Ellie the Great Dane loves to go for car rides but is just a little short to jump into the truck, so she has a ramp to keep her from hurting herself. Watch and laugh as Ellie trots right up the ramp into the truck, while Mikey the puppy is going to need a few more lessons. At 35lbs Mikey will have to learn quickly as in a few months he will be a challenge to pick up!

Mikey the Great Dane has grown a lot in size in the last 7 months and also in maturity. Mikey is very protective of Mom and understand when Mom explains that the big blue thing is Dad on the Tractor. When Mikey hears the word Dad, he starts wagging his tail. Our little boy is growing up!

Mikey the Great Dane is getting the hang of delivering the groceries from the back of the truck into the house. His owners have discovered that small items work the best to stay in Mikey's mouth for his delivery journey. Three days ago, the Osteosarcoma caused Katie's foot to swell and she could no longer put much weight on her leg and her owners were terrified her leg would fracture. They scheduled their vet to come to the house today and together with Max on their bed, they all said goodbye to Katie. You will forever be in our hearts!

In Great Dane time, two hours is a lot time and seeing Dad again requires a serious reunion. Watch and enjoy as Max sees his Dad's truck pull into the driveway and runs to greet him and tries to fit into the driver's seat with true Max the Great Dane style and grace. Max then grabs a loaf of french bread and proudly carries it around the yard and into the house. Such a good boy Max!

Mikey and Ellie the Great Danes had a wonderful time visiting at their Chihuahua and Dachsund girlfriends' place.
