We were called out to a historic house in Texas. We were unaware of the severity of the call until we arrived at the home . The water heater was leaking and no one could open the door to stop the water . One of the worst scenes of water damage I have encountered. I felt so bad for the home owners.

here was some drilling going on at a construction site and they found the sewer line . Unfortunately it was very deep and required a ton of labor to fix it.

We received a call for a rotten egg smell . A water heater that was sitting dormant was full of bacteria . This one was very stinky.

I have been doing this for 18 years now and I have never seen such destruction. The drywall is screwed , the gas line is crumbling from the leak , the copper water line is growing stalagmites. It was bad .

As I was working I looked up to see that the sky was so sad. So I had to record it.

I'm glad it was Ryan and not me doing this repair. I just sat back and recorded all the glory.

Of course apartment fails only happen between 10pm and 6am . This water line was leaking and I was hoping it would be an easy fix. It was a nightmare.

After creating a tunnel under the hospital, Flowable Fill is used to fill the hole. We had to do this after 12am , after marking above the floor I was sure glad that the hole lined up with the tunnel.

Roots in your plumbing can be a real big problem. This is what it looks like.
