Make daily Bible reading as easy as drinking a cup of coffee with habit stacking. This is an easy method to combine a habit you already have with the new habit you want to develop. By stacking, or anchoring, the new habit in with something you already are doing it becomes much easier to actually stick and develop a daily Bible reading habit. - Pick a time of day you want to add the habit of Bible reading, Bible study or prayer - Look for a habit you are already doing - Start your new Bible reading habit right before, during, or after the old habit For me this means coffee and bible time.
