Jin Shin Jyutsu is the ancient practice of putting the energy system back into balance through energy work, acupressure and acupuncture.
In this practice, Guided Jin Shin Jyutsu Relaxation Meditation to Relieve Anxiety, I incorporate the basics of Jin Shin Jyutsu acupressure points along with deep breathing to improve feelings of well-being, alertness, and relaxation.
In order to reap the full benefits, focus on the pulsing sensation on each finger, before moving onto the next.
This is a longer meditation practice, if you are short on time, just decrease the amount of time you hold each finger.
