When it comes to getting on the water, there isn't a more thrilling way to discover the joys of staying afloat than hopping on the newest GP 1800 WaveRunner from Yamaha. While checked in at The Ritz Carlton on Lake Oconee, we were lured to the shores by the presence of water Pokemon, but ended up more pleased by sights of Yamaha's 2017 line of personal watercraft. Immediately, we wet-suited up to get squirrely on the lake, and fun was had, thanks to the superb construction of the GP 1800.

The Bite Life is in full effect this season as originator Nick Love teams up with Atlanta's very own Young Dro in an attempt to get the lowdown on what food the rapper really likes to smash when the munchies hit. In a hilariously unscheduled turn of events, Young Dro dives much deeper into his gastronomical pleasure center while dining on decadent catfish nuggets at Baltimore Crab and Seafood.

When the munchies hit, they hit hard. But rather than condemn yourself to a run at Taco Hell, why not treat yourself to that little Mexican spot you always see but never visit? This is the question that music marketing executive Nick Love aims to answer.

San Diego is one of the few places where culture shock is actually encouraged and appreciated, making the city our favorite spot to visit in the lower 48 states. Last year, we made a stop at San Diego’s very own Carnita's Snack Shack in the trendy North Park neighborhood for that fast-casual porkhouse experience. This year, while running the streets for Independence Day, we discovered that Carnita's expanded to the city's Embarcadero North waterfront zone. While touring the immense property of Liberty Station in San Diego, the munchies hit. And they hit hard. Luckily we were just a hop skip and a jump away from Soda & Swine's newest installation, so we simply followed our nostrils to the origins of the alluring aromas.

Sometimes we get so caught up in what we can pay to do and see, that the fun and free activities go unnoticed. Luckily for us, the dope folks at the San Diego Tourism Authority gave us a great list of places to visit that won't break the bank while touring the sunny city. Chicano Park is a testament to the strength of Mexican arts and culture, located in Barrio Logan with 7.4 acres of history spanning underneath the San Diego-Coronado Bay Bridge.

What makes for a most dope road trip experience? It's actually pretty easy. All you need to check off your list is good friends, great weather, and a fly set of wheels. Earlier this month, we were fortunate to hit the pavement revving up the coastline with Toyota as participants in their “Ultimate Southern California Roadtrip”. Honestly, is there a more temperate climate in the lower 48 to cruise?

The most dope thing about music is it’s ability to power emotions and strengthen resolves in our day to day lives. Very recently, we were at the right place and right time for an extraordinary visit from Allen Stone while kicking it in Los Cabos. Posted at the creative rooftop venue of Hotel El Ganzo, a select few were invited to enjoy the incredible range and comedic anecdotes of Stone. The summer months are upon us, and Cabo San Lucas continues to clutch the top spot for vacationers worldwide. Blading has, and always will be a viable mode of transportation. For those of us who dig the aggressive aspect of the sport, it’s nice to know that companies like Rollerblade have our feet covered. Reminiscent of the notorious Star Wars henchmen, the Solo Trooper from Rollerblade incorporates a pristine white composition that emanates a clean aesthetic for all skill levels. Atlanta was swamped by a slew of swaggy rollerbladers this past weekend, thanks to the 7th annual A-Town Stomp. Hosted by the newly formed non-profit, Peachtree Projects, the hugely popular inline skating competition took place on the south side of the city in spectacular fashion. Heavy hitters from all over the country took to each obstacle at all three spots to grab the top spot with a $1000 prize. Second and third spots took $500 and $250 respectively. Even in the sweltering heat, heavy hitters like Jon Cooley, Phillip Moore, Zach Savage and so many more took the sport to new levels with incredible switch-ups, airs and variations.
