20 minutes of Nature's fury! Crazy flood in the province of Cadiz, Spain / setenil inundaciones
On Tuesday, March 29, heavy rain hit the mountain town of Setenil de las Bodegas in the Spanish province of Cadiz.
The storm, which lasted only 20 minutes, caused severe flooding and damage to the city.
After the rain, a stream of water descended from the highlands and poured into the city.
Streets, houses and garages were flooded, many cars got stuck in the water.
Rescue services and firefighters from nearby cities arrived to help local residents.
Fortunately no one was hurt.
The geographical position of the city explains the cause of severe floods.
The city structure is built into a gorge formed by the Trejo River, which flows through the city, and the slope contributes to flooding caused by its overflow.

Locust Invasion In Princes Town
Swarms of locusts invaded Princes Town over the past week, devouring any foliage in their path.
Locust invasions are an annual occurrence in Moruga - the adults feed on crops, go into the Moruga forest to lay their eggs and when the eggs hatch, the cycle begins again. However, this is the first time thousands of the flying insects have been seen in residential communities in Princes Town.
Jack Bhagwandeen, a taxi driver and part time farmer of New Grant, says the locusts are feeding on any and everything in their sight.
He's calling on the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries to assist farmers in the area who are losing their crops to the voracious insects. But he also believes there's a prophetic explanation to the locust invasion.

Pakistan quake kills at least 20, injures hundreds
At least 20 people were killed and about 300 injured on Thursday when a 5.7 magnitude earthquake struck southern Pakistan in the early hours as many of the victims were asleep, the Disaster Management Authority said.
Rescue workers said most of those killed were women and children.
The earthquake struck at the relatively shallow depth of 20 km (12 miles) with an epicentre 102 km (62 miles) east of the city of Quetta, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
More than 100 mud houses collapsed and many buildings were damaged. Television footage showed buildings with gaping cracks, caved in roofs and crumpled walls.

"This is the moment of shame," pope says about France abuse report
Pope Francis said on Wednesday he was saddened and ashamed by the Catholic Church's inability to deal with sexual abuse of children in France and that the Church must make itself a "safe home for everyone".
"I would like to express to the victims my sadness, sorrow for the trauma they have suffered and also my shame, our shame, for the church's inability, for too long, to put them at the centre of its concerns," Francis said at his weekly general audience.
