Episode 56 Pathfinder Kingmaker Part 2
Hello and welcome to Failure to Prepare! Your source for all things paranoid!
EXPERIMENTAL VIDEO TYPE, VIEW AT YOUR OWN RISK!
In this episode, we will cover mine and Mrs. Failure to Prepares ideas regarding stress relief during these troubled times, which is a follow-up to my Previous Pathfinder Kingmaker, game review.
What is the purpose of this video you might ask? Myself and Mrs. Failure to prepare wanted to bring to the prepping community, a possible option for stress relief. But as with anything addictive, use in moderation with exercise and healthy living. This is an intro to Pathfinder Kingmaker which came out in September of 2018.
This will mostly be an adlibbed video, and I apologize about the game sound if it’s low, or if the video looks kind of crappy. But I will do my best to explain as we go through.
Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Enhanced Plus Edition is the first isometric party-based computer RPG set in the Pathfinder fantasy universe. Enjoy a classic RPG experience inspired by games like Baldur's Gate, Fallout 1 and 2 and Arcanum. Explore and conquer the Stolen Lands and make them your kingdom!
This will be mainly character fighting, looting, options along the way, and receiving your quest.
As I say a lot in my videos: having gear and prep’s is one thing, but if you can’t go around the block with it, without having a coronary, what is the purpose of being prepared at all? We all need to decompress, just do it in a healthy way, and love your family and friends while you're doing so, don’t hold it all in and explode!
Also please keep in mind in case this platform cracks down on me, I am also on Rumble and WeMe. So here we go:

Episode 49: New Kelty 1 and 2 Person Field Tents Continued.
Hello and welcome to Failure to Prepare! Your source for all things paranoid! Coming to you proudly from the ghetto low budget, Failure to Prepare studios.
Here is the continued test of my new Kelty 1 person field tent, with hitting the sack, waking up, and making some coffee with a couple of very special surprise guests, that I wasn’t expecting, but was glad to see, they both consented to be videoed by the way.
I will say that the setup and breakdown were pretty straightforward and pretty easy, I didn’t use the guy lines, since the wind was very mild Friday night and Saturday morning. I think the temps Friday during setup, was around 47 degrees, and once the sun dipped down, we had a low of about 31 degrees, which is just below freezing.
I was able to find the specifications on the two-person tent, so we can now compare it with the one person that I used in this video. A couple of side comments, the tent did not stink, as most new things do, so it was not hard to get to sleep. One thing I will say, is when getting in and out of these tents, watch the doors, they seemed to be magnetized then glued to my legs and feet, each time I got in an out of the tent, I am thinking over time this could maybe damage a zipper if you are not careful; this was more of aggravation then anything. I also did not catch the tent on fire making coffee, or the two surprise guests either, which I am very thankful for, since my guests are fine, and I didn’t want to test the fire of “Meets or exceed CPAI-84 Flammability standard” Which I think could be a rating California came up with, to measure Mrs. Pelosi’s bowel movement, and hazardous flammability factors. Initially, during part of the video is pretty dark, I apologize for that, it was me on the way to get into the tent and crash out for the night, once we get inside the tent, I brought in some extra light this time to help out, so hopefully, that part will be a little more view-able.

Episode 48: New Kelty 1 and 2 Person Field Tents
Hello and welcome to Failure to Prepare! Your source for all things paranoid!
I bought two new more subdued backpacking tents, to replace my Alps Mountaineering 1.5 Mystique tents, which I donated to the local homeless shelter. I had no issues with my Alps tents, other than they were bright frigging orange! Anyway, after watching a few reviews, I settled on two new tents, which both pretty much mirror each other in design, except that one is a two-person, and the one I will setup is a one-person tent, which I now have in my get home ruck.
I will show some of Kelty's stats on both tents and will video the setup of the one-person tent in my backyard. This will be a first time setup, so we will see how it goes. We are supposed to get some snow or freezing rain with colder temps this weekend, so I might leave it up empty to see how it goes, or I might sleep in the thing, just to see what it’s like, I haven’t decided yet.

Hello and welcome to Failure to Prepare! Your source for all things paranoid!
What is the purpose of this video you might ask? I wanted to put my get home bag/bug-out bag, and it’s attached gear to the test. It’s always a good idea to have faith in your gear, Part 4. Setup complete, talking about site selection, super cold the next morning, making coffee in the vestibule, sun up, tear down and continue to march.

Episode 37: Bike with me
Hello and welcome to Failure to Prepare! Your source for all things paranoid!
What is the purpose of this video you might ask? Myself and Mrs. Failure to prepare wanted to bring to the prepping community, an alternative to running, that has less impact on the body's joints, but still will work your cardio just the same. It’s good to switch it up folks and not hurt yourself. I will have to get the rear derailer adjusted though, while downshifting, it popped off the climbing gear.
