This is how we have "Federal" troops facing off National Guardsmen in Texas. This sounds too crazy to be true, but it is, and this is not the first time this has happened. As we began to dig into this absurd circumstance we discovered a pattern of this same thing happening for the past couple hundred years, with some of it going back far longer. Law was a trade established under the Guild system in Europe, not a profession, and every lawyer served as an apprentice. I am a rare and belated product of that system of tutelage, which, though uncommon in the modern day, has never failed to have its charms and advantages. I was greatly favored by fortune to study under two great men who were very accomplished Masters, who between them, had practiced American Common Law, British Equity Law, Maritime Law, Admiralty Law, Martial Law, Ecclesiastical and Canon Law, during their long and illustrious careers. So, while I am not and will never be a member of the Bar Association, I am well-educated and competent to render that rare thing: a proper reading of the law and history written as law. It will come as a surprise to many that some forms of history are written as law and use legals terms that an average person will be unaware of, so that the truth is hidden in plain sight--- easily accessible to lawyers, but conveniently hidden from the General Public. With the advantage of having a competent and willing interpreter at your side, let’s examine some key events in American History that were preserved by lawyers and written down in historical legalese: Quote and Fact: “Seven southern nation States of America walked out of the Second Session of the Thirty-sixth Congress on March 27, 1861.” Because it says, “States of America” and not “States”, we know that the entities represented were States-of-States, also known as Confederate States, that were members of the original Confederation formed by The Articles of Confederation in 1781, and we already know from other readings that this Confederation was the American Subcontractor awarded the Service Contract known as The Constitution for the united States of America in 1787. Also, because the odd construction “nation States” is used instead of “nation states” or “Nation States” we know that the entities operating these “Confederate States” were sovereign nations. In this case, the Union states were the sovereign nations operating the member organizations of the Confederation. For example, Florida was operating The State of Florida, and The State of Florida was a member of the original Confederation. All this additional information is instantly available to one who is trained to read the law and who can then also read history written as law. The Congress which adjourned Sine Die – meaning without a date to meet again, had to be the Congress of the States of America Confederation and not the Congress of the United States, nor the Congress of the United States of America. Why does this matter? Because…. There were three (3) original Federal Subcontractors, one American, one British, and one Holy Roman Empire organization, and we are now discussing how the lead Subcontractor in possession of the key contract, the original Federal Constitution issued in 1787, committed suicide. Cardinal Mamberti and the Vatican Chancery Court regarding our Claim March 6 2005, January 19 2023 in seq: The British Monarch continues to act as the Overseer of the Pope's Territorial, that is, Commonwealth, interests, to this day, and administers those positions as a "Prince" with the Pope being the "King" over him. This position has grown since the days of King John from simply administering Commonwealth lands in England to administering Territorial lands worldwide and sitting on the Chair of the Estates --- that is, all the Dead Baby Estates -- created worldwide by the dual public and private interests being unconscionably created by private contracts which present themselves as registrations obtained under conditions of fraud and non-disclosure. This results in a situation where the Pope is the majority Principal in the District of Columbia Corporation and majority interest holder in the District of Columbia Municipal Corporations --and under Ecclesiastical Law, he is also the owner and operator of all corporations, not limited to the Municipal Corporations in question. Thus, the British King acts as Administrator and Middleman -- and gets a healthy 40% cut for his services overseeing the Church's Commonwealth (also known as Territorial) property, with 60% of receipts going to the Holy See and the same general arrangement has long pertained to profit shares from the City of Rome administrators of the Empire of the Cities. The Municipality of Washington, DC, an unauthorized independent international city state perched on our East Coast, runs its government as a Municipal Corporation that, like the foregoing situation with the British Monarch privately working for the Pope, is brokered by the City of Rome. One might think of the British Territorial Municipal Corporations as all the various USA corporation franchises, and the City-operated Municipal Corporations as all the various US corporations and their franchises, though this is all much more complex and interwoven in reality. Think of a round target with a red circle in the middle. That's the Municipal Government. Then imagine a blue ring around the center circle. That's the District Government. Now, imagine a larger yellow circle around the first two elements. That's our American Subcontractor, missing since 1861, the Federal Republic. It was all supposed to be functioning in an honest and cooperative fashion, but instead, corporations have been used to foster a variety of non-consensual evils and usurpations against the actual lawful government of this country and many other countries, too. In our case, neither the Territorial nor the Municipal Corporations are functioning within the limits set by the Constitutions that originally created these entities nor are they functioning within the Use Permits that established the District of Columbia and the City of Washington within it. Both have "gone rogue" and participated in a wide variety of unlawful and criminal activities that have impacted the British Homeland, our country, and the former Commonwealth countries, and most of Western Europe and Japan, too. Cardinal Mamberti and the Vatican Chancery Court regarding our Claim March 6 2005, January 19 2023 in seq: When we first sent a delegation to Rome we were told that this was all astounding news, and most particularly, nobody understood the National Debt Fraud prior to those discussions, not even the Pope. Let us summarize: In theory, a debt-credit monetary system is much to be desired, because every transaction in such a system is a "zero sum transaction" -- meaning that no debt accrues and no interest on debt accrues. There is no need to surveil such transactions or keep track of them for more than a single day, which greatly simplifies and relieves the recordkeeping burdens. In reality, however, because all the architecture supporting the debt-credit system had to be paid for, and because the Municipal Corporations in the District of Columbia were unable to actually pay for anything, credit had to be extended to them on an ongoing basis, to do such things as printing the Federal Reserve Notes and running the Treasury offices, as well as all the other functions of government. This odd situation results from the Federal Constitutions which ordain that the Federal Subcontractors operate exclusively on credit, and the States operate exclusively on gold and silver species money. Then add the fact that our State Governments have not been in Session, which led to their assets being cashiered in State Trusts by those who assumed they had been left in charge. With our States not in Session and their assets rolled up and sitting in State Trusts, there was no way to actually pay a debt in this country, and apart from private barter and coinage arrangements, there still isn't until now, when our States are back in Session and have issued a new gold-backed currency, plus the remaining United States Silver Dollars. Try standing on your own big toe while walking forward. All the State assets were blocked and the Perpetrators used these "blocked" assets as the basis to issue credit for themselves, but this then meant that there was no way for the States to actually pay in gold and silver coinage or the equivalents thereof. For a debt to be paid, something of actual and tangible value, a physical asset, has to be exchanged. We've seen the bait and switch of one Presidential Office for another, the bait and switch of one State-of-State business organization for another, and even the bait and switch of Constitutional and limited governments replaced by rapacious territorial governments run by foreign, for-profit Municipal corporations in the business of providing government services. We've seen these substitution schemes carried on in endless variety, even down to the level of personal identity. The living people have been impersonated by infant decedent estates and subjected to non-consensual trustee relationships with members of a foreign professional association whose members operate as Executors de Son Tort -- pillaging the estates of the living victims however they see fit. The members of the Bar Associations have acted as tax collectors for Rome since the Second Century BC, and came to Britain as the Companie of Merrie Men in the waning days of Elizabeth I. Since then they have spread throughout the world, bringing the same legalistic and linguistic fraud schemes and constructive artifices with them. They take their portion off the top, and remit the rest to the British Monarch, who takes their cut, and who then forwards the rest to the Holy See, which distributes the majority of the loot from this system however it pleases--- typically assigning a portion to reinvestment, a portion to humanitarian works, and a portion for administration. Lawyers have become purveyors of injustice and doctors have become purveyors of disease in the name of profit, and both these professions as well as many other occupations of common right have been unlawfully converted into privileges by registration and licensing programs foisted off on them under color of law by the offending Municipal Corporation Subcontractors and their franchise operations. The practice of law and medicine are, as we say, both occupations of common right; but, the Municipal Corporation Subcontractors operating under color of law issued legislation mandating that medical and legal professionals had to be licensed and pass tests if they wanted to be able to provide service to Federal Employees; but by use of deliberately vague terminology and omissions, they made it sound like this licensing requirement applied to treatment of the General Populace, too. Having a license issued by the local Municipal Corporation franchise was promoted as a mark of excellence or guarantee of quality performance, so of course, physicians were coerced by self-interest if nothing more to become licensed as "Medical Doctors" and lawyers were similarly coerced to study the Law of the Sea and become Licensed Attorneys. It was basically a matter of Subcontractors hiring other Subcontractors for themselves, to do their work, to acquire skills not necessarily already in their own organizational skill base, or to provide themselves with a handy means of distancing themselves from responsibility for unpopular actions. From the start, these Agency relationships between the government Subcontractors at the level of the two Municipal Corporations and the various Agencies they hired, tended to be veiled and presented to the Public as if the Agencies were part of the Municipal Corporation in question. Sometimes this semantic deceit and non-disclosure went so far as to label these Agencies as "Departments" which the Public naturally assumed were departments of the original American Subcontractor, the Federal Republic. Other times, they were presented as in-house intelligence and law enforcement organs of the actual government, when in fact, these Agencies were always either franchises of other Federal Subcontractors or single corporations in possession of contracts with one of the DC Municipal Corporations. Nobody ever told Joe Average American, nor his lawful government, that the American Federal Republic -- our Federal Subcontractor, was gone, awaiting a Reconstruction that never happened thanks to obstruction and non-disclosure by the two Municipal Subcontractors that are the subject of our claims. Examples of this can be seen in the cases of the "Department of the Treasury" and the "Department of Justice" --- neither one of which are actual government departments at all. Cardinal Mamberti and the Vatican Chancery Court in regard to our Claims, March 5th 2005, January 19th 2023, in seq: Mortgages are pre-existing debts on property assets. These debts accrue from "dead men" who died -- or are presumed to have died, in this case -- and who left unpaid taxes and similar debts attached to the property. These past debts have to be paid by someone, before the property is free to be transferred to new tenants--- not new owners. This is because land assets subject to mortgage are already owned by a an undisclosed public or private trust, and even after the mortgage is paid off, the land can't be sold, only leased. This is why mortgages are called "future lease agreements". As long as you are paying the mortgage you can live on the property as a tenant, and after the mortgage is paid off, you can stay on the property as a Leasor, but in no case can you own the property -- because it is already claimed by a trust (or two) and these trusts are neither competent nor willing to sell any lasting interest in the property at all. Why? Because they don't really own the property, either. It belongs to the little "lost" American baby, the actual Inheritor and Owner, who just happens to have the same Given Name as the "dead brother" and who just happens to have the same Given Name as the missing British Territorial Merchant Seaman, too. Mysteriously, because that baby is never told a word about any of this foreign intrigue, he fails to come forward and claim his property --- so it remains held in these phony trusts created by the respective Municipal Corporations, and they continue to rake in the profits and do evil in his name, while deliberately leaving him, the actual American, the landlord and owner, in the dark. This failure to inform and assist their Employers and fellow Principals is a Gross Breach of Trust and Service Contract. The Structure of the States of America -- Requested Information and Request for Action August 20, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz This is a response to requests from the High Courts for additional information about the concept of land and soil jurisdiction as it applies to our history and the political units and subdivisions associated with the land and soil of this country, and also to our international functions. We have, in particular, explained the concept arising from British Land Law (which the Americans inherited) of "soil" defined as the top six inches of the land, and the soil being a unique and separate national jurisdiction, however, existing in tandem with the underlying international jurisdiction of the land. Law, history, and tradition, as well as local custom, require us to look at land and soil like a layer cake, with the national jurisdiction of the soil being the top layer and the international jurisdiction of the land being the second layer immediately below it. The soil is where people live and breathe. It is where the nation walks. So, it is the province wherein we touch down to Earth and exercise the Common Law as people. In America, our counties are the political subdivisions associated with the soil jurisdiction, and the counties taken together form larger political units known as Union States. Thus, the top layer of our "cake", the national soil jurisdiction, is cut into pieces called counties, and groups of contiguous counties joined together form the Union States, which also occupy the soil jurisdiction, only in larger political subdivisions. Now, let's look at the second layer of the "cake"--- the international land jurisdiction just below the top layer of the soil. It, too, is cut into pieces called Counties. These Counties also join together to form larger political units simply called States. Obviously, this system has some advantages and disadvantages and logical limitations. Land and soil are arbitrary concepts applied to the same basic thing: earth. If you scrape down six inches and remove the soil, you have simply created a new soil layer. On the other hand, it is a fact that the land jurisdiction, like the sea, is international in nature and forms a complete free-flowing but largely unseen bedrock around the globe, one that includes the seafloor and extends below mountain ranges and which pays no heed to national boundaries. Additional Issues for The Court of International Justice -- Blood Money 21 - Land May 8, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz In addition to all those other issues of international importance thus far raised by our efforts, perhaps no issue is more deeply felt than the issue of land ownership, which should not even be under discussion. It is very well-established that land in this country belongs to the States and the people who live in those States. There is no arcane definition applied to "people" --- all living Americans and naturalized U.S. Citizens who adopt a State of the Union as their permanent house, home, and domicile ---regardless of race, creed, color or religion are people in our view, and they enjoy all the same rights and opportunities, including the right to possess land and soil parcels and hold them in their own right. No other form of land ownership, except for formal set asides to allow for Federal use of land, has ever been allowed or anticipated. It is to be noted that in order for the Federal Government to have and use land in this country, it must: (1) be for constitutionally mandated purposes, and (2) must be formally ceded by the State Legislature. The only other form of Federal occupation of land in this country is allowed to the Territorial Government under the provisions of The Northwest Ordinance, which provides for the Territorial Government to assume a custodial interest until such time as new land acquisitions are enrolled as States of the Union. In the first instance, the use of land for Federal purposes mandated by their constitutional duties, such as the establishment of military bases and arsenals, post offices, and similar service centers, we find that these have greatly proliferated and have been established without the permission of the actual State Legislatures. Instead, Territorial State-of-State Legislatures have been allocating themselves the use of vast tracts of our land for purposes never envisioned by any constitutional process nor demanded by their duty, including the establishment of land-grant universities, parks, and health spas, internment camps imposed on our Native People, huge railroad and highway corridors and utility easements, and the establishment of "Special Purpose" land trusts, which are meant to promote the support of one or more public services, such as the Mental Health Trust in Alaska. The bulk of this development, both good and bad, has taken place and been authorized by people having no actual ability to authorize anything related to our land assets. The commercial organizations that have been hired by the British Government(s) and the Holy See to provide governmental services stipulated under the three (3) Federal Constitutions have been terminated in bankruptcy; our contracts are not with these subcontractors, but their bankruptcy and bad performance does impact us, and we do have cause to manage our own affairs and to make decisions with respect to the new service providers. 2. Our actual contracts are with the Principals-- the Pope, the Queen, and the Lord Mayor of London. We have not approved and do not have contracts with any of the new Municipal Corporations and/or Territorial Corporations which are seeking to create contracts by Assumption of Contract in Succession; 3. We have specifically provided Notice to the other Principals and have denied any assumption of succession by the Biden Administration for Cause. Mr. Biden is a self-admitted influence peddler and crook; there is, therefore, no controversy. He admits it. We accept that admission. The number of our Municipal Employees and Dependents who may or may not have voted for Mr. Biden is a moot issue. This decision not to hire the Biden Administration and not to allow it to represent us and forbidding access to our credit is a business decision, made by lawful Deputies, and it may not be presumed against; 4. We are the Employers and the Presumed Donors of the Public Trusts; as Donors we have returned and demanded the liquidation of the Public Trusts and the return of the Assets, unharmed and unencumbered. This includes all State Trust and Cestui Que Vie Trust Assets, all gold and silver assets purloined and deposited offshore, domestic and overseas investments, and all credit owed to the American States and People.
