How does the saying go? Do kids want to have fun? No that can't be right. Do girls want to have fun? Well, in this case, it seems like dogs want to have fun, and for this Maremma/Pyrenees sheepdog, fun is definitely what he is having. Fingal knows just how to spend the last days of winter. With the snow almost gone, this Maremma/Pyrenees sheepdog guardian takes several turns sliding down the snow-covered hill. Now that's a good life! Who knew that dogs loved sliding on snow as much as children do? Even without a toboggan, this <a href="https://rumble.com/v48vfd-squiggles-is-super-excited.html" target="_blank">doggy</a> will be able to make due with what he has. All he's got is his body, and that is exactly what he uses to get down to the bottom of the hill. A little fun in the winter sun never hurt anybody! For some of us, the ice might be a hazard and something that we would consider avoiding. Not for this dog, he plays on it like there is no tomorrow. What a fun loving dog! You don't see behavior like this every day coming from a dog. This dog is an intelligent one that knows how to do whatever it is that he wants! While these Maremma/Great Pyrenees dogs tumble and play in the snow, one of them hears something at the other end of the field. In an instant all 3 dogs spring into action, ready to go to work. This is excellent livestock guard dog behavior; Fingal and King are out on point while Maple hangs back to protect the livestock (in this case it's their owner who is filming). There’s a very curious and brave ram that resides in Nova Scotia, Canada. Nova Scotia is a small province off the coast of Atlantic Canada that is home to one of the most interesting rams out there. You see, there is something very special about this ram. This fluffy sheep with long fur and split hooves has a desire unlike any other: just to be one of the dogs. So, with that in mind, when he spots a group of guard dogs, he cannot help but walk up and try to ease his way into the ‘conversation, making attempts just to fit in. And by that, we mean playtime. It is funny that in the animal kingdom we have seen some very interesting interspecies animal friendships before, we have seen a lot of unlikely best friend pairings: like a monkey and a lion cub or a dolphin and a seal but this has got to be one of the cutest! Well, these animals are connected, nonetheless. The reaction that follows by the three pups as they invite their furry friend in is classic animal love. This unusual interaction is adorable. At first, the <a href=" https://rumble.com/v3w0bz-ram-steals-food-from-family.html" target="_blank">ram</a> is standing on the outside, getting ready to approach the dogs by making some marks with the hooves in the snow. Then, he steadily advances towards one of the dogs and wait for its reaction. When he realizes that he can have some fun with the dog, he does not want to spare a second anymore and goes closer to it. The dog gets to know his ram friend by sniffing his fur and only when there are no imposing threats on either side, the hopping game may start. And with a jump they move forwards and backwards, the <a href=" https://rumble.com/v4cb13-dog-says-im-sorry.html” target="_blank">dog</a> extending its legs like it wants to say hi. But until then it is full of wonder as it meets a very friendly bison who is more than interested to play. But when the massive bison gets a little too rough, the puppy's parents spring into action, putting the bison in its place and doing their job.

Sybil isn't afraid of Wynter at all, it looks like she wants to spend as much time as she can with Wynter, so adorable! Such an adorable kitten, thank goodness she is now safe with a loving family. It looks like Sybil has so much energy, she is jumping on Wynter at every single possibility, so cute! These two are such great buddies, it's always nice to see a cat and dog get along with each other so well. They love to cuddle with each other and keep each other company. While visiting the Alderwood Nursing Home in Baddeck, NS two ambitious puppies show the seniors in attendance what they do for a living. The future guard dogs adorably lead a Highland bull-calf from a rope across the room, leading to a much deserved applause. These puppies have a very bright future!

On his way down the field to do some fence repair, this farmer stops to say hi to his favorite cow, Pepper. She's the boss cow but also the most gentle one and likes to be scratched on her neck and under her chin. On the other hand here, you have his charming pup that has been with him for many years. They all share quite the friendship, which is exactly what this video proves!

Respect (that's his name), the ram, doesn't get much respect when he tries to get a few morsels from these highland cows after milking. By the time he gets his head in the bucket it's all gone but the smell of molasses. Greyson, one of the Livestock Guardian Dogs, checks in on things.

Maple, of our Livestock Guardian Dogs, always sits close by at milking time in hopes of getting a treat or two of nice warm milk from a Highland/Jersey milk cow named Bonnie. Too much milk is not good for dogs, but a little treat like this of raw milk once in a while is fine.

These livestock guard dogs know that if they're in the barn when their owner is milking the cows they might get a little treat as he finishes up. As you can see, there is a lineup of dogs patiently waiting for their turn!

Although it may appear to be vicious behavior, it's simply nothing more than dogs at play. During this play-fight you'll notice the old "grandmother" Phoebe always overacting by barking too much and then looking at the camera.

As you can see, these animals are very used to eating together. Highland cattle, barnyard horses, and a few sheep all enjoy some tasty hay without any problems whatsoever. These animals know that sharing is caring!
