All Statutes fall under Article I, that is the Territorial (Sea) Jurisdiction. All Statutes and Codes came in after 1933 National Emergency War Powers Act, So, you’re claiming to be a man on the Land, but your authority is the Territorial (Sea) Jurisdiction. The seismic and weather monitor net predicted 80' waves incoming, but nobody has been able to confirm tsunami-like waves in the region. Instead, the phenomena's wake has simply continued to spread, as predicted, into the North Atlantic, and people have been scratching their heads wondering what kind of a "storm surge" this is. And what kind of anomaly has caused it? It's simple enough. After 32,000 years, the refugees from Mars have abandoned (our) ship, and good riddance. Those of you who were watching know that I recently demanded that they leave. Posthaste. These unwelcome houseguests had plenty of time to find a new home for themselves, but elected to not only cause trouble for us, but to drag their steps long after their planned departure date, and even had the brass cajones to pretend that this was their planet after destroying their own. Our planet has suffered an unpleasant energy drain because of this departure and the extreme amount of energy it took to physically displace something the size of Texas into hyperspace; nonetheless, we can soon recover from that. As you will note, even such an apparently "American" brand name as Caterpillar, the heavy equipment manufacturer making billions destroying and rebuilding things in the Middle East, is in fact owned by a British Special Forces Operative. And they, as a company, are up to their necks in illegal and immoral political, social, economic, and military manipulation whether they make good Frontend Loaders or not. Sometimes you have to dig to find the Brit in the woodpile, but they are always there, and it is this fact and the fact that they are profiting from these venal activities, taken together, that establishes reasonable proof that they are "the" source of the problem. Those newly arrived avians sit hunched up against the petty chill, like northbound Floridians taking an early trip home to see the Grandkids, mostly quiet, while those who saw the worst of the winter here twirl and chirp and wheel like acrobats in the air, dizzy with the sudden warmth and light. Pussy willows, clad in grey-white fur, poke their toes out into the world, tempted by the sunshine. Everywhere you look, there's mud. Mud where mud should be, and where it shouldn't, on dog paws, and in window boxes, in the shadow of trees, on my front doorstep. For a moment anyway, I give up the constant battle. Just take a deep breath of the cool air and breathe. If we are just patient for a moment, we will know what all went on, which tulip bulbs were eaten by shrews, where Tom Young, the Weasel, Esquire, spent the winter, how many bunnies have been hiding in the old wood pile, which perennials are stirring to life, and which succumbed to the snowiest winter on record. Thank God for the old brown and reddish brown Wellies, rubber boots the way rubber boots should be, made for long, slow steps on soft ground. Those representing the Municipal United States Government have contracted with the Territorial United States Government such that Joe Biden is proposing to act as the President of the United States of America, while basing his office and authority on The Constitution of the United States. This represents a basic usurpation of power reserved for the States and people of this country, and the creation of a conflict of interest to which we, the Delegators of all Delegated Powers, object. It was never intended, inferred, implied, or allowed by any Federal Constitution that Federal Subcontractors would contract with each other, as separate entities, for services for themselves. This leads to a situation in which the parent Municipal conglomerate generally spoken of as "the United States" incorporated has hired the Territorial service provider we created for our own uses, to provide itself with military services for hire. So, the United States, Inc., has purchased the services of the United States of America, Inc., for its own protection, which potentially places both corporations at odds with their actual employers and priority creditors. This is staging, via conflict of interest not allowed by our contracts with either service provider, to create a civil war in this country -- at the hands of our employees. So the grant of power to the American Federal Subcontractor is: (1) defensive only; (2) pertains only to the physical States of the Union, not to business corporations operating as "State" Trusts or as State of State organizations, such as the so-called "State of Israel, Incorporated". The capacity for offensive war is reserved for the actual Congress, known popularly as the Continental Congress, with delegations of Fiduciary Deputies representing each of the States of the Union. No American Congress competent to declare war has done so, either in defense or offense, since the War of 1812. This is because the American Congress has not been in Session, and the Federal Republic Congress has not been in Session since 1861. All "wars" have been Mercenary Conflicts this entire time, and it remains the circumstance today. The only entity having actual War Powers is our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America on behalf of our member States of the Union. However we speak of what unites our minds and hearts, we speak of the same ineffable reality, what we know to be true. Throughout this long journey, fraught with bitter days and restless nights, I used to think I was alone. And no doubt every single one of us has gone through this same "dark night of the soul", that screaming agony moment when we woke up and for one terrifying moment, thought, "But I am only one person! And I am alone!" It may have been that we felt that way because we were the only ones who perceived something, because we stood on the edge of a new science or a new mathematics--- Hunter and Terrence, for example. It may have been because we were obliged to look at what held us back, and analyze what went wrong in order to find our way to a better future -- myself and Foster Gamble, for example. However we came to this crux -- "the cross" -- we came, and we had our moment of terror, and after that, we had our moment of decision, in which, despite feeling utterly alone and mostly helpless, we had to find the courage to act and to speak up. For me, the question was decided in legal and lawful terms, because I knew that if I didn't speak up, I would be an accomplice to a most horrendous and world-spanning crime. Article 4745 Video - Enter Grandma and a Little Common Sense - Monday, April 8, 2024 By Anna Von Reitz I am SO sick of hearing all this nonsense about the Great Eclipse. It's as bad or worse than Y2K. The Spinmeisters are having a hay-day, watching everyone on the internet and the juice bars go absolutely flipping crazy. Now, bear in mind that I started "prepping" decades before most of you, at a time when I and the Latter Day Saints and the Amish were the only people around prepared to humble ourselves and dig potato cellars. It isn't that I don't think that people should be prepared for any emergency they can reasonably prepare for; in fact, in my mind, it's the only responsible thing to do, for yourself, for your family, and for your community. But reacting not only like sheep, but like superstitious and weak-minded sheep, is not exactly a compliment to humankind, and trying to make up for forty years of not-prepping in a weekend buying splurge is even crazier. Perhaps the nastiness of the faux bug war and the panic attacks that emptied shelves of toilet paper from here to Bermuda got a larger percentage of the population tuned in and stocked up, and that's a good thing in my mind --- but living in a constant state of panic is not. It's true that celestial events like this tug and pry at the geomagnetic matrix and that in turn tugs and pries at the geology of the planet, causing more volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. But bear in mind that on average, there are 200 volcanoes on land spouting off every single day, unknown numbers of deep sea volcanoes erupting under the waves, and 10s of thousands of earthquakes all over the world on a routine basis. Put this all together and what do you have? If there is any big cataclysmic event tomorrow, it's most likely the result of some rogue government actors deploying scalar technology to deliberately create it. So they are just plain alleging a debt and misaddressing their Notice of Levy and other nonsense to you in hopes of entangling you and your assets in their racketeering scheme. As the U.S. Court of Appeals decision, Schulz v IRS, 04-0196, page 4, lines 10-15 make clear, a Notice of Levy cannot be enforced without a court order. Cesium -137 is a radioactive waste byproduct of nuclear fission and one of those pollutants that was released throughout Iraq and the Middle East via the use of artillery shells packed with "spent" nuclear fuel. This wanton act of genocide and pollution of the environment is strictly forbidden by numerous international treaties and compacts and declarations --- but that didn't stop the criminals, Harry Reid and Hillary Rodham Clinton --- from doing it anyway, and doing it in our names to boot. Similar pollution of our environment is taking place under the auspices of the "chem trail" aerosolized spraying program initiated by the Vatican City State, and appears to be part of a long term plan to pollute the entire Earth with industrial by-product wastes. Israel targeted the Iranian embassy compound in Syria, lobbed missiles at it, and killed Iranians. This is, whether you know it or not, an Act of War. It puts Israel firmly in the aggressor seat and whatever Iran does to retaliate, Israelis have to accept the fact that they are suffering because of the acts of their own government. In the last week, numerous groups throughout the Middle East have been meeting. The entire Arab population is scandalized by the extent and the ferocity of the genocide and destruction poured down on the innocent civilian population of Gaza, using a British-funded and Netanyahu-expedited Hamas attack as the Israeli excuse for this. What has happened in Gaza would be like turning the entire U.S. Military loose on New York City with unlimited armament short of nuclear weapons, and letting it pound New York into the dirt for months. What defense would New York City have? The same defense that Gaza has. None. It would just slowly disappear under the weight of the bombing and missiles and artillery fire, until nothing and nobody was left. That's what you've got going on in Gaza, and frankly, the "dumb" uninformed Americans notwithstanding, that is what the rest of the world sees. No wonder the entire Muslim world is inflamed and taking the bait to fight. Right behind the Arab States are the Russians and Chinese, who are all allied together -- the Iranians and Russians by their pacts, and the Chinese and Russians allied by their treaties and agreements. The beautiful video about American Bison was an example and gift shared with everyone in our community. And here's something else that nobody should miss. Anyone who has ever struggled to read a handwritten text in Hebrew or Aramaic or even a type-produced text that is complete, has been curious about the odd extra small marks that accompany the letters and words of the text. It turns out that these are "canticle marks" that are there to tell Jewish Cantors how to literally sing the Psalms. Remember seeing the words in translation --- "a song of David"? This knowledge was largely lost and the ability to connect to the exact music of the Bible along with it, until recent scholarship has given us the key to unlock the canticle marks. We can once again hear the music as no doubt Yehoshuah heard it as a young man. Think of that. Plunk. There you are, two days old, and already labeled and defined. A few days later, another bunch of people show up and seize upon your new Given Name and use it to create a foreign corporation franchise benefiting their British Territorial Government, to be operated under your name as a U.S. Citizen. You are maybe two weeks old, and you've been denigrated to the status of a "Human", been saddled with citizenship obligations, and trafficked into the foreign jurisdiction of the sea via an undisclosed (and from your perspective, unconscionable) private contract obligating you to lifetime indentured servitude and peonage. A bit after that, typically while you are in Grade School, this British Territorial U.S. Citizen is declared legally dead, missing, presumed lost at sea, and "his" Estate Trust is created as your Given Name is trafficked a second time, this time into the jurisdiction of the air. A Municipal C'estui Que Vie Trust is set up in your NAME and all sorts of derivative trusts and utilities and franchise corporations are created, all bearing what appears to be your NAME--- and, again, you've been denigrated from the status of a Human with Human Rights, to being a Debt Slave, laboring to benefit another governmental services corporation that foists all its debts off onto you. All your life what appears to be your government, but which is in fact, just a couple government services Subcontractors, tells you to do things that benefit them at your expense, but they do this under color of law, so you do what they tell you to do in total innocence thinking that they are "the" government and you have to do what they say. When my Mother would hear some particularly egregious lie, she'd roll her eyes skyward and say, "Put on your waders." Well, put on your waders, folks. It's getting deep. In the 1980's a retired General named Roy Schwasinger led a successful drive to prevent corporate theft of ranch land throughout the Western States in a series of court cases called "the Farm Union Cases" that went all the way to the Supreme Court. I know all about this, because my Mother was involved in this effort and we heard all about it over the dinner table, whether we wanted to or not. At about the same time, in support of this action, Willie Nelson and others started the "Farm Aid" Concerts. The Supreme Court Justices agreed with the Plaintiffs in the Farm Union cases, but said their claims couldn't be paid, because the Defendants were bankrupt. A lone junior Congressman from Wisconsin offered a settlement solution which he called NESARA, the National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act. He was laughed out of the Beltway. The thugs drummed up a bunch of crap about General Schwasinger and threw it all at him, like spaghetti thrown at a wall, hoping that something would stick. They dragged him through their "special" courts and, with a 96% conviction rate, they convicted him of fraud related to something that he didn't even have anything, personally, to do with.
