Through this active class, while still being very mindful of how much we are able to push the body and how much we need to rest, we will be working to engage and strengthen our shoulders, arms, glutes and quads. We will also be practicing our vital pelvic toning exercises aligned with our breath to get us used to preparing our bodies for the intensity of birthing and the journey of recovery.
A full spectrum prenatal yoga energy workout! Some of us may be focused on maintaining a certain level of strength but the most important thing is that you are adjusting and mindfully modifying each posture and exercise according to what your body needs, moment by moment.
