Making 10K Friends: The Extraordinary Journey of Rob Lawless
My guest today is Rob Lawless, who embarked on a remarkable mission back in 2015 to meet 10,000 people, spend an hour with each person and make a genuine connection with the people that he meets and learn from their stories out of genuine curiosity. He's been documenting this extraordinary project on his Instagram page, @robs10kfriends. He shares his encounters with these individuals with a photo on Instagram and a post about their hour together. There are no predetermined questions, recordings, or note-taking during their meetings; it's simply an hour-long, one-on-one connection. It's a captivating concept that left me in awe, so I had to have him on the podcast to find out his motivation. Rob takes us through his experiences of meeting people from diverse backgrounds, both locally and internationally, and the valuable insights he has gained about humanity. Rob has plans and future aspirations for the project and beyond, which seem destined to come to fruition given the profound impact of his current endeavor. Thank you Rob it was great having you on the podcast and a privilege being one of your 10K on the project.

Erich Schwer From ABC's The Bachelorette Tells All
Erich Schwer is my guest on today's Live Better Now Podcast. We dive deep into his fascinating journey, a story that extends far beyond his appearance on the hit reality TV show, The Bachelorette.
I like to have Reality Stars on the podcast to discuss their mental health prior to, during, and after their time on TV. Erich's willingness to open up about his experiences serves as a testament to his strength and determination, and may inspire you to confront your own challenges head-on. Drawing from his own struggles and triumphs, Erich shares the practices and techniques that have propelled him forward on his personal growth journey. Through his story, we learn that the road to self-improvement is never ending and always a work in progress, but it is undeniably rewarding.
Thanks again Erich, it was great speaking with you.

Paul Chek: Globally Expert in Corrective Exercise and Holistic Wellness
My guest today is Paul Chek. Paul is a globally recognized authority in corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology, stress management, and holistic well-being. With an extensive career spanning over three decades, Paul has transformed the lives of numerous clients, students, and their own clients through his comprehensive approach to treatment and education. Paul has achieved remarkable success where conventional methods consistently fall short. Paul founded the CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute and the PPS Success Mastery Coaching Program. He is an author of numerous books in addition to being the host of the popular podcast "Living 4D with Paul Chek".
We had a pretty broad conversation that touched on many topics that revolved around mindset + plus some of his personal beliefs about the media which was interesting. A friend of mine turned me on to Paul and I've been consuming his content for a couple of years now so I was pleased when he agreed to jump on the podcast. This isn't your normal 20-minute episode, it's a long episode clocking in at over an hour so you may need to set aside a larger block of time to listen.

Today's guest is Ray Singleton, entrepreneur, singer, songwriter, musician, and public speaker from South Carolina. In early 2020, a poignant video captured the hearts of millions, showcasing Ray serenading his beloved wife, Roslyn Singleton, just before her second surgery to combat a brain tumor.
