see an average increase of 20%-28% year on year,” said TLU SA. Potato farmers believe that their input costs will increase by an average of 30%, “which will obviously have an impact on the profitability of the product as well as the price on the market. If the government does not actively intervene and address the Eskom challenge, it is a further influence that will hamper production. Where there is insufficient power supply to irrigate lands, the result is permanent damage to yields and this factor entails further losses.’
Blindspot also looks at the food shortages hitting the USA, and to understand it all better we turn to Wolf Richter's Wolfstreet report.
One of the important factors outlined in the report is that the US Federal Reserve, and most of the mainstream market cheerleaders, blame supply chain ruptures, delays, and weirdness for spiking persistent inflation.
Wolf Richter, argues, contrarily, that the root of the inflationary spike & everything shortage evil, can be found at that very address - being the Fed. More specifically the ongoing printing party that feeds about 120bn USD into the system per month!
Two apt terms he coins to describe what is unfolding in and around the Fed as intended or unintended consequences are:
- The everything shortage
- The everything bubble (created by ongoing money printing)

What is one supposed to do when you reach a significant milestone? Celebrate, or run down the street screaming blue murder through the pie hole gap in face masquerading as mouth?
Is it necessary to get caught in the quagmire of self-referentially slapping yourself on the back while looking back at highlights, or lowlights, of the blindspots excavated in the now, 100, deliveries?
Blindspot 100 marks a moment in time where we are going to reflect on what we’ve done so far. Let’s look at some data. Taken from Blindspot 1, to 99, all the deliveries taken together span a grand total of 1377 minutes of play time, translating into about 23 hours. This means, if you were to watch all our deliveries back to back, you’d be able to fill a whole day with our content! In terms of views, all things considered, we can report a total of 20,294 views - translating into an average of about 200 views per upload.
In 100 we look at some nightlights and then introduce some reflections on ancient civilisations and...

Summary
If you have ever wondered where the human obsession with the apocalypse come from, if you ever wanted to know why the world did not come to an end on 21 December 2012, as prophesied by the Mayan calendar and propagated by paranoid Apocalyptomaniacs, then Coup d’état in the Land of Zep Tepi: a progress report, is for you. But why?
A Story Hunter out on a hare brained mission from Juba, capital of the newly independent Republic of Southern Sudan, to Lake Mwitanzige (named - Lake Albert in colonial lingo), stumbles upon a legend somewhere in the depths of Central Africa. This will in due course turn out to be one of the most controversial discoveries to jump from the mists of mythological time into the 21st century. To be precise, on the border between the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Uganda, a legend speaks about the disappearance of a tribe, called Bachwezi, into Lake Mwitanzige.
This exposes information concerning goings on in Ancient Egypt, around 1450BC. Story Hunter and Buiteboer’s research reveals that the Bachwezi had fled from Egypt into the depths of Central Africa. They fled from Pharaoh Akhenaten, who had out of the blue imposed a religious singularity on the ancient lands that bore a multiplicity of gods, demigods, and god-like Pharaonic rulers.
The publication of this story, in turn, upsets a delicate balance of forces in the realm of the heavens. It speculates that the Bachwezi may have found, in Lake Mwitanzige, a portal by way of which to transmigrate, and take the rebellion against a prophesy of their doom - expressed by the singularity - Akhnaten - off-world. Did they make a quantum leap of faith, like Gilgamesh, the demigod King of Uruk, to post-life outer-planetary realms where the gods reside?
After the Uganda discovery the report accounts how, while on a side-journey through Mozambique’s Zambezi valley where the Cahora Bassa dam lies, Stiry Hunter is ambushed by a strange old man. He shows Story Hunter how, in pre-colonial times, the Songo people built a tower to reach heaven. This causes Story Hunter to be catapulted into an off-world realm where it becomes clear that all is not Kosher, Vegan, or even Halaal in the post-life off-worldly realms. Will it turn out that the Bachwezi may in fact have staged an insurgency, or are plotting a coup, in the Land of Zep Tepi?
Volume One and Two of Coup d’état in the Land of Zep Tepi - a progress report, exposes, for the first time, how a legend from Central Africa explains the extreme violent obsession humans and their religions have with catastrophes, apocalypses, and the like. Be it said as well, the pages of this report, hastily typed by Buiteboer in the course of one very hot South African summer night, also sheds light on the question as to why the world did not come to an end on 21 December, 2012, as apparently foretold by the Mayan calendar.
Did the Bachwezi have a hand in staying the course of the ticking time bomb hidden in the codes of the Mayan calendar? Will we meet RA and Quetzalcoatl at the other end of dawn?

Welcome to Blindspot’s Friday the 13th special. And just like that, apparently, the world sees the eruption of another war. The Hamas attack on Israel, much covered, commented on, and analysed, is without a doubt a major new conflict headache an already fractured world is contending with. However, we also know that the Palestinian conflict stretches far back in history, in fact not only to 1948 with the proclamation of the State of Israel, but as anyone who knows the history of the region, by thousands of years. Not the Jewish-Palestinian conflict, but the proven presence and historical claim current day Palestinian people have to the disputed territory called the state of Israel.
Blindspot is not going to dwell much on the unfolding tragedy in Gaza, but to say that a second front on Israel is already active from Lebanon led by Hezbollah forces. In recent days missiles were also fired into the occupied Golan heights, by Syria, signalling: a third front on Israel is a real possibility!
Today, 12 October, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continued to liken Hamas to ISIS terrorists. Meaning that in political discourse Hamas is now confined to the category of global terror bogeyman ISIS.
That is why today we are looking at the unfolding events in Israel from a Syrian point of view. Whether it is related or not, we begin with a gruesome story

Blindspot #032 - Shortages & warnings of pitchfork revolutions by Martin Armstrong

It is not only World War III, but, Economic War on the world population's collective stomach, and corporate ‘bottom lines’…
It would seem, if one goes by the (un)intended consequences, and fall-out created in global markets, by the ‘war’ to sanction and isolate Russia ‘back to the stone age,’ by those opposed to its military operation in Ukraine, that it is not aimed at Russia alone, but is evidently a war on people's stomachs, gas tanks, global energy supplies, and ultimately everyone outside Ukraine and Russia, who have just about nothing to do with it in the first instance.
More importantly, those cheering on these actions must know, they are feeding the inflationary monsters growing in global markets that can only lead to collective demise. This is not a ‘war’ to isolate Russia in response to its military operation in Ukraine. It is a world war on your stomach, and petrol tank.
This Blindspot will illustrate the point by zooming in on a few recent headlines.
