There's a difference. Take note. Also note that the word "republican" as used here has nothing to do with any political party. We are guaranteed a "republican form of government" -- not a republic form of government. In Latin there is a difference between "republic" and "republican" and that difference carries on when you translate to English. A State is an unincorporated business belonging to the people of each state. A State-of-State is a corporate business belonging to the State referenced above. A State Republic is an incorporated business belonging to the State-of-State. There is a reason why, when you look around, you don't see a Confederation of States in operation, and you don't see a Federal Republic, either. States create Confederate States, Confederate States create State Republics. Without the States being in Session neither the American Confederate States nor the American State Republics could be reconstructed. Well-meaning patriots have mistaken republican States for the State Republics which were members of the original Federal Republic that functioned from 1787 to 1861. There is also a Federal Government called the United States Government, which exercises certain enumerated and delegated powers of the American Government, on behalf of the American Government. These are, obviously, not the same things. There are supposed to be three (3) Federal Subcontractors providing the American Government with stipulated and enumerated services. There are presently only two (2) such Subcontractors --- and both of them are foreign. The American Federal Subcontractor has been dormant since the Civil War Conflict. The American Federal Subcontractor, known as the Federal Republic, was operated by the original Confederation of States (1781) doing business as the States of America. That's why the Federal Constitution of 1787 which was awarded to the Confederation is called, "The Constitution for the united States of America". See the name of the original Confederation (1781) echoed in the Federal Constitution of 1787? States of America? That's because the Confederation of States (1781) was running the Federal Republic (1787), our American Federal Subcontractor. When the original Confederation of States dissolved in 1861 and the Federal Republic Congress adjourned sine die for lack of a quorum to conduct business, the Southern members of the original Confederation (1781) split off and formed the Confederate States of America (1861) with Jefferson Davis acting as the "President" of this new organization of "Confederate States". By forcing their sons (and to an extent their daughters) to tackle life at its roots, to use their hands, to manipulate tools, to produce valuable services and goods, the Belchers guaranteed not only a basis for a livelihood in good times or bad, they schooled their sons in social equality, fellow feeling, and the value of manual labor. This would, it was felt, forever safeguard the Belchers from the sins of pride and idleness encouraged by inherited wealth, and also safeguard them against hard times and social upheavals and accidents of all kinds--- circumstances that were abundant on the American Frontier, whether that frontier was defined as Boston in 1608, or the far edge of the Western prairie in 1840. Ike was worse than the Japanese commanders during the Bataan Death March, simply because with Ike, there were no survivors. Ike gave the orders. There were to be no witnesses to the American and British atrocities. Prisoners were made to take the film footage and photos and then they, too, were murdered. Nobody escaped. Nobody got out alive. No jargon needed here, folks. All banks are broke, Mr. Bloom explains, because "fractional reserve banking" allows them to loan out 7 to 10 times more money than they have. This means all banks are under water on a permanent basis. Oh, and they don't loan their own money or even their own credit. It's against the law for them to loan their own money or their depositor's money. So who's money is funding all this largesse? I did support what they, the Michigan General Jural Assembly, were doing initially, because they were patriotic and doing some good things, but very early on we ran aground on three (3) fundamental issues. The first was disagreement about the necessity of making official declarations of political status reclaiming the birthright estate and recording and publishing these declarations in public. It was necessary in my view and still is, because whether we like it or not, the birth certificate registration(s) provide a public record trafficking us into the foreign jurisdictions of the sea and the air, and action must be taken to reverse that, or we fail to establish "standing" on the land and soil. Without standing on the land and soil, we cannot form a properly constituted State Assembly and wind up creating another District Assembly, instead. To get out of this self-encirclement requires correct and decided action on our parts. Nobody can do it for us, and until we do it for ourselves, we remain unable to access our own constitutional guarantees, live under our own laws, or provide ourselves with our own courts and assemblies. So this was by no means a small issue. Article 4763 Video - A Tree and It's Branches: Chapter One - Sunday April 21, 2024 By Anna Von Reitz By sharing information about James, my husband, and his family, I hope to satisfy an understandable curiosity about early America and how our current situation came to be. Instead of starting at the beginning in 1608, when the first American Belcher helped build the first permanent dock in Boston Harbor, I am starting in the middle in order to cast more light and sooner on our present situation. Be patient then, as we shall endeavor to work the middle out to both ends, and provide a satisfying portrait overall. To begin.... Benjamin Belcher had fifty (50) children, one for every State of the Union. He did this honestly, with three young wives. The children were all born in wedlock and all loved and brought up according to good standards at the time; the girls were educated through at least Eighth Grade with some completing High School and at least two completing College. The boys were each taught a trade and expected to pursue at least one branch of Higher Learning. This meant that Belcher men could always earn a skilled living for their families, as accomplished tradesmen, if all else failed. But they were also college men, able to debate and keep accounts, enter into philosophical and religious discussions, and more often than not, rise to prominence in one of the professions. Being able to physically, mentally, and spiritually support a family was seen as a primary goal in one's personal life, and it's a good thing, because Benjamin was called upon to be a Father and a Good Father to fifty men and women who would face all the same challenges we all face, at a time that was especially traumatic for the Belcher Family as a whole. Benjamin, who was named ultimately after Ben Franklin, and his large flock of children, lived in what became West Virginia in 1863 in the middle of the Civil War. Article 4764 Video - The Tree and Its Branches: Chapter Two - Sunday, April 21, 2024 By Anna Von Reitz The Belchers have, as a whole and throughout the last several centuries, been blessed with a very large family of skilled workmen who were also skilled farmers and by day or night, also possessed additional skills -- they, in their "spare time" after high school, acquired training as lawyers, engineers, linguists, theologians, surveyors, architects, biologists, chemists, and other professions. This family tradition of having both a skilled trade and a profession served them well. In hard times, they could always find work, no matter what. As tradesmen they kept in touch with the work life of honest laborers, and as professionals, they could walk among the elite. This tradition has followed down the years so that my husband is a highly skilled fisherman and sea captain (as his trade) and fine artist of national reputation, having been a Signature Member of the Oil Painters of America, the oil painters equivalent of the National Watercolor Society. Whether homely or rarified, the Belcher men slip seamlessly into their environment, humble with the humble, and comfortable with the great men of society, having trained both their hands and brains. In this process, they also train their hearts, and develop the habit of picking up skills whenever the opportunity presents itself. My husband, for example, can sew. He can build things, be it cabins or cabinets. He can make and smoke sausages, brew whiskey, rebuild motors, grow a garden, macrame a net, tie any kind of knot, operate a ham radio station, run a road grader.... and so the list goes on and on, of skills he "just picked up" along the way. His ancestor at the time of the Revolution, William Belcher, was a similar character, being a "jack of all trades and master of some". He fit easily into the company of officers and statesmen surrounding General Washington, but had the practical skills needed in the field, too. That rather discredits Matthew Tucciarone as a Whistleblower in my mind. More like an Off-tune Whistler, which is a different kind of bird altogether. He claims to have run hither-thither to any and all "patriot" groups and has apparently even mistaken me for a guru. He claims to know me from way back, but I don't know him, which is another concern. He claims that we, myself, David Straight, and half a dozen people I don't know, are all frauds and in it for the money. Only two characters named Jack and Margy are good and true. That's rather interesting, as I have never charged anyone a dime for my work. It has all been made available free gratis. I don't even get a penny from the books available on Amazon -- they are published at cost. So, "in it for the money"? I can't speak for anyone else, but I outright deny that. And any time Tucciarone thinks that donations to the cause outstrip the needs, I will share my "to do" list. So who are Jack and Margy? I don't know them. They don't know me. Their website-type materials show that they are using commercial law techniques to get people individual relief from the pirates, and if that's what you are focused on, fine. One by one, get some relief. And what kind of anomaly has caused it? It's simple enough. After 32,000 years, the refugees from Mars have abandoned (our) ship, and good riddance. Those of you who were watching know that I recently demanded that they leave. Posthaste. These unwelcome houseguests had plenty of time to find a new home for themselves, but elected to not only cause trouble for us, but to drag their steps long after their planned departure date, and even had the brass cajones to pretend that this was their planet after destroying their own. Just take a deep breath of the cool air and breathe. If we are just patient for a moment, we will know what all went on, which tulip bulbs were eaten by shrews, where Tom Young, the Weasel, Esquire, spent the winter, how many bunnies have been hiding in the old wood pile, which perennials are stirring to life, and which succumbed to the snowiest winter on record. This leads to a situation in which the parent Municipal conglomerate generally spoken of as "the United States" incorporated has hired the Territorial service provider we created for our own uses, to provide itself with military services for hire. So, the United States, Inc., has purchased the services of the United States of America, Inc., for its own protection, which potentially places both corporations at odds with their actual employers and priority creditors. This is because the American Congress has not been in Session, and the Federal Republic Congress has not been in Session since 1861. All "wars" have been Mercenary Conflicts this entire time, and it remains the circumstance today. And no doubt every single one of us has gone through this same "dark night of the soul", that screaming agony moment when we woke up and for one terrifying moment, thought, "But I am only one person! And I am alone!" It may have been that we felt that way because we were the only ones who perceived something, because we stood on the edge of a new science or a new mathematics--- Hunter and Terrence, for example. It may have been because we were obliged to look at what held us back, and analyze what went wrong in order to find our way to a better future -- myself and Foster Gamble, for example. However we came to this crux -- "the cross" -- we came, and we had our moment of terror, and after that, we had our moment of decision, in which, despite feeling utterly alone and mostly helpless, we had to find the courage to act and to speak up. For me, the question was decided in legal and lawful terms, because I knew that if I didn't speak up, I would be an accomplice to a most horrendous and world-spanning crime. It's as bad or worse than Y2K. The Spinmeisters are having a hay-day, watching everyone on the internet and the juice bars go absolutely flipping crazy. Now, bear in mind that I started "prepping" decades before most of you, at a time when I and the Latter Day Saints and the Amish were the only people around prepared to humble ourselves and dig potato cellars. It isn't that I don't think that people should be prepared for any emergency they can reasonably prepare for; in fact, in my mind, it's the only responsible thing to do, for yourself, for your family, and for your community. But reacting not only like sheep, but like superstitious and weak-minded sheep, is not exactly a compliment to humankind, and trying to make up for forty years of not-prepping in a weekend buying splurge is even crazier. Perhaps the nastiness of the faux bug war and the panic attacks that emptied shelves of toilet paper from here to Bermuda got a larger percentage of the population tuned in and stocked up, and that's a good thing in my mind --- but living in a constant state of panic is not. It's true that celestial events like this tug and pry at the geomagnetic matrix and that in turn tugs and pries at the geology of the planet, causing more volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. But bear in mind that on average, there are 200 volcanoes on land spouting off every single day, unknown numbers of deep sea volcanoes erupting under the waves, and 10s of thousands of earthquakes all over the world on a routine basis. Put this all together and what do you have? Each American Federation Dollar (AFD) begins trading at one (1) AFD per one hundred-eighty FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES, which will update to the current rate of (1) AFD per two hundred thirty-four FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES and continue to fluctuate according to daily exchange rate variations. This is where the "Uh, duh...." comes in. Wait a minute, you are telling me that I can give you a one dollar FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE, which is objectively and legally worthless, and in exchange, you will give me an AFD which is gold-backed and worth (at the current exchange rate) a whopping $234?
