Here is the Saturday Morning Annual Show Westernaires Red Trick. Again, forgive the focus on that Gray Horse.

Here is the Westernaires Red Trick show during the Saturday 4 PM Horsecapades performance.

Here is the breakdown from the film! The smoke was too early. The flag boot failed. Those two items caused a bad problem. If Darian didn’t take the flag with him and if Schad wasn’t down there to get Beastie this would have been really bad. Both Beastie and Darian were ok, got up and back on to continue the drill and the rest of the shows!

Three show over two days. Elayna and Legend were fantastic. And yes, that is Johnny and Kaitlyn cheering her on in the background. The TOF Trick Riders stick together!

Lol. I take great joy watching the horses get dirty before shows.

Landon and I went on a 3.5 hour trail ride today. Here is 2.5 minutes of Landon leading the way on Legend down Lincoln Mountain in Larkspur.

Jordan, John, and I went on a two hour ride with Beastie, Belle, and Tiana. We do love to take advantage of the water. Here is a little of what we got on camera.

As long as we have had horses, there is aways an order for goodbyes. Legend, Beastie, Belle, Apollo, and the best for last Tiana. It is not superstitious when it is a fact.

Landon asked Grandma if she wanted a ride in his Go-Kart. She said yes, but he could not blare his new Go-Kart stereo and he could not kill her. Cal followed the rules. No stereo and no dying - check.

This team looked pretty strong. I did have Beastie and Darian out there so forgive the focus on those two.

She may be semi-retired getting up there in years. She may have lost a step and takes longer to recover, but Tiana remains a complete badass for her people she loves!

Kaitlyn and Johnny are outstanding Trick Riders, but they both have a little bit of crazy in them to use all that talent and trust and throw down massive tricks on “The fastest little bay in Colorado”. Belle is such a crowd pleaser and Johnny and Kaitlyn are no slouches themselves. What a great first season running Trick for Belle!

The Friday/Saturday doubling billing had us leaving at 4am on Friday and finishing after Midnight Saturday night (Sunday morning), but it flew by as fast as this clip of the Stables last show.

The July 19, 2023 Westernaires Heritage Show had Beastie in Trick two times with Darian, Beastie in Liberty with January, Belle in Dressage with January, and finally both Beastie and Belle in Roman Riding with Darian. These four did a great job!

We found another way to challenge our physical wellbeing

Belle benefits from being with Legend today. The mister is set up between the Trick Show and Roman Riding.

This team is awesome! They step up and help each other all the time. John and Kaitlyn were working on Angel Carry. Kaitlyn was working at how to climb into the trick. Kayla, who has done this with John in the past, jumped in to give her a live example. Of course Legend loves this trick and loves to fly with them.

January, Darian, and Joslyn had a fun Westernaires White Division Show with their TonofFun Stable partners. Legend, Tiana, Belle and the true work horse Beastie all carried their riders to a fun and safe show!

John and Kaitlyn definitely wowed the crowd with Legend and Belle this week! John went all out this week to get the crowd crazy! There was obviously a tack issue during the show, but we know John will always entertain to the max! Don’t worry, Kaitlyn and John figured out the tack issue after the show and all is well.
