We are exiting a month during which the programming streamed through the media and our geographical areas has been intense. It's good to reflect on the amount of automatic and reactive programming around the December season of engineered low frequency rituals. Each operation linked to the holiday season can trigger different layers of programming such as family programming (which is a type of programming reinforced massively by the entertainment industry even in revelation movies). A smear campaign is used to further a false narrative that handlers have been wronged to undermine the handlee's credibility and reputation with unverifiable rumors, distortions and outright lies. It is a classic mk ultra tactic that is meant to reverse the reality and to create a false image about a handlee breaking free from their mk ultra programming. It brings in the relationship that is collapsing the points of views of others which are participating to the attempt to invalidate the emotions and knowing of the handlee. Dark negative ET factions love to play on our wounded ego aspects. This is a high place of deflection. When someone leaves a cult-like environment after opening their eyes on what is really going on, everything is made to depict that person as unstable or negative. To walk in the light here, it's necessary to balance the ego side. The matrix always tries for real original sparks to be in ego and to take advantage of our ego parts. Many reals get offended when you start placing boundaries towards their unconscious invasions instead of becoming aware of the impact they are having on you. They project that you must be the one in fault. Many of us go in default switchbacks whenever we are feeling triggered. Ego is blinding a lot of real original sparks here especially the darker unresolved ones but not only. Unconscious patterns keep on being played out over and over again. It is challenging to build solidity with beings who have strong ego patterns as they are usually accessed and mind controlled. They tend to distort the truth and project a reality that is not the truth. We also find a lot of engineered feuds between reals here. The ego is a place where lies can settle in easily and where we find a lot of false justifications. The matrix systems are encouraging ego based behaviours and life choices based on ego and ego motivations. Many original sparks are easily puppeted through unconscious motives such as revenge, resentment, pride, anger, repressed hatred or external blame consciousness. Many original sparks live perpetually with false memories about the nature of what is going on in their lives. Handlers on the narcissistic spectrum tend to be using third party reinforcements to perpetuate torture in our lives. Many reals are so easily led from their negative egos, refusing to take responsibility, often deflecting it onto the other person. A lot of matrix inserts broadcasted by the spiritless are there to create anxious states for the reals. In this video I share a few personal examples I have observed in my direct realities lately, including with spiritless templates pretending to be well-intentioned. The lives of the reals here are engineered. There is certainly a micro-management of our lives with forces working against us. Here, many things or little actions only take us a little time. Yet sometimes it takes us weeks or months before we are able to exit apathic states due to the density of our experience here. In 2018 I faced more layers of food addictions and I designed a rhythm to go towards cellular detoxification. Food is directly related to the time and energy we have. I walked away from the density of mucus forming foods and even most of the mucuslean food that densifies us. I have found keys to walk in empowerement about my own health and to understand my body and the human body avatar. I have learned to take time for self care and rewire my programming that was in the way for me to be able to do certain things in another kind of order. Along the way since my twenties, I have been working with spirited and non spirited practicioners. Nowadays I can mostly do manual therapy work with a spirited person that is not corrupted beyond a certain point. The degree of harvesting is much. For fire creation beings, it is also an adventure to tune to benevolent frequencies in practicioners in our direct surroundings. The reals are being encouraged to blend in with the 3D dense aspects of life. The spark of creation is a prime target. There is much handling done due to the backdrop technology, the simulation aspects you will find in every field and the new age deception. Many handlers and traps of course are to be found in the healing field. That is why keeping on working on identifying the signature of deceit is important. Psychic attacks often target the wounded ego. They are about psychic warfare and spiritual warfare. They are meant to cause psychological pressure and emotional suffering. At first I thought it was my own process of separating from toxic beings which was really difficult until I realize they were continuously sending me psychic attacks, sometimes for a whole year. They were the one bringing mind control to my reality, distorting reality and using gaslighting and were not happy with my boundary setting.
