There have been many optical illusions throughout history that have dazzled people from around the world. We can assure you that this is no optical illusion. These two statues really are passing though each other! The Statue of Love sculpture, inspired by the love story of "Ali and Nino," was created by Georgian artist Tamara Kvesitadze.

The story is similar to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet and tells of a Muslim Azerbaijani youth who falls in love with a Christian Georgian princess but dies defending his country. The 7 ton statues start their motion at 7 P.M every day and are controlled by computer and lit with dramatic color lighting. They start with a gentle kiss, blending into each other and start pulling apart, doing the exact same choreography every 10 minutes. This is one incredible video that you are not going to want to miss!

This has to be one of the coolest pieces of modern art ever! Seeing these massive statues move on their own is astounding but seeing them pass through each other is breath-taking and amazing! The artist that came up with this brilliant idea is a genius as he figured out a way to make this all possible! This is something truly unique that you have to see in order to believe. This will surely be one video that you will remember for a long time!

Who said sculptures can't be moving?
