Treats from the garden for the chickens

Using the chickens to do the lawn maintenance. No more expensive lawn care companeys..... and no more poison chemicals...... The chickens do the work I reap the benefits

This has been my wood working project for the last three weeks. We are now ready to raise egg laying hens. If this works out, we may look into some meat birds.

We now have chickens on the homestead

The chickens now have a routine and are growing fast.

The new chickens are doing very well at weed control, bug control and fertilizing the yard..... Still waiting for that first egg. LOL
