Ferocious parrot growls and fights with kitchen rug46s

Ferocious parrot growls and fights with kitchen rug

Growling is an instinctive defensive behavior and African grey parrots will growl in response to a perceived threat. It's a natural behavior that they exhibit in the wild with other flock mates. Einstein here is fine with the rug unless it is moved or replaced. He made peace with it by the end of the day with the continued reassurance of his owner. Have you ever wondered what it might be like to have a parrot as a pet? Well hopefully this video might give you a little insight into what you might expect when taking in one of these clever guys. Obviously not all parrots behave like this, but if you get lucky with the right one, you never know what shenanigans might take place. How awesome is this parrot though? If you have any videos of your pets doing funny things, be sure to upload it to https://rumble.com/, and while you're there, you can check out other awesome animal videos! Naughty parrot chews comb and apologizes39s

Naughty parrot chews comb and apologizes

Einstein the African Grey Parrot found his owner's comb left on the counter, so he decided to have some fun with it. What can a parrot do with a comb, you ask? Well, they can certainly practise their percussion skills with it for starters, but Einstein had a different idea. Apparently, Einstein was bothered by the comb’s teeth, particularly their length, so he decided to gnaw them shorter! His owner certainly wasn’t happy about it. When she confronted him with his deed, Einstein said he is sorry, but it seems like he’s only doing it to get out of trouble for now, because he instantly gets back to gnawing that comb. It seems that will be Einstein’s comb from now.

It's not polite to make slurping sounds when drinking. Einstein's owners must not have good table manners. Listen to Einstein imitate them. A parrot will always tell on you!

Einstein is outside in a small cage enjoying the sunshine on a very pretty day in Texas. He and his owner exchange pleasantries about the birdies, the squirrels, and a dog. Apparently the squirrels have telephones! Einstein then blesses them all with a "God Bless You!" (Einstein is flighted, so for his safety he is only allowed outside in his cage.)

Parrot watches squirrels & birds from kitchen window37s

Parrot watches squirrels & birds from kitchen window

Have you ever gone bird watching before? Or how about squirrel watching? Or what about watching a bird that goes bird watching? Well regardless if you have or haven't now you can cross them off your list; well kind of. Einstein perches on the kitchen faucet eager to go outside. There are squirrels and birdies out there and he wants to join the fun. Apparently they go away when he tells us, “Sorry, all done, no more!” Parrots really are interesting creatures. Who knew that they could talk without vocal chords? In order to get the sounds out, they mimic the sounds of words by constantly adjusting the airflow through their throat using muscles. How awesome and weird is that? That's why they tend to bounce their heads around when making noise. Animals can do some pretty crazy things, parrots included. A really interesting thing with parrots is their attention to detail. WIthout it, they'd have trouble mimic words and phrases. Insane! Check out this bird watching parrot!

Einstein the Parrot wants a cookie29s

Einstein the Parrot wants a cookie

Einstein wants a cookie! Watch as he holds and brings an imaginary treat up to his beak. He’ll then remark how good it is and when he’s all done, he’s ready to go to the computer and get back to work! (Cookies are high in sugar and should not be given to parrots on a regular basis. As a treat, his owners give him a very small amount, about the size of a fingernail. No chocolate! Chocolate is toxic for parrots!)
