Fruit spread for crackers (Super duper fast, 2 minute snack) - THM E

Tropical shake for breakfast (THM E)! 1/2 small peeled orange Little less than half a banana 4 cubes frozen pineapple 4 cubes frozen mango 3/4 cup almond or cashew milk 1/2 scoop whey 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin ( optional ) 1/2 tsp gluccie ( optional ) Large handful of spinach 10-12 ice cubes Blend until smooth! Close your eyes, pretend you are on a tropical island.

My stomach has been wonky. Not feeling my best right now. Sooooo, time to make up a smoothie! 1/2 banana (I used frozen) 3 frozen slices of peaches 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger ( use 1 tsp if using ground ) 1 tsp ground Turmeric 3-4 tsp super sweet or Pyure 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin (optional) 1 scoop plain whey protein 1 1/4 cups almond milk 12 ice cubes Blend until smooth. Drink and feel better.

Isn't it an ongoing battle??? That old inner voice is always there. KICK IT OUT.

That time I got up and did my hair and make up for a meeting that wasn’t scheduled until the next Wednesday🤦🏻‍♀️ But at least I got a yummy breakfast out of the deal.

Ok, so it's not really salad..it's a shake. A yummy peanut butter cup shake packed full of greens to start your day. As far as the bed head, well, you get me. Peanut butter cup shake: 1 cup almond/cashew milk 1/4 cup of whey 1 tbs super sweet or Pyure 1 tbs MCT (do not put this much if you are not used to it!) Pinch of salt 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin 1 tbs cocoa 2 tbs natural PB Two handfuls of spinach 1 to 1 1/2 cups ice Blend to death. Drink and thank me. If it’s too thick add a little more almond milk or water. Depends on how much spinach/Ice.
