Two Wild Foxes Try Out John Lewis’s Christmas Advertisement And Bounce On A Trampoline59s

Two Wild Foxes Try Out John Lewis’s Christmas Advertisement And Bounce On A Trampoline

We all remember John Lewis’s Christmas commercial featuring two foxes, a badger, a squirrel and even a hedgehog, who enjoy a late-night bouncing session on the new trampoline in front of grump Buster who is stuck inside before he gets a turn on Christmas morning. These wild foxes lived in this person's backyard for a summer in Colorado. She never saw them put on a show like this before, and never saw them again after the summer was over. Luckily, she captured this incredible moment on camera! The “pouncing” behavior is used by foxes in the wild, especially when they’re jumping on rodents hidden beneath the snow. This video shows two wild foxes bouncing around, playing, and biting at one another, while exploring the trampoline. Both, kids and adults enjoy the sheer enjoyment that comes from jumping on a trampoline, but it turns out that this fun factor isn’t just limited to humans. Watch in this caught-on-camera moment as foxes decide to test the high-flying device out for themselves. The footage shows scenes almost exactly the same as the Christmas advert, the two foxes are joyously playing on the bouncing device, occasionally nipping at each other’s faces. It is adorable to witness that animals also want to have a moment of joy and play!

This Baby Elephant Loves Cuddling With Her Caretaker39s

This Baby Elephant Loves Cuddling With Her Caretaker

Allie has lived with this little elephant since the day the calf was born. As you can see, they have developed quite the bond. The video was taken at an elephant camp that shares property with the Chai Lai Orchid. Allie’s bond with the calf is so deep, they both enjoy their cuddling time, even though it might look more vigorous than your run-of-the-mill cuddle. One baby elephant can weigh around 200 pounds, which is already too much for an adult human male! Can you imagine what it would feel like if an adult human trying to sit on your lap? Don’t answer that... The Chai Lai Orchid is an ecolodge in Northern Thailand that shares property with an elephant camp with 12 elephants. After two years of watching this herd of elephants be used for mass tours, The Chai Lai Orchid is trying to rescue this family of elephants and create a sanctuary for them in Northern Thailand. Elephants are incredibly intelligent and emotional creatures, and baby elephants need love and care to thrive just as readily as a human child does. Luckily, it looks like neither of these things are in short supply at Chai Lai Orchid, and we hope that this baby grows up to be happy and strong. Chai Lai Orchid is working to enlarge the scope of their work by creating a sanctuary and helping to transition the elephants that belong to the camp next to them to sanctuaries. If you want to help them in their endeavors, then you can tweet Ricky Gervais, to persuade the animal-loving British actor to visit their elephants and raise awareness of the cause. Here’s to hoping they achieve their goals!

Crazy cockatoo loses her mind for the camera 1m11s

Crazy cockatoo loses her mind for the camera

This umbrella cockatoo loves the spotlight! As soon as the camera comes on, it puts on a very entertaining show! It is going absolutely crazy on the kitchen floor! She starts to scream and spread out her wings as much as she can. I think she is trying to show off her best features. She bends down, leaning close to the floor, moving her head back and fourth. She walks back and fourth continuing to scream. Maybe she thinks she is on the runway. She will do anything for the camera! As she continues to be recorded, she then runs to her owner, and tries to climb on him. She has so much energy! Why is she so excited? Again, she flares out her wings running back and fourth. Can anyone explain this kind of behaviour? She then bangs her head on the oven! Maybe she is hungry! Either way, she is going to show everything on the camera! What a great video to watch together after, hilarious! She definitely wants something! Do you want to give your cockatoo some delicious food that is fit for a king and a queen? Check out some of these tasty options!

Most of the population is divided by that question, but user 'piotrbuchalik' is part of the smaller population that falls right in the middle. Getting An Elephant Massage In Thailand Might Not Be A Good Idea1m31s

Getting An Elephant Massage In Thailand Might Not Be A Good Idea

While on vacation in Phuket (Thailand), a husband and wife were introduced to elephants Lucky (age 3) and Lily (age 4). These elephants were fortunate enough to have been rescued from poachers and now live in an orphanage next to the hotel. Their keepers take them for walks along the beach every day, allowing them to mingle with kids and other vacationers. In this clip we find Lucky and Lily giving the most hilarious massage you will ever see! And for only the price of a handful of fruit! Videos like this one have been circling the Net for quite some time. There are even videos of elephants playing instruments to the delight of tourists in Thailand. But there is a more grim backstory to this attraction that they lead on. Their handlers claim that the animals have been rescued from dire situations, however, there has been a research that says the elephants are usually removed from their mothers young, which in turn leaves them broken and dispirited, enough for the handlers to train them easily for feats like this one. It is called “training crush”, or “elephant crush”. Every elephant that that is engaged in some kind of tourist activity, even elephant rides, has been subject to such a treatment, designed to make the gentle giants obedient. If you truly care for these animals, it is best that you avoid these attractions altogether, especially if you are visiting Thailand and other Asian countries. That does not mean that you can miss out on seeing these majestic animals up close. There are plenty of sanctuaries in northern Thailand that rescue these animals, where you get to merely observe them at their own pace.

Hedgehog curls into ball, floats during bath2m24s

Hedgehog curls into ball, floats during bath

Ragweed the hedgehog is so adorable! Before his little bath expedition, Ragweed has his whole body stretched out on his owners hands. He looks very relaxed. At first, it doesn't look like Ragweed wants to go floating in the bath because he is squirming all over the place. Don't worry Ragweed, the bath is safe! His owner then gets him to make a ball formation as he slowly places him in the water. As he touches the water, he starts to tense up, but after some time, he is used to it and starts to enjoy the time in the water. His owner even gives him the chance to float around as they use one finger to move him through the water. I think Ragweed is starting to relax again. He needs some sun so he can start suntanning! When floating time is over, his owner carefully picks him up. What a fun experience that was. So cute! Do you want to float in the water like Ragweed? Check out some of these nice floaties so you can take some time to relax in the water as well!

Lion Gets Head Stuck In Feeding Barrel At Zoo2m20s

Lion Gets Head Stuck In Feeding Barrel At Zoo

To keep feeding time interesting, the Dierenrijk Zoo in the Netherlands puts meat inside of a barrel as a way to help stimulate the three young lions. Unfortunately one of them experienced a bit of bad luck during this instance after getting the barrel stuck right on his head! Luckily a zookeeper eventually managed to cut it off, with no harm done. There are roughly 30,000 mountain lions in the western United States overall. Experts say that human interactions with mountain lions are very rare and the risk of an attack is relatively small, however, one can never be too careful with wild animals, you could never know when they might strike. We've all been there before at one point or another. Who hasn't gotten their hand stuck in something before? It could've been the container for chips, or even the gaps in the railing. The point is that we can all relate to this poor guy that was just trying to get something to eat. A starving young lion certainly managed to get his claws into a tasty little snack. This intense video keeps you on the edge of your seat as you wait to see how it plays out. Check out this lion getting his head stuck in a feeding barrel.

Lion Cub Delivers His Best Roar53s

Lion Cub Delivers His Best Roar

Watch as this adorable, little lion delivers his best roar that he can! It is so cute that your heart is going to melt! This cub's sister died shortly after their birth. He was a part of the third pair of cubs born to the pride that year. The cubs are routinely separated from their mother after birth in order to get them acclimated to their handlers and also to keep a better eye on their growth and development. The cubs were part of an educational program at the facility geared towards school kids. He was eventually reunited with his mother and the rest of the lions. So cute! This tiny lion looks like a plush toy and may sound terrifically adorable when it tries to growl, but when he grows up, his growl will be the sound of fear and respect in a 5 mile radius on a wind still day. If you stand at a meter's distance from a full grown lion, their roar can clock at 114 decibels. For comparison, a jackhammer at work clocks at about 100 decibels at the same distance. Although they are called “Kings of the jungle”, lions actually cannot be found in the rain forests of Central Africa. Their natural habitat are actually the grasslands in Sub-Saharan Africa. Please share this video with your family and friends as it is sure to make them smile as much as it made you!

Dog Snatches The Chance To Meet With NYPD Police Horse On Wall Street

Animals are just the right companion to have whether it is that you live alone, or need some company or even the fact that you don't like being bored. Domestic animals, whether it is a cat or a dog, or whatever you have your mind on getting, they are sure to brighten up your day. It is usually when we come home from a hard day's of work that we need to snuggle up in or bed and hopefully have a companion that is there waiting for us and willing to offer some fun times and some cuddles. This case in particular is just 'a little' out of the ordinary. If humans perhaps happen to walk by such a gloriously looking animal such as this NYPD horse, we might take a look from a fair distance and keep on walking. Maybe stop for a minute and stare at this beautiful being. The story with this French Bulldog however is a bit different then what you would expect. When we say that, we mean that this little French puppy its just way too curious not to go ahead and introduce itself to this NYPD horse, which is on duty by the way. His fierce attitude and brave ways are just enough to pull on the leash and get his little nose into the nose of the horse so he can figure out what this huge creature actually is. This French Bulldog is ecstatic to meet a very friendly police horse as the two share a precious interaction. Adorable!

Parrot Celebrates Birthday Party With Bird Friends

Birthday parties are so much fun. Your birthday is probably the one day in the entire year that we all eagerly expect to arrive (other than Christmas, obviously). All our friends are there, there's snacks and drinks, we get presents and then the cake comes, complete with candles on top! What could be more exciting? We think that everyone should have a birthday bash of their own, our pets included! Marnie's owners felt the same, which is why they threw a birthday party for the Indian Ringneck's fifth birthday and invited a bunch of friends to join him. Marnie is obviously ecstatic for his event and he just won't shut up about it! He goes to every one of his friends, saying “What are you doin'?” and sending them kisses. His friend might be a little shy, needing tissues on their heads to be able to sing because his feathers have fallen off, but Marnie is beside himself with happiness. He's got his waffle cake with a candle on top and everything! When his “dad” starts getting Marnie's toys out of the bag, he goes by each and every one of this new stuffed toys, saying “You're cute! Give me a kiss” and then goes to kiss them between the eyes! We are melting over here, and it isn't the July heat, that's for sure.

This Magpie Bird Laughing Just Like A Child Creeps Us Out

User ‘shura84’ found this magpie in her yard when the bird was just a fledgling and ended up raising the unfortunate bird. The magpie ended back up in the wild, where she belongs, but the bird was given a name that she respond to and every time the woman calls her name, she comes flying down to the woman’s window and even enters the house! All of this wouldn’t be such a surprise, if it wasn’t the one things that sets this bird apart from the others. You see, magpies have long been known as clever mimics, not afraid to tackle the call of another species of bird, or even the sound of a tractor, but to actually learn to mimic the sound of a small child, even talk back like a parakeet , is unreal! At one point in the second half of the video, it even seems that the bird keeps repeating “mama" to the woman, over and over. It would have been cute, if the sound the bird is making didn’t resemble eerily close to that of Victorian dolls - those same ones that so many horror movies are made around. Imagine hearing that in the middle of the night! This woman can keep her laughing, talking magpie. We think we will stick to those back-stabbing felines as pets.

From An Egg To An Adult, This Is How Toco The Toucan Grew Up8m52s

From An Egg To An Adult, This Is How Toco The Toucan Grew Up

Glorious and majestic, the Toco Toucan is a tropical bird. Due to their unique appearance, they are among the most popular and well known birds in the world. Its natural processes remain hidden from humankind, but thanks to Andy Hoo, we get to see how a Toucan is born and raised into the majestic adult. The baby, appropriately named Toco, was discarded by his parents and Andy, the animal lover that he is, decided that he should be the one who takes care of him. Andy took diligent care and made sure that every stage of the baby bird’s life is recorded on camera. They start their lives so fragile and small, blind and featherless. Kept in a well heated incubator, the bird slowly starts opening its eyes and develops its dark plumage. By then, he is as big as Andy’s palm! At day 33, Toco already has most of his feathers and gets his ID claw tag, but his beak is still small. Soon, he starts recognizing Andy as his carer and jumps on his palm when he calls for him, which is super adorable! At day 44, Toco the Toucan is still a baby, but he now looks like a full grown bird! Isn’t he amazing? Toucans are native to the Neotropics, from Southern Mexico, through Central America, into South America south to northern Argentina. They mostly live in the tropics, but the montane species from the genus Andigena reach temperate climates in the Andes and can be found up to the tree line.

Tiny Baby Bunnies Mistaken For Kittens By Caring Cat1m01s

Tiny Baby Bunnies Mistaken For Kittens By Caring Cat

Well, this has to be the cutest case of mistaken identity we’ve ever seen. Take a look at this gentle cat caring for a couple of rabbits that it mistook for kittens. According to his owner, Mango is a very caring cat who absolutely loves to take care of the family kittens. In this instance though, he ended up jumping into a pen and mistakenly took care of the adorable household rabbits instead! It is completely understandable because they both measure the same on the cuteness-meter, almost having it explode from a cuteness overload. Poor Mango didn’t stand a chance, and it seems as if he doesn’t really mind, because he continues hovering above them like a caring parent. This is a very good example of the compassion and love that animals can feel, even to something different from their own kind. Cats can be very distant and appear uninterested, but this family cat is very careful and loving toward the little fluff ball bunnies, it's just too cute to watch! It doesn’t matter if it’s a furry or a human babe, as long as it’s an infant, it is sacred and it should be protected no matter the cost. It’s nice to see that at least some Earth inhabitants have it straight. Does your cat have an unusual friendship like this one? If so, make sure you share your stories with us in the comments down below and in the meantime, enjoy this overflow of adorableness!

Rowdy Baby Gorilla Gets Disciplined By Dad In Front Of Zoo Visitors

Shufai the baby gorilla was has a great time playing with some tree branches in Twycross ZOO until his father Oumbi decided to take them all away (since technically he's playing with his food). But when Shufai persists, Oumbi does a total dad move to let him know he's serious! The kid runs after his dad, while the 24-year-old Silverback gorilla gather all the branches from the enclosure and puts them away. Shufai’s older brother Lope knows well to stay away from dad’s path, but the gorilla youngster wants his toys back. In an effort to stop dad from removing all of his toys, Shufai tries to grab dad by the foot, but the elder puts him back in his place with a determined, but still very gentle nudge with the foot. Body language is a big deal with these giants and the baby knew that very instant that playtime is over! Instead of chasing after dad, the baby sits on his butt and contemplates his choices, before turning away and running after mom Ozala. Shufai was born on September 24, 2016 and is the third baby for 22-year-old mother Ozala and 24-year-old father Oumbi. As well as being a joyous occasion for zoo staff and visitors, the birth is an important part of conservation efforts to save the species, as the number of Western lowland gorillas in the wild has dramatically declined by more than 60% in the last 20-25 years, and scientists predict they will become extinct in the next 20 years or so.

This video shows cat’s emotional reaction to being reunited with his blind canine pal. Every day that the dog wasn't there, Jasper would wait by the back door for her. Curious Baby Owls Investigate Camera Lens4m16s

Curious Baby Owls Investigate Camera Lens

Owls are spectacular creatures. Everything about them is wickedly beautiful - their eyes, the way their bodies move...They are just spectacular to watch, but that can sometimes prove to be a challenge. Owls are also quite curious creatures; one might say they are as curious as cats! That is the reason why Sebastien Barrio decided to set up a GoPro camera on a tree, right under an owl’s nest and he managed to film one of the most spectacular owl encounters ever recorded! We see the mother as she flies down on the tree just above the nest and she notices the weird contraption at the door. Seeing as how still owl can be, at first we thought the footage might be buggy, but just give her a few seconds to process what she is seeing. She flies down and stops at the opening of the hole in the tree to stare deep into the lens of the camera with her big yellow eyes! Isn’t she glorious? Then she turns towards the nest and we see something moving inside - babies! When the mother flies off, the two babies come out and start staring down at the camera with childlike curiosity. One of the starts screeching and slowly comes closer and closer and then BAM! Pecks the lens! Good thing GoPros are made for such treatment. It is like you can almost see gears moving in their necks as their determine whether this intruder is friend, foe and food. Credit to Sebastien Barrio.

Isn't this a sight to see? We definitely get to see two different types of personalities in this video! This turtle is calmly munching away on his delicious lettuce, and doesn't really care about its reflection in the mirror. It is much more focused on finishing its food. The parrot on the other hand goes nuts when looking at its reflection in the mirror! I think it knows it's a very attractive bird and wants every one to look at him so they know he's beautiful! Don't worry, we are looking, stop going nuts! The parrot continues to walk back and fourth going ballistic. Someone needs to get it in the model industry, it definitely knows how to strut back and fourth! Do I see the future face for the next big magazine? Probably! The parrot doesn't seem very interested in the food, it just wants to continue checking itself out in the mirror. Maybe it is trying to get the turtles attention, I think it wants to make a new friend! Either way, whatever it is trying to do, this is hilarious! Do you own a parrot? Check out these delicious bird seeds your parrot will love to eat! Even a mirror won't be able to distract the parrot from its food!
