First and foremost, the teachers and supervisors of Pennbrook Middle School in Montgomery County who willingly turned a blind eye to this and are responsible for creating conditions for this to happen in the first place need to be fired immediately and brought up on charges of neglect! The topic of COVID-19 vaccine shedding has long been controversial, but now, some doctors say it is real. “Shedding is unfortunately real,” said Dr. Pierre Kory at the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) conference in Phoenix, Arizona, in early February. “The FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) knows that.” Dr. Kory is a co-founder of the FLCCC, a non-profit advocacy group founded by physicians for the treatment of COVID-19, long COVID, and postvaccine syndromes. He is also the co-founder of the Leading Edge Clinic and has treated over a thousand long-COVID and postvaccine patients. Mainstream fact-checkers have largely denied shedding on the basis of definition. The commonly cited definition comes from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, which defines shedding as the release of viruses, bacteria, and their components from live vaccines. While mRNA and adenovirus vaccines are not live vaccines, they function similarly to gene therapy products. All gene therapy products pose a risk of shedding, according to the FDA. FDA Documents: In a 2015 document titled Design and Analysis of Shedding Studies for Virus or Bacteria-Based Gene Therapy and Oncolytic Products, the FDA defines shedding as “the release of [viral or bacterial gene therapy products] ... from the patient through one or all of the following ways: excreta (feces); secreta (urine, saliva, nasopharyngeal fluids etc.); or through the skin (pustules, sores, wounds).” The COVID-19 mRNA and adenovirus vaccines fall into this category. They mediate their effects by inducing the body to translate mRNA genetic information into spike proteins. Some gene therapy products known to shed include an eye treatment branded as Luxturna. Luxturna uses an adenovirus carrier to deliver eye protein DNA to retina cells in patients. The Luxturna adenovirus and its DNA have been found in patients’ tears, according to the product’s package insert. Similarly, mRNA and adenovirus COVID-19 vaccines may cause vaccinated patients to release spike proteins or other vaccine components, Dr. Kory explained. For example, COVID-19 mRNA has been found in the breast milk of vaccinated mothers, indicating possible exposure of the vaccine to infants. Another study showed that spike protein, the product of COVID-19 vaccination, can last for at least half a year in the blood of vaccinated individuals, indicating prolonged spike protein persistence. The FDA, however, denied that the 2015 document applies to COVID mRNA vaccines. “COVID-19 vaccines are not regulated as gene therapy products by the FDA; therefore, the guidance document cited is not applicable to the COVID-19 vaccines,” an FDA spokeswoman said.

Nass divulged how it is working on binding states so there are no longer recommendations, providing a liability shield – for vaccine manufacturers and public health officials – getting rid of intellectual property rights, and moving supplies from one country to another. The doctor from Maine added that WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus would be able to declare pandemics at the mere threat of a public health emergency of international concern. He can also call for a world lockdown for declared climate change emergencies as per the treaty. Meanwhile, in a separate interview with the independent media organization Bright Light News, the epidemiologist stressed how the "One Health" concept will put animals and ecosystems on the same level as humans. She said under the direction of the WHO's Pandemic Treaty and proposed changes to the IHR, the United Nations (UN) specialized health agency would be given centralized powers superseding those of its 194 member states' sovereign governments. Nass explained that under "One Health," animals and the environment would be given equal status with humans. "One of the methods that is being used for the WHO to gain more power is a concept that was rolled out in Davos in 2012 at the World Economic Forum (WEF). This concept states that human health cannot be looked at in isolation. But instead, we must consider the health of animals, plants, the environment, water systems or ecosystems together," Nass noted. "In this connection, doctors are not allowed to look at health anymore. Instead, we need ecologists and veterinarians, pathologists, etcetera to be involved. Now, do you think the WHO is going to elevate animals to the status of humans? No, it's going to lower humans to the status of animals." Legislation passed in Congress to develop a national "One Health Framework" Congress enacted into law a bill that seeks to develop a national "One Health Framework" that will coordinate federal activities in combating zoonotic disease outbreaks and advance public health preparedness. Said legislation was supported by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). The One Health language passed is taken from another bill, the "Advancing Emergency Preparedness Through One Health Act (HR 2061/S 681)," and directs the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to work with other relevant federal departments and agencies to develop the national framework within a year. The bill was passed in December 2022. The One Health legislation passed by Congress will help strengthen the nation’s preparedness for diseases that can spread between animals and humans," AVMA President Lori Teller said. "We have all witnessed the significant threat that zoonotic diseases pose to our society. It is evident that Rhode Island Democratic District 28 state Senator Joshua Miller believes he is above the law, based on his reaction when he was arrested by the Cranston Police after they reviewed multiple sources of area video surveillance footage, which clearly showed Miller committing the crime. In the video, during the initial encounter with the police, Miller repeatedly attempts to deceive his way out of the situation, trying to evade charges and even portraying himself as the victim, oblivious to the fact that he was caught on video. Once again, it is evident that individuals like Democratic Senator Miller think they can act with impunity and do as they please. In this particular instance, Miller vandalized a private citizen's vehicle because he was angered by an anti-Biden sticker on it. What is even more disturbing than his acts of anger and vandalism is his repeated attempts to distort the incident and lie to law enforcement. The evidence clearly demonstrates misconduct, and Senator Josh Miller should not only be removed from office but also barred from running for public office in the future. We must hold our politicians to higher standards. Despite the significant time between the initial encounter and Miller's arrest, he did nothing to rectify the situation but instead continued to dig himself deeper into his lie. We hope that the true victim of these heinous crimes not only presses charges against Miller but also hires an attorney to file a complaint with the Rhode Island State Ethics Commission, the Rhode Island State Police, and any other relevant oversight or investigative bodies. If Miller had not been caught on video, the outcome could have been very different.
