Another tip from this video is to carry a notebook. Putting pen to paper and handwriting will exercise your memory much stronger than putting the word into a <a href="https://rumble.com/v3f1jw-apps-that-can-make-you-smarter.html" target="_blank">smart</a> phone or other technological device. Finally, try to use the word at least a few times a day. The more you use it, the better you will remember it. This may throw off viewers at first, but it gives some very interesting information on “ghee,” which is a product that is becoming more and more popular as a butter replacement. Supposedly, this is supposed to be healthier than regular butter, which is why so many people are now jumping on the change of their usual butter to this product. Ghee is a relative of butter. It starts as butter, but it goes through a process of evaporation, and it is then strained. This strained leftover product takes out all the milk fat, which makes it a stronger flavor with less product used. This is also a great option for people who are lactose intolerant. It is also much more resistant to higher temperatures. Finally, it is easy to manage. It is very low maintenance, and the nutritionist actually recommends that it is not kept in the refrigerator. It can be left out on the counter, and she says that it is more spreadable if it is left out. Most of us cringe at the thought of leaving any product coming from dairy on the counter, but this product is completely safe to do so.
