Everything else is good, AS LONG AS the cigar is in good shape. If it's cracked, moldy or otherwise belongs in the trash - that's where it needs to be, don't send any of that. As batches of packages arrive I open each one and show it on camera, thanking the donors and reading any correspondence optionally included. At the end of Feb I coordinate with the CfW team and drop everything off for them here by me, to package and send out right away to all the troops! We are finally in! I’ll have one more final walkthrough in a few weeks when I’m done. I’ll be putting in an all new CO set out back, a whole smart home including sangsung smartthings, ryobi garage door opener system, smart door locks, nest thermostat, tons of lutron caseda smart switches and remotes, bulbs, under cabinet lighting plus a ton of general upgrades to the home features along the way.
