Introduction of a corporate wide, cloud based learning management system (LMS), will allow sales associates to access instructional materials, online wherever they have web access. A web based LMS allows access to E-Learning content, E-Conferences, live training demonstrations from lead sales associates, courses/programs which may be completed individually, or as a group. The LMS will allow employees, and management 24/7 access to e-learning, and tracking of employee achievements.
