This is very much like a Caesar dressing, and is delicious on all kinds of things besides salad. Much healthier than that Hidden Valley ranch crap. You can add cheese if you want, like Parmesan or cheddar, but honestly, I don’t think it needs anything else than what it is. Ingredients: 3-4 Tbsp REAL mayonnaise (Miracle Whip is neither mayo nor food) 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/2-1tsp water (to thin out if needed) Salt/pepper to taste If you’d like a copy of my cookbook, it’s still on Amazon (for now), I would like to get it on Brighteon Books soon and not give Bezos any cut of profit. All you need is: 3/4 C self-rising flour 1 C sour cream (or Greek yogurt) Follow me on Telegram https://t.me/commonsensecowgirl *mix it up, make a dough lump, cut into 4-8 pieces, flatten those out VERY flat. Heat 2-3 mins per side in a lightly oiled skillet. Optional- brush with melted butter while hot. These are so good they’re honestly hard to share! Serve them in place of small tortillas, with eggs, with honey, dipped in hummus, use them to “sop” sauces/gravies like a biscuit. They are just so darn versatile!

The recipe for these DELICIOUS biscuits is- 2 C self-rising flour **recipe to make your own below if you don’t keep any, which I dont** 6 Tbsp mayonnaise **REAL MAYO** 1 C water That’s it! Mix it up, plop in mounded spoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes *Self-Rising Flour Recipe* 2 C flour -4 tsp (just take out 4 tsp) 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Of course you’ll notice in the video I really don’t measure anything exact. Remember the video from months back when we waxed cheese so that it could be kept unrefrigerated up to 20 years (cold climates)/ 1-2 years (hot climates)? This is to show you what the cheese is doing now 5 months later, how it tastes, and that it is MOLD FREE! The cheese when the wax is peeled off will feel a little oily, so dab it with some paper towels to dry it off. Then cut and use it! If you wanted to continue using the block of cheese unrefrigerated, you’d have to re-wax it each time you cut into it. This cheese was organic raw milk sharp cheddar. The flavor got sharper, and it was DELICIOUS! I’d put it on an almond cracker with a dab of wine jelly to really compliment the taste! This is a useful skill for all the preppers out there! I use up my waxed cheeses and continue adding new waxed cheeses, rotating. In a survival situation, you should realize that if you were to make new hard cheese (cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan) those take 6 months to 2 years to age to become the product you need. So the point here is- have a stockpile of cheeses, enough for that length of time, until you can make or get more cheese. “Survival” doesn’t have to suck. When you have creature comforts (like your favorite healthy foods) it boosts morale.

Hey Joe- we’ll eat beef any damn time we want. In fact, we’ll be eating so much beef, we dry it and preserve it as a snack. Just sayin. 🇺🇸 This is how to make your own jerky with any type of red meat, and is MUCH easier than you think. All you need is a hunk of red meat, salt, pepper, vinegar, some kind of little hooks (thread works too) and a way to hang over a sink or bathtub. If the power goes out, you can easily make this. No fire or stove needed.

I already showed you how to do the eggs (which last up to 1 year unrefrigerated), now you’ll know how to do cheese. If making this with homemade fresh cheese, wipe the cheese down with vinegar first and let it dry, then wax. Cheese is already a “preserved” food, through the aging process. It is not refrigerated during this process. A little mold is no big deal. Just cut it off. Honestly, we’ve come to rely waaaaaay too much on power/refrigeration. It’s a weakness and a problem. It’s nice to have a refrigerator, but be sure you know how to live without one, eating GOOD food. Survival shouldn’t have to be hunting lizards and chewing grass. No one wants to live like that. Survival is fun when you eat well. Just sayin. **best results achieved if you can store the cheese below 60 degrees, it just keeps longer if it’s cooler**

These breeds are my personal picks for surviving the “Great Awakening”..... or whatever we’re calling this. Regardless, ANY chickens are better than no chickens! Tractor Supply currently (end of May 2021) still has chicks. Chicks will take 4-8 months to start laying depending on breed/season (of course only hens lay). If you purchase “straight run” chicks this means they are not “sexed” or separated male from female. Usually when buying straight run you’ll end up with close to 50/50 males/females. I’d eat the extra males once big enough with that option. “Pullets” are juvenile female chickens “Cockerels” are juvenile male chickens Remember when getting chicks that male chickens crow (once adults), hens tend to be less noisy. However, I still think chickens do better with at least one rooster (male chicken) in the flock to keep the hens (female chickens) in line. You could also hatch your own eggs if you had a rooster and have a perpetual meat/egg factory in very little space. Truth isn’t often pretty. I think those of us asking for God’s guidance daily, and avoiding “the jab” already knew this answer deep down. BONUS at the end- dowsing the JFK JR question. I’ve done this same question with a different pendulum months back but never shared the answer publicly. Same answer then as now. I think our lives are all about to change A LOT. 1776 again may have a whole new level of reality.

I’m now asking questions I was afraid to ask last year for layers of reasons. Well, God can’t live in a vessel with the spirit of fear inhabiting it also.
