Herd Of white birds fly over quron lake
Known to locals as “The Pond” (El-Birka), the lake’s name may derive from the horn (qorn) shaped peak on an island in the middle, but Fayoumis believe that it’s named after a character in the Koran, who was swallowed up by the earth as a punishment for being “exultant in his riches”. The lake is favoured as a bathing resort by the local people and the season runs all year round however swimming is not recommended from January to April due to the cooler climate.

Magic Quaron Lake Egypt Pharonic Wonder
Lake Qarun itself is an immensely popular site for avid bird watchers and nature lovers with many species of bird life and green areas.
Short of tankers gliding between the sandbanks of the Suez Canal, Egypt has no weirder juxtaposition of water and desert than Lake Qaroun (Birket Qaroun), where fishing boats bob against a backdrop of arid hills and the immensity of the Western Desert.

What's Rumble and How Can I Sign Up For New Account
The following is an explanation of how Rumble works, based on my
own experience as a content creator and my own research.
What is Rumble?
Rumble is a platform for uploading and sharing videos. It works in a similar manner to YouTube. Content creators submit their videos to have them posted on Rumble.com. As with YouTube, there is a potential to earn a profit through advertising on the videos.
Advertisers pay Rumble to have their ads placed prior to videos, overlaid on the video or in a sidebar. The return for the content creator increases with each ad that is viewed in completion and with each ad that is followed to the merchant's website. Some advertisers pay simply based on exposure.

Safari In Dahab Egypt Wonder Desert
Head out on full day safari from Dahab to feel the taste of the beauty of the desert of Sinai with its sand dunes and mountains. Walk through the canyon, visit Safra sand dunes, have a lunch in the desert with refreshing Bedouin tea and much more.
Itinerary , Take part in a fun excursion while you are on holiday. Spend some time outside of Dahab on full day excursion that takes you inside the Sinai Desert. You will be picked up from your hotel in Dahab at 08.00am in the morning and drive to the desert.
Start your excursion with a walk through Arcada Canyon. After this you will have a lunch with Bedouin tea in the desert. Then you drive to the amazing Safra Sand Dunes to take in the real desert atmosphere, where you can play, chill whatever you feel like doing. Finally, we visit to Gebel Makhroum (the Mountain with a Hole).
Dahab is now considered to be one of Sinai's most treasured diving destinations. Following the Six-Day War, Sinai was occupied by Israel and Dahab became known as Di-Zahav (Hebrew: די זהב), after a place mentioned in the Bible as one of the stations for the Israelite during the Exodus from Egypt. The Sinai Peninsula was restored to Egyptian rule under the Egypt–Israel Peace Treaty in 1982.
The arrival of international hotel chains and the establishment of other ancillary facilities has since made the town a popular destination with tourists. Dahab is served by Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport. Masbat (within Dahab) is a popular diving destination, and there are many (50+) dive centers located within Dahab. Most of Dahab's diving spots are shore dives.
The city of Dahab is a popular tourist destination in south Sinai. It is considered to be the second most famous city in Sinai, after the world wide popular city of Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab means gold, and the city was named that because of its golden sand beaches.
In the past, Dahab was only a small fishing town until the Egyptian government gave it more importance in the late 1990s and built a number of resorts and hotels there. The Egyptian government added a lot of services and facilities in different sections of the city to increase the number of the tourists who visit Dahab and it has certainly paid off.
Dahab is famous for its golden sand beaches, from which it took its name. This is besides its fascinating diving spots, as diving is the most popular activity to do in Dahab. The city is alsofamous for being the cheapest diving resort in Sinai in comparison to other resorts like Sharm El Sheikh and Ras Suder.

Nema Bay Sharm El Shiekh Morning Walking Exploring Places
Wonderful place for Parasailing, banana boat and snorkeling. We as a family had a good time doing water sports here. You need to negotiate the price at the beginning. They shoot photos and videos of your activity and provide a CD at a cost (which is negotiable) as well.
Lively place during evenings only , if you are in Sharm this is a must see place and sped 3-4 hrs walking around having a beverage in one of its coffee shops or even having a meal since there is a good number of restaurants around the place covering wide variety of kitchens , two rows walks almost parallel called mashaya are the main attraction hotels in the area are little out of date. Its good for one visit not more.
Lovely beach, with beautiful sunsets in the evening, packed with shops, bars and restaurants, perfect for just strolling along or shopping, you’ll probably get stopped every few mins by shop keepers, a polite no thanks and you”ll be free to continue to explore the beautiful bay.
Beautiful place, very alive, you can find vegan options at the restaurants! A place to visit with friends to have fun and you can visit it with family to have some quality time. But a bit expensive specially when they know you're a foreigner, and they don't let you go without stopping you and offering you tours all the way all the time.

Night Boat Riding At Qaroun Lake Egypt Wonder
I've visited the Fayoum 3 times now and every time I love it more and I feel I get another layer to it. It's a great day out and one day I just might stay in the camp too. We took a boat out onto the lake this time.. lovely!
Lake Qarun, located about 80 kilometers southwest of Cairo in the Egyptian Fayoum not far from the Nile Valley, is one of Egypt's most treasured natural landmarks and a resource that has helped support human culture for some 8,000 years. It is the only natural contemporary lake of any size in Middle Egypt. It is therefore rich in both natural and archaeological resources.
Lake Qarun is the third largest lake in Egypt and the second most famous one after Lake Nasser in the Southern part of Egypt. It lies some 45 meters below sea level and occupies the lowest, northern section of the Fayoum depression. People in Fayoum believe that if one has not visited the lake then one has not visited the Fayoum.
Within the Fayoum, it is simply referred to as the Berka, which means "the small lake" in Arabic. The lake has the most beautiful picturesque views and taking a small boat on the lake is a wonderful experience.
The lake has an interesting history and there are some fascinating theories about how it came to be known as Lake Qarun. The lake and the nearby Qaser Qarun are said to take their names from the Greco-Roman city of Karanis to the east. However, the lake was known in the thirteenth century, some eight hundred years after the abandonment of Karanis, as Birka El Seid, or "the lake of fishing" in Arabic.
Therefore, many believe that it is unlikely that Karanis would today influence the lake's name.
Others claim a connection with the word Qarn, or "horn" in Arabic, and indeed E W Lane recorded in the 1820 the name of the lake as Birka Qarn. He said that it took its name from the island in the middle, which has a small horn peak. However, Lane was the only one who claimed this explanation. Travelers both before and after him gave the name of the lake as Qarun.
The most popular story is that the lake and the temple take their name from an individual who was suppose to have lived in the area, and who is mentioned in both the bible (Numbers 16) and the Quran (al-Qasas 76).
In the bible, he appears as Korah, who rebels against Moses and is promptly punished by god, being swallowed up in the earth along with his entire family and possessions. In the Quran, he appears as a man exultant in his richness.
It is a well known story in Egypt that this man had the ability to touch anything and turn it into gold. Some believe that his treasure is still hidden somewhere under the water of the lake. This man finally meets the wrath of god, again by being swallowed up in the earth. The Quran states that, God does not love the exultant."

Traveller X Journey To Qaroun Lake Egypt Wonder Lake
This Is My Journey To Qaroun Lake In March 2019 , Qarun Lake is considered the oldest natural lakes in the world, the third largest lake in Egypt and the rest of Lake Old Maurice. It is considered an interior lake which is not related to any sea and an area of around 53 thousands acres in Fayoum Down.
The lake level ranges between 44.3 meters and 44.8 meters under sea level, and average water depth is about 4.2 meters in total. More than 75% of the area of the lake's depth (2-5), and about 20% of surface-depth (5 to 8) meters.
The lake's main sources of water are from agriculture drainage and domestic wastewater. Qarun Lake, in Arabic language, called Qarun Berka. The lake is fed by two important banks (Albats Bank and the valley Bank) and twelve subsidiary banks. These banks feed the Qarun Lake about 69% of sewage in Fayoum.
The lake area is characterized by important geological formations, scientifically and historically, various groups of plants, and migratory birds and residents. It has been discovered mammal fossils date to about 10 millions years, seemed as monkey fossil, and some mold trees.
