INSTRUCTIONS :
.in large mixing bowl add 316 grams all purpose flour, 393 grams sugar
.add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt & mix well
.in a pot on low to medium heat add 170 grams butter, 250 ml water
.cook until butter melted & mix well
.add 125 grams peanut butter, 75 ml vegetable oil
.mix well until ingredients have combined
.pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients & mix well
.in another bowl add 2 eggs, 117 ml buttermilk
.add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract & mix well
.add egg mixture to batter & mix well
.pour batter into baking dish lined with parchment paper
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 35 to 40 minutes ( leave to cool )
.in a large mixing bowl add 226 grams butter, 187 grams peanut butter
.add 200 grams powdered sugar & mix with an electric whisk
.while mixing add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
.once ingredients are combined add remaining powdered sugar
.add 42 ml milk & continue whisking until creamy consistency
.remove cake from dish & spread frosting on top of cake

INSTRUCTIONS :
.in a large baking dish brush some olive oil
.in a large mixing bowl add 340 grams chopped potatoes, 160 grams chopped carrots
.add 150 grams chopped parsnips, 230 grams chopped sweet potatoes
.add 130 grams chopped onion, 200 grams chopped button mushrooms
.add remaining olive oil ( 2 1/2 tablespoons )
.add 1 teaspoon dried sage, 1 teaspoon dried thyme
.add 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon salt
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.add 400 grams chopped sausages & mix well
.transfer to the baking dish
.top with 30 grams chopped parsley
.cover with aluminium foil & place in a preheated oven 200 c / 392 f for 60 to 90 minutes ( until veg is soft )

.add another 1 egg, spoonful self raising flour & whisk for 1 minute
.add remaining self raising flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
.add 40 grams cocoa powder, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
.add 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
.add 1/8 teaspoon allspice, 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
.add 1/8 teaspoon coriander, 1/8 caraway seeds
.add 1 teaspoon orange zest, sweet potato
.slowly whisk well until batter consistency
.place batter into the baking dish & spread evenly
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 30 minutes
.heat up 85 ml double cream until boiling
.turn off heat, add 150 grams dark chocolate bits, mix until melted
.add 1 teaspoon orange zest & continue to mix
.spoon the cream on top of the cake & spread evenly
.decorate with orange bits & leave to cool

.cook until gravy is thick
.transfer casserole to a baking dish
