SLPS | Gosport Borough 1 Swindon Supermarine 2
Supermarine bounced back from their below par performance against fellow strugglers Dorchester Town last Saturday, to record a comfortable three points at third placed Gosport.
Despite falling a goal behind, the side remained calm and took a 2-1 lead in to the interval and although our hosts had much of the play after the break, Marine remained comfortable in defence and sticking to their game plan saw them return to Wiltshire with another vital three points.

SLPS | Swindon Supermarine 1 Dorchester Town 2
A rare under par performance saw Supermarine lose a big one at home against fellow strugglers Dorchester Town on Saturday afternoon and ensured Stuart Fleetwood's side remained in the relegation places for another week at least.
After conceding two sloppy goals in the opening half, the side did manage to raise their game slightly in the second, but with the Magpies also looking to escape the drop, they failed to get the breakthrough required and will want to put this one behind them as quickly as possible.

WPS QF | Melksham Town 3 Swindon Supermarine 4
Supermarine made things a little more difficult than it needed to in what turned out to be a high scoring and entertaining Wiltshire Premier Shield tie against their Southern League Division One opposition in a cold night in Melksham.
Despite going a goal down against the run of play, Marine looked fairly comfortable on the night until they scored number four and with a number of changes, appeared to become a bit too lackadaisical in their defensive approach - and the home side took full advantage to come within a whisker of clawing it back.

NWYL U14s Cup R2 | Swindon Supermarine 11 Liden Community 0
Hat-tricks from Artur Oledzki and Isak Boothroyd along with a brace from Kai Murdoch and singles from Logan Mackay, Jake Ngugi and an own goal saw Marine's U14s enjoy somewhat of a cakewalk to Round Three of the North Wilts Youth League U14s Cup as they defeated their Division 3 opposition at Hunts Copse on Sunday morning [26.11.23].
Although Liden rarely challenged the hosts, heads remained high as they battled until the final whistle and gave a credible account preventing the score from being higher with some blocks and tackles they can be proud of and take the experience in to their league campaign.
Apologies for the home linesman getting in the way of the final goal - he seemed to constantly forget he was supposed to stay in the other half and kept getting in the way!

Supermarine made it seven points in three games as they produced a performance worthy of all three points at the Webbswood Stadium on a freezing Saturday afternoon.
Despite what the scoreline may suggest, it was a comfortable and commanding display from Stuart Fleetwood's side as they now turn their attention to a midweek trip to Melksham Town in the Wiltshire Premier Shield before another massive league game on Saturday, when they visit Hendon.

A commanding First Half performance was enough to see Supermarine earn an opening victory in their first Gary Else Memorial League Cup Group Stage tie against neighbours Fairford Town in Bibury on Saturday morning [07.10.23].
The hosts had the best of the game following the interval, however were unable to make things count and were made to pay following an early opening Supermarine goal which taught them why playing to the whistle is a must.

Marine remained rooted to the foot of the table following an eighth defeat from nine league games when the Crusaders made the short trip to Wiltshire on Tuesday evening [26.09.23] as three lapses in concentration cost them again.
Despite the defeat however, the side continued to improve under the leadership of Stuart Fleetwood and Dan Gillespie in such a short space of time and with their tails up in the second half, began to look like a side where confidence has returned so it won't be long until those first three points are in the bag.

Marine fell to their fifth straight defeat as their miserable August continued at the SB Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Three goals in the final ten minutes gave the hosts a more flattering scoreline, however there was no doubt that our promotion hopeful hosts deserved the three points as they demonstrated why they made the play-off final last season.

First half goals from Tony Lee (2), Jamie Wisken and Harvey Wright set the tone, with Levi Irving and George Dowling both netting for the home side, however Will Spetch, Cameron Murray and Destiny Ojo all added to the score in the final fifteen minutes to cap a disappointing Opening Day in SN3.
