On October 26, 2010, police charged 53-year-old Roy Frederick Fraser in connection with the murders of 31-year-old Damien Marks and 24-year-old Kenneth Yaretz.
The bodies of both men were discovered on a 20-acre parcel of land in the resort town of Knouff Lake, near the popular Sun Peaks resort, in May 2009.
