Almond Joy Shake! THM S
This was adapted from the link below:
12oz almond milk
2 TBS raw almonds
2 TBS unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 tsp coconut extract
2 TBS cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
1 large handful of baby spinach
2 tsp Super sweet
1 1/2 cups of ice
Blend super well - job with a little on plan whip cream if you want to feel fancy.

Taco Bowls! - THM S (or E)
Use a Masa wrap (video linked below) and wrap it around the bottom of a metal bowl with foil. Air fry for about 3 minutes on 390, then remove foil and cook one more minute. Full with taco meat and toppings!

Masa Wonder Wraps (THM FP) ! Made into another Tik Tok wrap - THM S
YOU GUYS - I love these masa wonder wraps!
1 cup egg white
2 tbs masa (treated with lime)
2 tbs oat fiber
2 tbs water
Onion powder, garlic powder and salt to taste - add any other seasonings you might like!
For small, taco size wraps, use 2-3 tbs batter. For large wraps like I did, use 4-5.
Add batter to hot pan and spread around quickly. Flip when the edges start to roll up. Takes about 1-2 minutes total.
NOTE: spray your pan well if you are not using super non stick pans.

Gummy bears! THM-FP (sweet and sour) or THM-S (chocolate covered)
One cup water
2 tbs gentle sweet
One pack of hydrates ( add extracts instead if you choose. They need a good boost even with the hydrates)
Whisk well
Heat until very hot but not boiling
Add 2-3 doonks stevia
Add 3 tbs gelatin and whisk really well
Add a few drops food coloring for a brighter color
Strain over fine mesh strainer
Fill gummy mold
Refrigerate for 15
You can coat in skinny chocolate (takes multiple layers) or plain, or sweet and sour by using 1/2 tsp citric acid and super sweet to coat.

Quick and Easy Single Serve Chicken Teriyaki - THM E
For this recipe you will need:
1/2 a boneless skinless chicken breast
1 serving of brown rice
1 serving of cooked broccoli
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Bragg's Aminos
1 TBS Super Sweet
2 Tbs Ginger Juice (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp xantham gum (or Gluccie)

BBQ Glazed Chicken Thighs
YUM. A perfect replacement food Shake n Bake.
1/4 cup super sweet
Mixed well with 1 tsp Blackstrap Molasses
1 tsp mineral salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne
Mix well
Shake chicken thighs in bag to coat!
Bake at 350 until done (usually 30-40 minutes)

Snickers Smoothie!! YUM. - THM FP
Is the recipe I used. I added 1/3 cup 1% cottage cheese to bulk up the protein some and hold me until lunch. I also added a large handful of spinach to get in my greens.

Avocado Coffee (SOOOO WEIRDLY GOOD!) - THM S
This is the most bizarre thing! And so stinkin’ good!!!
Avocado layer:
Into a glass add...
-1/2 Avocado
-1/2 tsp Gentle Sweet
-Splash of Vanilla
-Splash of almond Milk
Mash up well, or use immersion blender - it's ok if there are still some chunks. Leave in bottom of glass.
-2 tbs Handy Chocolate Syrup (Trim Healthy Cookbook)
Pour chocolate around inside of glass.
-3/4 -1 cup cold coffee (depending on size of your glass)
Add coffee to glass
-Add about a cup of shaved ice (I threw some ice in my blender and just whizzed it up until snow)
Add ice to glass

-Drizzle onto shaved ice

Love this recipe, but it's better when you actually have the ingredients. I didn't realize i was out of maple extract until half the shake was made. So I added a little sugar free maple syrup, but still, it was just a yummy coffee shake.

Recipe rescue!! Brownie Batter Shake from FAILED crappy brownies! THM S
So I made some AWFUL brownies. But Lord have mercy I rescued them with this amazing shake!!!
1 cup almond milk (or cashew)
1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
1 large handful/cup spinach
1/4 c THM chocolate whey protein
1 tbs cocoa
1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin
1 tsp MCT oil
1 tablespoon super sweet
1 piece of crumbled up crappy brownie
Splash of vanilla
Ice (10-12 cubes)
Blend and enjoy! (Add a few pieces of crumbled up crappy brownie after blending if you like chucks getting stuck in your straw )

Jalapeño Popper Omelet (You’re gonna want to try this one!!!) - THM S
Jalapeño popper omelette:
Three eggs scrambled in a bowl with a tablespoon of water
1/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbs whipped cream cheese, or 1 tbs regular cream cheese
A whole bunch of jalapeños (I use the jarred kind but you can use fresh if you prefer)
Mix together cream cheese, Greek yogurt and chopped up jalapeños. Cook egg scramble until cooked through without stirring. Fill the omelette with the cream cheese mixture and fold over omelette. Continue to cook for 20 seconds on each side. Serve and enjoy!

Hollandaise
For the Hollandaise, I used this recipe:
1 large egg yolk
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ tsp sea salt1 small pinch ground cayenne
Whisk the egg yolk and lemon juice together and then continue to whisk in a glass bowl over simmering water (double boiler) until thickened (happens pretty quick), drizzle slowly three tbs melted butter and continue to whisk until thickened and creamy and DELICIOUS! Add seasonings.

Crappy Gas Station Burrito and Starbucks Pink Drink (From Joy Filled Eats)-THM-S
The crappy gas station burrito! You know you love them. I woke up this morning craving my old go to. So I made it myself.
One low-carb Mission tortilla
3 tablespoons salsa
slice of American cheese
two scrambled eggs
2 slices bacon
Scrambled eggs with a tablespoon of water and stir them the whole time they are cooking for fluffy eggs. Put them in a bowl and mash them up with the salsa and cheese and bacon until it’s tiny tiny pieces of eggs. Put in burrito roll it up covered in tinfoil and air fry for five minutes.

Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes (WITH MAJOR FAIL and REDO) - THM E
Ok so my first attempt failed BADLY. What a mess. The second attempt, I made a bit differently and it was delish! Not really "upside down" but still delicious!
One single serve batter if Trim Healthy Pancakes (p259 THC)
Swerve or homemade brown sweetener
1/4 chopped pineapple
3-4 dark sweet cherries (fresh or frozen)
Make the pancake batter according to cookbook instructions. Dry your pineapple well with a paper towel. Add pineapple and cherries to pancake batter. Add 2 tsp brown sweetener. Cook according to cookbook instructions. After they look done on outside, remove from heat and cover for a couple of minutes to be sure the insides are well cooked (this batter is more wet with the added fruit). Top with Fat Free Reddi Whip or some THM pancake syrup! Enjoy!
Note: To make the brown sugar sweetener, take some super sweet and drizzle with a little blackstrap molasses. Mix until well incorporated and has the appearance of brown sugar!

For the Creme Brulee Iced Latte...
1 cup strong brewed coffee (or use espresso, double brewed coffee or add 1 tbs instant coffee to your cup of brewed coffee)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbs brown sweetener (mix a little super sweet with molasses to make your own!)
1 tbs heavy cream
Homemade caramel
Mix coffee with milk, brown sugar and cream. Drizzle caramel on inside of glass, fill glass with ice, add coffee mix, top with a little Redi Whip and more caramel drizzle.
For caramel, user 1-2 tbs butter, melt in a pan and add a tsp of super sweet blend, and a small drizzle of molasses. bring to a low simmer, add 2 tbs cream, add a pinch of xantham gum and whisk well, remove from heat and cool. Single Serve Caramel!

Strawberry Hazelnut Stuffed French Toast - THM S
I used WWBB to make this recipe. I spread cream cheese on each side, a thin layer of Pyure hazelnut spread, and a few berries. Put the bread together dipped in an egg mixed up with heavy cream and cinnamon and fried it like French toast! Delicious!
