My guest today is Rob Lawless, who embarked on a remarkable mission back in 2015 to meet 10,000 people, spend an hour with each person and make a genuine connection with the people that he meets and learn from their stories out of genuine curiosity. There are no predetermined questions, recordings, or note-taking during their meetings; it's simply an hour-long, one-on-one connection. It's a captivating concept that left me in awe, so I had to have him on the podcast to find out his motivation.
