A call came into the Grant County Sheriff's Office at around 4 a.m. for shots fired at a home on Corinth Road. A neighbor told WCPO that a nearby resident told her that 'it sounded like World War III broke out.'

Man arrested for deadly Lockland shooting
Police arrested a 23-year-old in connection to a fatal shooting in Lockland, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said. Officers responded to the 600 block of Wyoming Avenue around 9:30 a.m. Thursday for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, they discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck. KYTC testing Saturday hours for DMV offices

Man under arrest for setting woman on fire
Police arrested a 23-year-old man for aggravated arson Thursday after a woman was set on fire inside a Fairfield Township home. Fairfield Township police said crews responded to a home on the 2600 block of Arroyo Ridge at around 10:30 a.m. Thursday for the report of a woman on fire in a backyard. When they arrived, they found one woman with severe burns. She was airlifted to UC Medical Center in critical condition, Fire Chief Timothy Thomas said. Robbi Davon Robinson Jr., who resides at the same home, was booked into the Butler County Jail for first-degree aggravated arson and second-degree felonious assault. Investigators said the woman jumped from the second-story window while on fire.

A neighborhood has gone months without mail delivery
One day, mail in a Cincinnati neighborhood stopped coming after a mail carrier was assaulted nine months ago. In the meantime, residents have to travel to the post office for their mail -- including those without transportation. One resident said she's had to call Ubers and take public transportation just to pick up mail. The post office says it is working on creating a central mailbox unit for the neighborhood, but they do not have any timeline for when that might happen.
