Dear GOOD MEN, GOOD MEN I really want to break down a lot of destructive societal norms, in how during a separation/divorce, the decent parent normally tries to protect the image of the narc abuser and isn't honest to the children about why the relationship has failed. Maybe you fail to tell your children about the affair/s, maybe you don't disclose the emotional/physical/psychological abuse that you suffered, or whatever else... It IS difficult as men, because we are so used to sucking it up and just cracking on with things AND especially when the abuse is 'invisible' and leaving no trace - in such a way as covert/vulnerable narcissists specialise in. It IS difficult in this crazy and inverted society in which men are blamed for almost everything - to find the validity in our suffering and pain and to even come to see abuse we suffer at the hands of abuser-women as actual 'abuse.' Such abuse suffered during divorces and separations; IS one of the leading causes of good Men self deleting. My ex nearly drove me to it on several occasions, even before my trauma memories of CSA had come back. I've lost friends and know of many others who couldn't bear the pain of losing their children and of having their reputations and careers and savings destroyed by malicious and wicked narcissistic women. (OBVIOUSLY not all women are like this, there are plenty of good women out there - some of whom also suffer similar... and there are plenty of dark and destructive women who seek to destroy men also) You are in a WAR, a war for the spirit and wellbeing of yourself AND your children... Be honest with your children as to why the relationship ended, yes gauge it and temper it relative to their age, don't offload your pain onto them, BUT be honest with them, discuss the distinctions of the abusive behaviour. GIVE them enough truth and knowledge so they are armed against the abuse that the Narc parent will increasingly inflict upon them in your absence. We as (good) men need to STOP playing fair while our narc abusers steal away and turn our children against us as fathers. Your decency WILL be used against you, IF you want to protect your children adopting a passive/fair stance will NOT be sufficient. ALL the popular 'shoulds' and 'isms; 'that you don't tell the children why mummy and daddy broke up, or that you encourage a relationship with their (narc-abuser) mother, etc.... are all BS propagated by a broken society that seeks to weaken men and women and children, that gives our POWER away to abusers and manipulators... STOP being timid, STOP being overly accommodating in the face of EVIL. For a parent to make false allegations against the other, for a parent to use the legal system to destroy/leave destitute the other, for a parent to smear and seek to isolate the other, for a parent to practice parental alienation against the other.... ALL of these kind of behaviours ARE EVIL and directly against the best interests of the children. STOP taking it lying down. Cut away from your children IF you need to for a while to ensure you don't take your own life due to the horrific nature of such abuse against men. Yes move on and heal and regather yourself and so on... but also NEVER give up on vengeance and the quest for justice against those who have unjustly wronged you. In the days of reckoning that are fast approaching, these broken 'laws' and 'family courts' that are so complicit in the abuse and abandonment of children WILL be torn down and brought to justice. In such days you WILL be free to take your FULL vengeance upon the witches that have sought to destroy you and who stole your children from you. In the meantime, consider my words and do what you can do, make sure you survive - do NOT self delete. Your death is more traumatic to your children than your absence, if you must step away - do so on your own terms and let the children know you'll return for them one day when you are able. Dear men and women, in this video I share more of my journey through the remembering through my body of my previously repressed trauma from #CSA and #ritualisticabuse This was about 3 weeks after the first treatment, and about 2 weeks after my melt down that had resulted in me stabbing a knife into a chopping board. There is 20 mins of footage, during this time I knew I was under 10 years old. I now know I was around 5.5 years old. TRIGGER WARNING: I RE-EXPERIENCE quite severe rape, I'm pretty sure when I'm choking up and coughing up is when they are ejaculating forcibly down my throat, there is also a lot of choking noises from me being strangled and choked to get my mouth open / hurt me. Trauma / somatic body memory footage starts at: 17:05 And finishes at: 36:41 With the strange noises at the end, I know now with hindsight that was the man I later came to know as the beast, the bad cop element of the professional breakers of children, If you want to doubt my word, if you want to doubt my story, if you want to doubt my sense making, then watch this all the way through mother fucker, and honestly ask yourself afterwards if you find my sense making or capacity / character to be lacking This episode was triggered as a result of me consciously and intentionally asking for aid from my healed and evolved ancestors. I just knew since such bodies memories were freed, that I had to document it - ofc my abusers would say I'm desperate for attention or need to be special. You see at the end of the footage that I consciously stopped the process due to it being too intense. Making up what happened to me. Most other than my abusers or family don't doubt that horrific things happened to me as a child. Almost all doubt me about wolf and my purpose is this life. Who I say I am "Why talk about it - is it just for attention? Isn't it a bit personal? I'm oversharing / trauma dumping!" How about you see me true, and recognise I offer myself and my story up, see how I let go of my need for privacy or modesty, I know I will be attacked and ridiculed. I speak out and share because it is so visceral, so clear, and also so illustrative of how the body naturally releases and heals from trauma. How about instead of such unhelpful judgements you come to see my courage, my conviction, my devotion to healing, my commitment to truth no matter how terrible it might be I am willing sacrifice - the shame isn't mine, its theirs! Not an exact recall of time passage. Maybe it seems on occasion like I'm exaggerating on purpose 'for attention' maybe if you can come to watch this 20 minutes you will appreciate how slowly the time can pass sometimes. Oh MEN! How does one come to find their purpose?!?!!? Remember the PROMISE we made before we came into this life?!?!?! Before I get into it, as a heads up... When a man NEEDS to remove his protection of a woman.... Men, such an insight did not come easily to me at all - and I know some of you will say "what took you so long".... Yes as man we are inspired and moved deeply to care for a protect the feminine and women as a whole... A beautiful aspect of our masculinity that very particular 'women' - those who are parasitic-covert/vulnerable-narcissists... like to play on and abuse. The truth is that a mans protection is a privilege and an honour to rest under, and if a women seeks to destroy or kill or corrupt a man, or steals his children from him, or enables the abuse of children.... (as a few easy examples) - then such so called women deserve to have their protection removed and for them to fully face the consequences of their actions... It can be so difficult as a man to come to see that *some* women can act from such a dark and malicious place... Dear Men, a part of my story and a cautionary tale on proper conduct between men and on matters surrounding one dealing with #Trauma #PTSD #csa One distinction that was observable in my interactions with the failing men's group as it descended into a gathering of gossiping and unmanly washerwomen.... Is the tendency (#cognitivedissonence) of when our comfortable and safe model of reality starts getting confronted by new data - there can be a tendency in us all, but particularly in weak minded and low principled individuals - to seek reasons to discount the new data so that our (outdated) model of reality can remain un-assailed.... Another observable is the inability to of weak and cowardly men to take ownership of mistakes and the impact of such mistakes on others. Another is the cowardice of going behind the back of a man you called 'brother' to seek reassurance from his 'woman' because you're afraid of him, even when he (I) repeatedly displayed a capacity to have difficult conversations and actively invited them and was actively struggling with said 'woman' at the time. Another is the importance of knowing ones place in relationship to other men, there's almost ALWAYS someone else who is more developed, more capable than oneself in an aspect of life.... with such men who have disavowed their masculinity in a particular way, so they are uncomfortable with accepting that another man may be above them... as it is too confronting to their fragile and impotent sense of self. Another failing, especially when dealing with #narcssisticabuse is any #trueman or #brother would and should come and speak to his fellow man the moment he heard things on the grapevine which caused concern or worry or affected the way he saw that man/brother - there is a NEED to be upfront, honest and transparent with how our views and opinions are being formed... especially when it is outside of direct experience with that person. These so called men, became the type of 'friends' that I instead prefer a hundred enemies on horse back brandishing blades charging towards me seeking to take my life.... than their misplaced, weak, impotent and self defeating and emasculated 'care' that they tried to offer me once they had betrayed me... They are the definition of "who needs enemies with friends like this".... they are also the perfect weak minded sorts to be recruited as #flyingmonkeys to act at the behest of a #covertnarcissist ALL of these so call men betrayed me, abandoned me after I had trusted them so fully with the horrors of my unfolding story... ALL of these so called men and their women folk, have directly enabled the narcissistic abuse that my sons suffer at the hands of their witch so called mother.... Whatever good that they once did for me seemingly so long ago, has been far overshadowed by their betrayal and their complicity in my own abuse and that of my children. ALL of them will be held to account one day, and terribly so. * No shade on genuine WasherWomen, sweet and decent women washing clothes down by the river.... It was not easy or short road to such a position that I espouse to you here. For so long, I had so much resistance, so much self loathing and doubt... It's been a busy morning! Third short video... How to support a #survivorofabuse ?? This applies wether it be CSA, physical, emotional, psychological or whatever else.... YES unfortunately there are people (narcisisists / dark triad personality types) who specialise in making false allegations and seek to destroy genuine victims... AND there are many, MANY genuine victims out there. #CSA is a plague that infects our species that is far more widespread a problem than most know or are willing to admit. How to support? 1/ hold the person disclosing in positive regard 2/ BELIEVE them... (Most normal people can not understand the courage it normally takes to speak out, the more severe the abuse - the harder it is to speak out.) 3/ keep your own emotions and nervous system grounded... Yes genuine emotional response can be helpful.. BUT you have been trusted to be disclosed to AND have a duty to keep your sh1t together for now. 4/ educate yourself on the form of abuse being disclosed so you are educated on the topic. Palming the victim off to a therapist ASAP and washing your hands of them is not a proper human repsonse... And yes ofc - you are probably not a trained therpaist and should not try to be. Of you turn away because you find it too upsetting, or that it shakes your precious world view uncomfortably - well your silence and apathy makes you complicit in such abuse... To have other good people around us, helps one to heal and to then thrive.... Be that man that can hold such things, that can know what to do should you be trusted with a disclosure of abuse. Will Smith's acting out at the Oscars was a direct result of the narcisisistic abuse he suffers at the hands of Jada. The trial between #johnnydepp and #amberheard perfectly showcasing many characteristics of a female covert narc. They use their feminine form to lure their unwitting victims in... Obviously not ALL women. Women are in my opinion, the most wonderful things upon this earth... And to be loved by a true woman the greatest gift a man can experience... But such 'women' who have embraced the darkness and allowed their life giving positive energetic core to become inverted and life stealing... They are something else entirely. Something that acts from malice, something that lies even to itself... Genuine narcisism infects our societies and systems...
