Conclusion:

1.Download torrent for wich you would like to fake upload
2.Add that torrent to RatioMaster ( you can use Browse button in RM )
3.Set Upload speed ( It should be between 0 - 70 kB/s )
4.Set Finished to 100 and click START
5.Pause that torrent in BitTorrent or just delete it.

Ratiomaster NET is a small standalone application which fakes upload and download stats of a torrent to almost all bittorrent trackers.
It's used for Private Trackers only.
Bittorrent clients ( BitTorrent, uTorrent ) are not needed for faking upload! But if you have same torrent file in BitTorrent and RatioMaster, you will need to pause or delete torrent from your Client ( BitTorrent ) otherwise it won't work.
