God has designed government, the family, and the church as human institutions that are God's means for dealing with mankind's fallen nature. The Biblical role of government is to be a minister of justice to fight evil (excute justice). We can learn what governmernt is not supposed to do by finding out what the church and the family are to do. The church is to be a minister of mercy using God's word as its primary tool. The family also has an important role that includes being responsible for the education of children. What does this mean and how does it work? God has established government to do certain tasks, such as execute justice. On the other hand, there are many things government is not supposed to do, some of which fall into the realm of the church. The government has a ministry of justice and has a sword as its tool. The church has a ministry of mercy and its tool is God's Word. However, what happens if government is going beyond its Biblical role, and is not acting Biblically? What does it mean that God is love? We are commanded to love God and love our neighbor. What does that mean? Christians are to love one another. How do we do that? We are commanded to "love your enemies." I don't like my enemies! How can I love them? I can't control my feelings! But, we are commanded to love. What are being told to do? How can we know truth, if everyone has their own personal truth? If what is true for you, is true for you... and what is true for me is factual, we have stepped outside of reality. Truth is not found in a false reality. Even from an experiential, pragmatic standopint, if we each have our own, personal realities, we cannot even talk with each other... there is no basis for communication. And that seems to be the situation we are in today. What is needed is a foundation of universal truth. And there is one. MTA Podcast #001.

30X2 VIDEO: Humans are created in the image of God... that makes us very unique... and results in major differences. For example, like God, Humans are moral creatures... we have a sense of justice... and a desire for justice. No animal establishes a court system to ensure justice. Humans are innovative, creative, and able to accomplish complex tasks, and make powerful tools and compose symphonies. Apes don't even compose simple children's songs. They do not paint masterpieces nor draw cartoons. They do not build skyscrapers nor small sheds. They have never gone to the moon, nor into the depths of the oceans... nor have they shown any inclination or desire to explore, build, or create, or do any of these things. And only humans have a knowledge of God... only humans worship... many times knowing there is a God, but suppressing that knowledge to worship the creation. Apes don't do this. Apes don't have universities, and they don't teach mathematics. They have no curiosity about how things work. Humans teach apes to communicate and do simple tasks, but apes never create logic, or memory, or reasoning tests for humans. Yes, we are very different and not just physically and intellectually. It goes beyond that... to the expression of the human soul... our never ending desire to know more and go further, to create and grow... because unlike any animal... we are made in the image of God. How is the Chinese Coronavirus being stopped? Through sanitation and quarantine, and on the news they are saying quarantine was invented in 1500's... WRONG! Sanitation and quarantine are the tools being used, and they are very successful, but quarantine and sanitation were not "invented" 500 years ago. No. Both were prescribed by God 3400 years ago. God deserves the credit... God deserves the PRAISE! In the Middle Ages the black plague killed millions, except for the Jews. Many, many fewer Jews got sick and died. Why? Because they practiced what God instructed them to do, including good sanitation and quarantine. They followed the Levitical Laws and lived. BUT there is one MAJOR DIFFERENCE between what the Bible prescribes and what we are doing. The Bible prescribes quarantine for those who are sick. For the Wuhan virus EVERYONE is being quarantined.

In 30 seconds here is why the CoronaVirus exists... It's because of the fall. That's why we have disease and corruption. And as we turn away from Him, God is "turning us over" to the effects of sin by withdrawing His restraint of sin. Some Christians say there are 66 books in the bible and “nature” is the 67th. They place science above and in judgment of what the Bible says. But the creation is not the 67th book of the Bible, and on top of that it is marred and distorted by sin. The creation does reveal that God exists, and that we are created beings who should worship God. God's word is forever. Sin does not change. God's law does not change. Today God's word means exactly what God meant it to mean when He first inspired it. Trust God's word, not mankind's supposed wisdom.

Is your church encouraging you to meditate? Watch out! ... most of what is taught is not Biblical meditation. The Bible tells us to meditate... on scripture. Biblical meditation involves prayer, and filling your mind with scripture. Eastern meditation involves focusing on a word or phrase, and excluding everything else... and looking to have a spiritual experience or feeling. We look at Hindusim, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity. Which is the one true religion? How can we tell? We search for the answer as we actually climb the mountain (Diablo Mountain In Idaho What will we find at the top?

It's called the problem of evil. If God is good. And God is powerful. Why does God allow evil to continue to exist? Why doesn't He do something to stop evil? The answer is He can whenever He wishes. There is titanic battle going on in the spiritual realm, and we are involved...everyone one of us. And there is no doubt God... who created everything by speaking it into existence, will be the victor. In fact, God could bring the battle to an end right now... instantly. With total victory and totally eliminating all evil and wickedness. So why doesn't He? The reason is because He loves you. My plan for this video was to talk about evolution suppressing the truth. BUT, we've got ourselves into the big question: why is there evil in the world? If God is all good. If God is perfect. If God is powerful. If God hates sin, and that is a true statement, God hates sin... that's proverbs chapter 6 starting in verse 16... and God hates those who do evil... that's in both in Psalm 5 and Psalm 11... and God is all powerful... then why doesn't God do away with evil? The answer is He will... but you don't want Him to... at least not yet. What happened to the dinosaurs. Some say an asteroid wiped them out. We have written records documenting that people ate dinosaurs, and killed them because they were dangerous. The ice age probably wiped out many of the dinosaurs. The bottom line is that the dinosaurs went extinct. However, you will not become extinct. 30X2 Video: There are Christians who want evolution and an old earth to be a part of the Bible. To do that requires taking the word day in Genesis 1, that's the word “yom” in Hebrew, to mean something other than a 24- hour day. A study of “yom” and the structure of Genesis reveals it is a historical narrative and “yom” in Genesis 1 means a 24-hour day. But that eliminates the possibility of evolution being true... so there are some Christians who refuse to believe thist. That means they must also reject a plain reading of Exodus 20:11 “For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day and made it holy.” Claiming that Genesis 1 does not mean what it plainly says, causes problems throughout scripture. Where did human races come from? Everyone alive today is related to everyone else through Noah. Only Noah, his three sons, and their wives... eight people survived the global flood. They had children and those children had children and they spread out around the world, living in groups that eventually had similar physical characteristics. Taking a question they apparently found on a "Christian" web site, an atheist wrote to ask us: If the punishment for eating from the tree was that Adam and Eve would physically die, why didn’t they physically die? The answer is, because that's not what the Bible says. Genesis 2:17 says:. “for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die.” It does not say they will **physically** die. Adam did immediately die. It's called the second death, separation from God. The first death is physical death... and Adam also began to die physically... but that would take hundreds of years. A common question is, where did Cain get his wife? Humanity started with just two people, so there had to be a lot of close intermarriage, and at least one instance of brother-sister marriage. Isn't this a moral problem? No, it was not prohibited until the law was given to Moses... because at that point it was no longer genetically healthy to marry a close relative. In Genesis 2:17 God makes a rule and tells Adam if he breaks this rule he will surely die. This is Adam's first day... how could he know what death is? This question assumes God created Adam but did not give him knowledge. That's doesn't make sense. God created Adam with intelligence and knowledge. For example, Adam named all the animals. The claim is: God is cruel. He flooded the world, killing innocent babies and children. Only an evil monster would do that... There are questions that take a few seconds to ask, but several minutes to answer. This is one of them. Part of the answer is... in Noah's day the world was incredibly wicked... if these children had grown up in that world they also would have been wicked and heading for the eternal lake of fire. The claim is... all good things come from God. Is this true? Yes. James 1:17 says - “Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above” This is something you need to know. Without God you have nothing good, and that's what hell is... total separation from God. Reject Jesus, who is God, and that's what you get for eternity. Total separation from God.
