me and my wife run the Pink Palace Bed and Breakfast in the Village of Mount Baldy Ski Resort , we were having a Firesmart event on the mountian this weekend and a group of us Decided to head down the road to Jolly lake for a swim. On our way down we saw a large group of people on The side of the road just before the campground.we were just packing up from the lake to head to our firesmart meeting held by the RDKB and this lady rips up on a quad and I told us there was a huge fire just around the corner..it was the same area that the large group of people were but they had all left.there was 8 of us in our group and we ran up to the fire and just started to put it out, we had one shovel at first and then at least 20 other people showed up with water shovels rakes and whatever they had and we got it out .. some of the campers had told us it was a gender reveal and that they used Tannerite but nobody admitted it was them … we were just happy the fire was out .. the fire warden showed up and called it in ..and then we headed to our firesmart meeting…we had no idea that this was a thing .. I thought it was just common sense not to blow things up in the woods during fire season . they had a evacuation order up here 2 years ago because of a forest fire nearby so that’s why we have firesmart events up here every year

Every year at the end of the season they hold the Slush cup where skier’s and snowboarders propel themselves down the mountain and into a very cold pool of water, some make it across and others fail epically

It was 2 weeks before Christmas and this thief thought it would be a great idea to rip apart my neighbors hedge for a makeshift Christmas tree at 2 AM. It took her a good 5 minutes to finally wrestle a a good sized chunk from the cedar hedge with her bare hands. As she sat there and checked out her prize a RCMP cruiser drives by, the cruiser quickly did a u-turn and confronted the lady with the tree, as you can hear she denied all wrong doing. Turns out she was wanted on outstanding warrants and was arrested!

As if it's not enough to constantly take care of your backyard. When Spring comes around, we must dig out all the plants and put new soul to help them grow. Then cut the grass and not forget to water them. We all know how expensive furniture for outdoors can be, let alone setting the scene so it looks nice and comfortable to enjoy in beautiful worm night. This owners have even build their own fountain just so they brighten up the place even more and make it even more elegant. Not for all however that seems to be something to enjoy just by listening to the water and looking at the wonderfully designed fountain. After taking a dip in this person's pond, these two raccoons get into a turf war with another pair. Listen to the crazy noises they make!

The age old tale; the cat and the fish. A fish in a backyard pond manages to successfully scare this cat while it was taking a nighttime drink. What this cat was not expecting was the presence of this fish. You just got pranked, cat! What in the world does it even go to drink in that pond anyway? Does it smell like fish chowder? That water is probably stale anyway and filled with algae. Although, come to think of it, those algae do make the water (somewhat) cleaner and enrich it with nutrients and minerals...yeah, like mineral water – that smells like fish! But the cat just sits there, having her drink, taking her sweet time, and we notice the koi fish approaching. If you look closely, you can see the tip of the fish's mouth disrupting the peaceful surface of the water. And it confuses Snowflake there; what on earth does this thing want? We bet that the fish was trying to coerce the cat, the ghetto way. “Betcha can't get inside my crib, white boi”. But Snowflake doesn't need to get inside. All she needs is some lightning fast reflexes and one swing of the paw and bam! The fish got what it deserved! Serves you right, when you wanna play cat and mouse – with a cat! We've all seen close call videos here and there every once and a while. Usually they'll involve a motorized vehicle losing control and just barely avoiding a person or other vehicles. Well here is one that involves a little bit of predator and prey. This squirrel was just minding its own business when BAM the neighborhood cat comes out of no where and begins to chase this furry fella. Squirrels are pretty chill creatures, not usually ones to both any creature bigger than itself. And cats are known for their love of mice. Maybe this cat thought that this was just an extra fat and extra furry mouse that it could eat. Two raccoons come out of nowhere and go for an unexpected swim into this family's backyard pond. They seem to be having fun trashing and demolishing it. Good lesson for everyone out there that owns a pond. Take a look!

The hero in this here video is the epitome of lazy cat. Nay, he is the original lazy cat! Chubby beyond compare, he cannot be bothered to walk up to his water bowl and drink like every other cat out there. No, he needs to lay down, stretched out as long and wide within an inch of the bowl, dip his paw in the water and drink as it drips from his toes. This is as self-indulgent as it gets, friends! Even though cats are one the most active animals out there, ready to pounce at the slightest sign of movement, as they age they can become sedentary and gain weight. This guy seems to have lived a very luscious life, so he has every right to be so hedonistic!

This poor squirrel just can't catch a break! After eluding a crow, it runs across the street only to be nearly hit by a car. To top it all off, a cat begins to stalk it as well! Just one of those days...

This is crazy. Some people really take advantage of the fact that some places are rarely visited by the police. This security camera footage captures an insane intersection in Chilliwack, British Columbia, where we see some pretty ridiculous and reckless driving. Its safe to assume many of them didn't know there was a camera watching them. This is ridiculous. As we watch the video, it is shocking to see how many people are irresponsible on the road. How did these people even get their license? Some of these drivers are insane and have no patience. Calm down! It is already bad enough when you pull off inappropriate driving stunts when no one is around you, but doing it around other cars and people, how could you risk losing your life, or even causing the death of someone else's life. These cars need to be more patient and let pedestrians cross. One truck almost ran over people crossing the street! Always look before you start driving! Another driver even drove backwards into an intersection, at that point, you're basically asking for something to happen, so sad. A large RV in Chilliwack, British Columbia attempts to reverse in an intersection, but not before completely knocking down a stop sign. It then continues to drive off as if nothing happened. Hope it's a rental!
