You have NEVER seen a man get screwed over in family court like @TyreseVEVO in his divorce with @LoveSamanthaLee! I will breakdown @TyreseVEVO latest PETITION to remove his divorce court judge wherein he makes some SHOCKING ALLEGATIONS! Context: Tyrese has filed a second motion to recuse Judge Kevin M. Farmer, who’s handling his divorce against @LoveSamanthaLee over claims of bias and “collusion.” According to TMZ and court documents the singer shared on his Instagram, Judge Farmer reportedly cancelled Tyrese’s court hearing without ample notice and requested he pay a $450,000 bond within 10 days of his appeal without allowing the father of two to explain why it’d be impossible to round up that cash so quickly. In an hour-long Instagram Live, Tyrese shared his beliefs that his estranged wife, Samantha, only divorced him as a cash-grab, fueling his claims that Farmer and Samantha’s legal team are conspiring against him. “You might not like me, but I’m always going to tell the truth and I’m not into play. Victim gaslight manipulate. I actually don’t care about who likes me. God has put me in a position to tell the truth,” said the 44-year-old. He later called Judge Farmer “a racist” who has “aggressive, biased, egregious and abusive power.” Allegedly, Judge Farmer’s misconduct dates back years and Tyrese feels there should be repercussions for the judge “shutting you down, telling you to shut up, threatening to put you in jail.” In regards to his tirade, Tyrese noted, “You know what the beauty of social media is? The social media has given us a voice, given us an opportunity to shed light on illegal injustices, and I want y’all to know I never came into this divorce trial to win. I wanted to be married for the rest of my life. I came into this thing to seek justice. I have a prenuptial agreement in place for a reason. She filed for divorce. All of the money that I was supposed to give her in my prenuptial agreement, I gave it to her. Everything that I was supposed to do on behalf of my child, I have done it. Context: Sean Combs, the producer and music mogul who has been one of the most famous names in hip-hop for decades, was sued in federal court on Thursday by Cassie, an R&B singer once signed to his label, who accused Mr. Combs of rape, and of repeated physical abuse over about a decade. In the suit, filed in Federal District Court in Manhattan, Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura — and who had long been Mr. Combs’s romantic partner — says that not long after she met him in 2005, when she was 19, he began a pattern of control and abuse that included plying her with drugs, beating her and forcing her to have sex with a succession of male prostitutes while he filmed the encounters. In 2018, the suit says, near the end of their relationship, Mr. Combs forced his way into her home and raped her. “After years in silence and darkness,” Ms. Ventura said in a statement, “I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships.” In response, a lawyer for Mr. Combs, Ben Brafman, said: “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations. For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail. Federal judge agrees with @cardib and destroys Tasha K's @unwinewithtashak bankruptcy petition, financial life! 20-year attorney reviews Cardi B's attorneys' motions and the judge's ultimate ruling! Context: Tasha K reportedly took another loss in court this week. A federal court judge shot down the YouTube personality’s bankruptcy claims and ordered her to pay Cardi B the $4 million settlement she won in her defamation case. Tasha K filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a Florida court last June. As part of the requirement to file for bankruptcy, she was forced to list some of her assets, which included a Chevrolet Silverado worth $46,000, furniture worth $2,750, clothes totaling $2,500 and $95 in a Chase account. Tasha allegedly owes an unknown amount of debt in back taxes to the IRS and $6,000 to American Express. Her other debts include an unknown amount of legal fees, $3,000 to Bank of America and $5,000 to Discover Bank. Tasha and her partner, who call themselves content creators, earn about $30,000 a month. Cardi B filed a lawsuit against Tasha K in 2019 after she said she posted multiple videos making false accusations about her. The court ultimately ruled Tasha was liable for defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Tasha pointed out she doesn’t have money to pay the debt, but Cardi B still wants her to cough it up. Tasha K filed an appeal after she was ordered to pay but she lost it when the court determined she didn’t provide sufficient evidence to prove how there was an error in the trial. “Defendant asks for a new trial, saying that there was insufficient evidence for the jury verdict against her,” the appeals court said at the time. “But as she all but admits, she didn’t make either of the required post-verdict motions in the district court. She never tells us where in the 5500-page record the district court’s alleged errors can be found. Because Kebe’s brief falls well short of what we require, she has abandoned this argument.” Tasha K later apologized to Cardi B after losing her appeal in March, saying, “We lost the appeal against Cardi B sad day. But I’m gonna be alright. I appreciate all your love [and] support. Throughout this fight. Today we throw in the white flag. What happened will never happen again. Context: Anthony Anderson and his ex-wife Alvina Anderson have settled their divorce nearly 19 months after their second split, with the actor ordered to pay more than $200,000 a year in spousal support per their divorce settlement. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Anderson, 53, will pay his former spouse a monthly base amount of $20,000. However, should the black-ish actor's gross income be "in excess of $2,000,000 per year," he must pay Alvina 20 percent of that gross amount, which would increase her payment to $400,000. Per the court documents, Anderson will retain their property located in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles and a 2004 Land Rover. Alvina will keep a 2022 Mazda and their home in Houston. The former couple must also sell and split the proceeds of a cemetery plot located in L.A.'s Inglewood Park Cemetery. Anderson is also in possession of a Glock 19 firearm that is registered to Alvina, 52, and must be "turned into law enforcement within 30 days," per the court documents. The spouses had been married for 22 years before separating in 2022. Alvina previously filed for divorce in 2015, citing irreconcilable differences. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time, she requested spousal support and listed their date of separation as April 1, 2014. She filed to dismiss the divorce petition in January 2017, having reconciled their marriage, according to E! News at the time. Alvina filed for divorce a second time on March 25, 2022, citing the date of their separation as "TBD." In the filing, she requested spousal support and for Anderson to pay her attorney's fees. Anderson responded to Alvina's request for divorce shortly after, listing their date of separation as Feb. 25, 2022, citing irreconcilable differences. The documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time stated that the Barbershop alum requested that spousal support be reserved for "future determination." However, he requested both parties cover the costs of their respective attorney's fees. They share two children, daughter Kyra, 27, and son Nathan, 22.

Here's the context: A dramatic brawl on the Montgomery, Alabama, riverfront pitted people standing up for a Black riverboat worker against a group of white people who began beating him for telling them to move their illegally parked pontoon. The Saturday night fight, which was captured in multiple videos posted to social media, appeared to unfold largely along racial lines. And many social media users celebrated footage of the riverfront dust-up, which showed the white assailants get the tables turned on them by Black people who rushed to the riverboat worker’s aid. “This is not … 1963 anymore,” read one comment, alluding to the year before the signing of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibited discrimination on the basis of race. Montgomery police confirmed they responded to reports of a disturbance on the 200 block of Coosa Street in the area of the Montgomery riverfront park. They said officers had “located a large group of subjects engaged in a physical altercation”. “Several subjects have been detained, and any charges are pending,” a police statement added, without elaborating. The brawl appeared to start when a pontoon boat prevented a larger river boat from docking. When a Black riverboat worker objected, he was attacked by a group of white men. The conflict escalated when a group of about six Black men from the riverboat confronted the white party. Cheered on by bystanders, they beat three white men and two women, at least one of whom could be seen first striking others by running up and throwing her body into them from behind.
