Ingredients:
For the Chicken mix:
• 700g boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 1 small shallot (or ½ onion)
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp heavy cream
• 2 slices of day-old bread
• Milk
• White pepper to taste
• Salt
• White Pepper
For the Fillings:
• 125g chouriço,
• 7 small shallots
• ½ Red pepper
• Salt
• Olive oil
For Assembly:
• Slices of prosciutto (enough to line the terrine mold)
