Follow along as we show you the process involved to convert rear disc brakes on any older Willys Jeep to a disc brake system. Hopefully this will give you a full rounded view of the process should you be considering this for your classic Jeep.

In this episode we finally get to see the fruits of our labor pay off as we see the vision of the build begin to take shape. Once we get the main components like the springs and axles underneath the frame, we can get to some of the other "add-on's". After we get the axles are installed we will be doing a front and rear disc brake conversion for a more, modern day braking power style.

Video of one of the wettest seasons we've seen on the Rubicon Trail. Pre-running the trail in preparation for the upcoming season and we got hit with an amazing amount of snow and rain causing an evacuation of staff out of the Rubicon Trail until things dried up.

Wheeling around the Nevada, Arizona border while scouting for a possible event and testing a Go Pro at the same time. Nothing too exciting but a clip to show some of the terrain in and around the AZ,NV desert. The roads look like they are pretty average but if you look closely you'll that it is a pretty good climb.

Follow along as we install a locking differential in a pair of front and rear Dana 44 axles on a Jeep Wrangler YJ. We install the Zip Locker from Yukon Gear & Axle and utilize the Jet Pack from the folks over at Power Tank to engage the lockers.

In this video we walk you through the installation process of a Howell fuel injection system on a 1998 Jeep Wrangler YJ with the 258 ci carbureted motor. We show the full installation from beginning to end on what it takes, parts and tools needed so you can upgrade your fuel system on an older carbureted motor if you have the desire to do so.

We begin the inspection and teardown of our 1961 FC-150. We get a chance to take a closer look inside and out to show the good, the bad and the ugly of our FC find and what it is going to need to bring this gem back to life. The first thing it will need is to be disassembled, stay tuned or check back in regularly as we will have regular updates of the process.

One of the last steps of preparation for the EWA, Erin did a fantastic job of bringing some new life to these old and worn out seats. It made a day and night difference in the comfort for our backs and bodies on the 2k mile journey to Moab.

After months of planning, accumulating parts, working with the guys at Rugged Werx for our powder coating, we finally get the opportunity to begin the build. Thanks to the guys over at Rugged Werx in Riverton Wyoming, the components look better than they did when they rolled off the factory floor in 1961. This is when things start to get a bit... Exciting.

It happens, when you play hard things have a tendency to break. Sure enough, while in Moab we had a hub fail early on in the day and had the frustration of not having a locked front end when we needed it most! We opted to upgrade to the Yukon Hardcore locking hub for a multitude of reasons but foremost. If or when they fail, they fail in the engaged position allowing you to get out of what ever bind one may find themselves in.

We needed to put a bit of a facelift on a well used Polaris RMK 800 so we grabbed a wrap from Arctic FX and wrapped this sled in the War Hawk. If you've ever wondered what it takes ot wrap a sled, hopefully this will give you some insight. The process was easy and we have since used a couple of other wraps from different companies and by FAR recommend the Arctic FX over others. The material is forgiving yet tough, it is workable and the coverage is superior to the other brands we installed.

We give the Filter Magnet a test run on a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee to see what if any metal might be floating around inside of the oil filter after a standard oil change.

Total destruction is our goal in this episode! We cannot simply tear it down to the frame and give it the "Krylon Touch" if we want this Fc to stand out in a crowd. As we continue to tear the project apart we set thing in a couple of different piles, those that go to powder coating, those that go to the scrap bin and the rest in up in the... "Where are we going to find a replacement" pile! Check it out as we get to the last stage of the disassembly process and prepare for the long, long journey of bringing this iconic piece of Jeep history back to life.

Three weeks and counting before we departed on the Epic Willys Adventure. this video gives a little more insight to the work and effort that went into getting this 1947 CJ-2A road worthy.

A little bit of trail testing in Wyoming on a private course that was created and used for a "All Season" driving program. the obstacles and rocks were good sized and well hidden under the fresh snow.

Brakes are certainly one of the last things on a persons mind until you need to rely on them for obvious reasons. We had the opportunity to test these handy and easy to use Brake Strips out to test the quality of our brake fluid in a jeep Grand Cherokee that had close to 250,000 miles on it.
