Verification with the Deputy Secretary of Elections from the Nevada SoS's office that marking our ballots according to the NRS statutes will NOT spoil the ballots, force them into adjudication, or send them to Duplication. Mark Wlaschin concurred with us about all of these issues.

The audit which was opened on July 14, 2022 has yielded it's initial report. Nicholas and his team met with the Auditor and Washoe County Manager for a preliminary review of the report. "Systemic" problem with the voter rolls, data Nicholas was given was not good data which led to supposedly wrong conclusions. We'll follow up with requests for clarifications because the report result was very muddy to say the least.

These voting and counting machines MUST be 100% guaranteed to NOT be corrupt, change votes, manipulate votes, or interfere with our elections in ANY manner, otherwise they MUST be removed from the process. If there is a "reasonable" doubt that they could interfere, they MUST be removed. The Sheriff is We The People's last line of defense against a corrupt, tyrannical, overbearing government and has the power and authority to pull the machines to ensure a free and fair election.

Nicholas presented the Provisional Ballots Anomalies, Errors, and Irregularities 2020 General Report to the Washoe County Manager on 06Jul22 The Mgr is supposed to be taking this report to the Nevada Secretary of State's office to have them head up the "investigation" Will this be the "send it to the SoS only to have the SoS send it to the County shuffle?"
